I bought a ceramic wood stove glass from a company online, when it came it turned out to be the wrong size, so I called tri county and while I was in the phone I even offered to pay for the job, they said no charge. Ok, so I went to see if they can cut it to size, they said yes as long as it's not tempered glass, it wasn't tempered glass so I went out to get it cut. He looked at it, made a few insignificant attempts to score the glass, declared it to be tempered and said there's nothing he could do. Not one to easily give up I took my glass, went to Lowe's and got a scoring tool for $12, went home and scored the glass, snapped it off perfectly. Bottom line is I was a little bit disappointed in them, I know it was a little job, but to make such little effort and be somewhat dishonest in their assessment made me feel like they just couldn't be bothered. Not sure I'd go back.

Awesome service. Very knowledgeable about the issue. They even calibrated my lane departure warning system. It was worth the drive to Galax.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I have a fairly new car and they had to recalibrate the windshield after they changed it. At first they told me I'd have to leave the car i said I couldn't do that. They said ot could take 5 hrs to recalibrate it if they had problems. Then they said they would try for 3 hrs. Well they got it done in 2 hrs. I was so happy for the effort they made. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new windshield

Two great guys showed up and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Fantastic work , fast and done right . Both had great personalities and worked together . I highly recommend this company.

Been coming here for years! The hinges on the hatch of my son's car had corroded and the rear window was dangling. I called the dealership and they said it would take 4-5 days to get the parts, then I'd have to make a trip to the dealership to get the car fixed. Ugh! Then I stopped by Tri-County Glass. They looked at my car, called the dealership while I was there, and ordered the parts. They had the parts in the next business day, and repaired the car THAT morning! I couldn't have been treated better or faster!! I've also had to replace several windshields over the years. They've always been my first choice for repair. Very professional and super friendly. They cleared the drain line on my sunroof. It stopped the leak, blocked channel. Very friendly. I made an appointment and didn't wait.

They did a great job replacing the windshield in my car. Very friendly office staff. My only complaint was that they left broken glass in my car seat and floorboard.

We were on day 2 of a 7 week RV trip out west when a tractor trailer illegally parked on the side of a highway stuck out to far and his mirror hit our passenger mirror which came up and broke the passenger window and mirror on the outside mirror so we could not see. Tricounty took our RV immediately and repaired the window with plexiglass and put new mirror on our outside mirror so we can see while we are driving. They saved our trip otherwise we would have had to cancel it. Our insurance company was even happy they helped us until we return from our trip. They went above and beyond to help us and we cannot thank them enough! I would always use Tricounty if I lived in the area. Thank you again.
