No service and poor integrity. After 6 weeks my insurance company has zero photos or estimates on file. This company was not proactive and simply called the insurance company and requested updates. After firing them and a few calls I has the name and cell phone of the insurance company adjuster and his supervisor, AllClaims Pro threw their insurance partners under the bus and stood by their process which didn’t get the job done. They don’t have good relationships with their partners. Lack of judgement and action defines this group. To make matters worse instead of owning their failure and implementing a solution, this company chose to try and gaslight me about the process and timeline, directly contradicting previous statements. This company is not proactive and will create work for you.

We used All Claims Pro after the roofer said they were required to use them to handle our roofing claim. After 8 months, the roofer still hasn’t been paid fully and we keep getting the calls. All Claims says “We handle your claim for you” but I have had to make most of the calls myself to all involved but it is still not resolved.

All Claims Pro did a great job as the interface betwen me (home owner) and the roofer. Where the roofer was lacking in communicaton ACP stepped in and provided much needed help.
