He explained the entire process clearly and answered all my detailed questions fully. Everything was transparent. The total cost estimate was fair and accurate. The work crew was efficient , and it was clear they work well as a team. Project manager was on site during the work and kept an eye on the job.

The craftsmanship on the install was real good, except I was told they would cover the opening while installing, and do one at a time.Having a lifetime guarantee cannot be beat. Now I'm getting a new slider put in.

Installers were excellent but one crank window was delivered defective but the installers were very quick to point it out.

It was great working with the owner. I bought a new house and the roofing inspection indicated repair work to be done. He gave me a prompt and informative quote explaining the scope of work. I ultimately decided to do the work myself because I am handy and it was pretty minor repairs but I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again for other roofing needs.
