We really appreciated the knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail each All New Again team member demonstrated on our project. Resolving water damage and any type of home construction is intrusive and stressful. Each person working in our home was careful, respectful, and did many little things to try and make the experience for us as painless as possible. The work the team completed was excellent.

I have hired All New Again couple of times for remediation and reconstruction of water damage. They have been professional in dealing, explaining the work required and the process to get the work done. I have found their technicians, project mangers to be reliable and knowledgeable for their area of work. In both times, they did amazing job and finished work on time. I was referred to All New Again by a real estate investor after a tree fell on my house. It was a complicated issue (water remediation, temporary snow bearing roofs, structural engineering, reconstruction) etc.

I actually started with another remediation company (that I won't name here). They tried to demo my drywall without an asbestos test. I call the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and learned an asbestos test was required. I started asking around and that's when I found All New Again.

From the beginning, I could tell that All New Again was an organized, honest, savvy, and most of all, CARING operation. It sounds weird to say that about a general contractor, but that's the case.

All New Again understands that insurance claims can be difficult. And while they don't work with insurance directly, because they are so honest and good at what they do, they will equip you every step of the way to fight for your claim. Throughout the process, Jon and Amir were 100% available to answer any questions/concerns and to support any all efforts to get my home back in order.

Crazily enough, my insurance company required a "consulting contractor" to come out. The consulting contractor knew of All New Again and raved about the quality of their work. That felt good to know that even being on opposite sides, this outside GC recognized All New Again.

This aligns with my experience. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail cannot be beat. From highly detailed records of all the work completed to the quality of the subs and the interior work itself, All New Again is in a class of its own.

I had spoken to All New Again prior about a leaking furnace vent and mold that was discovered when we replaced our furnace. I was very impressed with All New Again when they offered to lend me special air cleaners after I decided to save money by remediating on my own by replacing the drywall. A year later, we felt like maybe we still had issues, and since my daughter is immunocompromised, I wanted to know for sure if we still had any mold. I did some research and found a certified mold inspection company and they did thorough testing. The report showed multiple issues in addition to the furnace closet; from leaky gutters, toilet and kitchen faucet. The remediation that i had done was still testing positive for mold, as well as the "remediation" by the insurance company 10 years ago from a flood in our laundry room. I remembered All New Again and looked them up on the IICRC and because they were certified and I had liked them from before, I asked them to do the remediation. Working with them was so pleasant. I would refer anyone to them.

My experience with All New Again has been nothing but perfection. My husband had carefully selected All New Again after reading several positive reviews online and we are so grateful for our choice. My father's house flooded after the frigid weather pnw experienced in January of 2024, there was more than six inches of water flooding almost half of the main floor. The damage was extensive and it was a very big project. We were beyond stressed out about the damage and had absolutely no idea what we were dealing with. We met Johnny first and he immediately made us feel better, he was honest and detailed about the damage but let us know that they would take care of everything. The crew came in and started packing up all my dad's belongings, carefully wrapping up anything fragile and then boxing up everything. Then the demolition and repairs began, they actually found some asbestos in the bathroom and took care of everything, ripping up tons of floor tile, carefully maintaining the kitchen cabinets and moving them into the garage, etc. Moving to the next stage of reconstruction, we met our contractor Amir who also gave us a very honest and detailed description of what we needed in order to get the house back to normal. He and his team, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor, began the reconstruction, keeping us regularly posted on the progress, and answering any questions we had along the way. Upon completion, we accompanied Amir for a final walk through and we were beyond satisfied with the results. Amir and his team made my dad's house look basically "All New Again" and honestly it looked better than before but also exactly the same. The house I grew up in was back and the nightmare was over. We had two properties both hit by water damage near the beginning of 2024. All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. The documentation was especially important because our homeowners insurance did not want to pay. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service.

Amir, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor were our rebuilding team, and they did a great job returning our Bothell house to its exact original condition, as well as building our Kenmore house back to our specifications. We were presented with clear options, pricing, and the end result was fantastic.

Johnny, Ryan, and Noah worked on our remediation. This was handled with care and attention to detail that held on to the value of our house and completely out-classed the thinking of our insurance inspectors, who seemed wholly uninterested in helping. Johnny even walked our insurance adjusters through the property to explain to them what happened. The remediation team produced much of the documentation that we are now relying on in negotiation with our insurance.

Orfa and Nora Packed and moved all our stuff out, and then back in at the end. We didn’t have to unpack or pack any boxes at all! Our stuff just was where it was before, it was like magic.

John and Gary both helped us understand what next steps looked like when insurance pushed back and refused to pay. Though All New Again could not be our lawyers or advise us directly, they did educate us so that we were prepared to advocate for ourselves and hire lawyers when that became necessary. We had outdoor and indoor water damage from poorly installed gutters that had not been dealt with. I had been reluctant to start a project, fearing a bad experience. I'm so happy that I made the decision to go with All New Again, mainly because of all their good reviews.
Many thanks to Johnny, Ryan, Noah and Alex on remediation. Thank you to Jon for having Amir take over the restoration phase. Amir got the work scheduled quickly and I greatly appreciated his communication through the process. Vasily and Vlad did expert work making both the outside and inside really look all new again. Special thanks to Vasily for going above and beyond in getting our existing door to work perfectly again and to Vlad for tightening loose electrical. Extra attention to detail that meant a lot. We couldn't be more relieved and happy with the results.
All New Again is an apt name for the company and their motto - Start as Strangers, Finish as Friends is certainly true from our experience.

Beware of All New Again. They are known to push customers to sign their contract on the first call, without giving you a chance to get to know the company or see an itemized estimate of the work. Their contract includes a clause stating that the customer agrees to pay a project manager fee of $3,500 in the event that they choose not to use All New Again as their contractor. My bad experience with All New Again started with a call with Amir, who asked me to sign the agreement before any discussion had even taken place. It took him 14 days to come and provide an estimate, and when he finally did, it was more than two times higher than the estimates I received from 11 other companies I received in meantime. Amir also refused to provide a detailed estimate with line items until I signed the contract, and instead provided only 2 liner high-level numbers that could not be submitted to insurance. All New Again is a perfect example of a scamming, money-hungry business that doesn't care about its customers and have tendency to bash customers (in bad way) for sharing their experience on different platforms. Working with them will only give you major headaches. Stay far away from these scammers.

August 2024: Updated review!

I want to thank All New Again for completing such amazing restoration work, as well as an efficient and timely pack-back process!

In terms of restoration, I cannot thank Amir, Elvis, and Zahir enough - they were caring, responsive, and very respectful of my timeline. I am 8-months pregnant, and the last thing I wanted to do this summer was go through a major renovation due to an unforeseen sewage/flooding issue. The three of them made the process, easy, worry-free, and the results are beautiful! I am so thankful for ANA and would definitely recommend anyone to work with them for any renovation/restoration needs.

In terms of the pack-back, Johnny, Ryan, Noah, Orfa, and Nora did an absolutely amazing job picking my items up from the storage locker, bringing them inside, unpacking the boxes, and speedily cleaning up my home. I could not be happier. With this baby due any day now, I needed everything unpacked ASAP - and that's just what they did! They texted me with their ETAs, where very clear with their communication, and just generally very lovely and helpful people. Would definitely recommend.

June 2024: I would absolutely recommend All New Again (ANA) to friends and family. In early May, we unfortunately had a sudden pipe burst and sewage flooded our basement. Within 2 days of contacting Jon from ANA about the issue, he was on our property to assess and guide us with next steps. I was so impressed with his knowledge and support through the process. Remediation began promptly, and I could not be happier with the work that Ryan, Noah, Johnny, and their team performed to remediate the water damage. The team always texted when they were on their way to my house with their ETA, provided constant updates on their progress and what they were working on that day, and were always willing to help out/assist with any questions I had. They even took extra precautions by setting up extra air purifiers and de-humidifiers throughout the house since I am pregnant. I am so impressed with ANA's quality of care, attention to detail, and prompt and reliable communication. The last day of remediation is today, and I look forward to putting our home back to pre-loss condition! Thank you ANA team for all that you do!

When we found that our refrigerator had been leaking water, we didn't know what to do. Luckily we found All New Again, and they did an outstanding job both remediating the water damage, and performing top-notch work on the ensuing reconstruction effort. Thank you, Jon, Amir and the team to get our home truly back to an "all new again" condition.

On first meeting Jon and his team, they did a great job reassuring and guiding us through the process. Their extensive experience in dealing with water damage, and working with insurance companies proved extremely valuable. Their professional approach and meticulous record keeping, and sound advice made it easy for us to work with our insurance adjusters. The team was at our home the same day we called, and dropped by every day until the mitigation was complete. Because the damage we suffered was quite extensive, our kitchen, living and dining room were all affected, and All New Again did a great job packing away our belongings before the major work started.

After the mitigation, Amir's team stepped in and helped survey the damage, and propose a mitigation plan. Amir has a keen eye for detail, and made every effort to match the original details of our home, including the custom exotic flooring and baseboards. They also worked with me to allow me to choose exactly the replacement materials we wanted for the reconstruction, which included countertops, and backsplash tiling and inserts. Every step of the way, Amir was in contact with me to make sure we knew what was going on, when to expect different parts of the project to complete, and to make sure we were satisfied with the results.

Given the extent of damage and resulting reconstruction, this was a long and difficult process, and I can't imagine any company doing a better job than All New Again did. I wouldn't wish water damage on anyone, but if this happens to you, I wouldn't hesitate to call them right away. Highly Recommended.

John and his team came to our place twice to help us access for mold and water damage. I am not very familiar with these areas and they were very kind and flexible in helping us better understand the situation. John was able to answer all of our questions and walked us through our air quality report as well. He was honest and would tell us how certain treatments that were recommended by other companies were not necessary and may be a waste of money. Overall had a great experience and would recommend!

We had concerns for mold and water damage in our duplex unit and reached out to All New Again for a second opinion. Our previous mold people recommended fogging after we had an air quality test. We were surprised at how quickly they came the same day to help inspect our unit! We forwarded them our air quality results and later met with John for another inspection. Both staff members were very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. John did a great job breaking down how he analyzes things for potential mold and water damages. We initially thought the bedroom was the source of moisture and mold but he identified that our basement storage may have actually been the source. John provided us with realistic expectations and how to move forward from there. Overall had a great experience with them

We used All New Again for both water remediation and reconstruction. Both teams were very experienced, communicative about next steps and any delays, and did amazing quality work. On the remediation side, Dar did a thorough job and was also thoughtful on how much needed to be removed versus what wasn't necessary. On the reconstruction side, Alex was able to restore everything like nothing happened, even with our specialty paint in one of the rooms. We were extremely impressed with the staff on both sides and the management level teams also helped walk us through the insurance claim process, which went above and beyond what we would expect of any contractor company. While we hope to not need them again for any remediation or reconstruction any time soon, we could not recommend them enough and they are now our go-to for any future challenges or projects.

Update after 5 months:
The reconstruction of our house is finally done. Thanks to Amir and his crew (Elvis, Zahir, Sanel) our house is completely & beautifully fixed. They needed to re-do almost everything inside of our house, but it took them only 4-6 weeks, which was pretty amazing. Amir and Elvis always made sure what/how we want things to be done by keeping a close communication on every detail. Then, things were executed perfectly. We added a few personal projects during the reconstruction, and they were all beautifully done, exactly as we hoped and asked. We are very happy about all of it.

Lastly, again, we would like to send a special thank you to pack-in team as well. We were so happy to work with Johnny, Olfa and Nora again. Ryan and Noah did a great job bringing all the heavy stuff in only one day! Amazing! Thanks to all your help, we were able to return to our normal life sooner.

ANA’s accounting team has been also very helpful. Our claim is such a large claim, so it took extra time and steps to get it processed. We really appreciate Gary and Katelynn for always making prompt accounting processes and helping us get through the obstacle we had with our insurance claim check.

It took more than 10 months until our house was completely recovered (because of the hold-up by insurance company). It had been very stressful and worrisome not knowing what’s going to happen, but we always remembered Jon’s promise. He promised us on the very first day that we would get an “All New Again” house back even if it took time. Jon and his whole team fulfilled their promise.

We cannot thank Jon, Amir and all the ANA crews enough. I don’t normally post reviews on businesses, but I do for ANA, hoping other families like us who are suffering from their loss would contact ANA to make their life so much easier.

Original: Finding & hiring All New Again was the best decision we’ve ever made. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust, ANA is the one. Their interest is truly to help us, people suffering from their loss.

We had a water leak from our 3rd floor bathroom, which went down all the way to the crawl space (4 levels) while we were on vacation for a week. We first contacted our insurance company, and they sent us a “preferred contractor”. Turned out that this was the biggest mistake. Long story short, ANA ended up re-doing water remediation work for us because the “preferred contractor” left our house very wet, although they worked on our house for 3 weeks+ and guaranteed that the house was completely dry and ready for reconstruction.

When ANA started demo, they found a massive amount of mold, including 2 out of 3 toxic ones from everywhere they opened. Our house is only 5 years old, so mold was caused only by incompetent work done by insurance company’s “preferred contractor”.

Despite such an awful situation, working with ANA’s water remediation team had been such a pleasant experience. There’s a world of difference between the insurance company’s preferred contractor and ANA (we shouldn’t even compare…). They were very transparent- notified us of any findings and steps and sent us the detailed report every day after work. All the crews from ANA were very professional, caring, and respectful. We were glad to get to know Jon, Johnny, and Dar and their flawless work. Also, we would like to send a special thank you to their contents’ team (Nora, Olfa, and guys) for their work on packing out our personal items (which was a lot!!) We could see they were treating our items with care and respect.

We were lucky that we found ANA. If we hadn’t contacted ANA, we wouldn’t have noticed the mold behind the walls and ceilings and eventually we would have become very sick. Also, dealing with large insurance claim like this has been a nightmare but Jon has helped us navigate through this process and it has been nothing but helpful & educational. We cannot thank you enough to ANA for all their help. We can tell from our own experience that ANA will go above and beyond to help their customers and they are truly the BEST!

Jon was our project manager on remediation portion of work and Amir was the project manager on reconstruction portion of work. I hired All New Again for a major damage restoration project due to a water leak. We are currently wrapping up the remediation phase and planning the rebuild. I've been grateful to have an industry expert like Jon Baer in our corner to help us navigate the insurance claim process. Post-reconstruction update:
Our rebuild was completed to my satisfaction, showcasing solid workmanship and meticulous attention to detail. I credit our project manager, Amir, and his foreman, Vas, who take pride in their craft and genuinely care about their customers. Amir's exceptional communication kept us confidently informed at every stage. Given my pathological attention to detail, it's challenging for me to end a major renovation on good terms with a general contractor—yet here we are! While I pray to God I never need ANA's services again, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if I did.

We contacted All New Again after the wood floors in our kitchen were damaged from a water leak due to the freezing temperatures while we were away for 2 weeks during the holidays. Jon came over next day to inspect the damage and explained to us how to get our floors fixed. He was very detailed and helped us understand the process well. He is always responsive when we have questions and is great at explaining about what's happening each step of the process. He is also very helpful with answering questions from our insurance. We're very happy with All New Again and glad we found a company we can trust!

We had a small kitchen fire within one of our rentals. Jon from All New Again was very detailed during his assessment of our situation. Realizing our situation involved more than just the damage to surface of the house, during the remediation prior construction issues was uncovered. Jon and his crew quickly identified and corrected the issues. Having the All New Again Team provided us immense clarity, peace-of-mind, and total optimism during a very difficult time.

I had a serious water damage issue that happened during Xmas Eve while out of town and was referred to All New Again through our highly reputable contractors who were remodeling our home in North Cap Hill.

We are grateful for the opportunity to consult with Dakota on our home and potential water issues and mold, being that we have a flat roof. Dakota is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we really appreciated how he patiently took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly (and we had a lot of questions). Dakota was honest and realistic in offering advice, without trying to up-sell. He was able to earn our trust and confidence, so much so that we asked him about other services offered by All New Again. We would be lucky to have him involved in any of our home projects.

BEFORE meeting anyone or getting an estimate, this company requires that you sign a contract saying you'll use them for the repairs OR you owe them $3500 for breach of contract. The guy on the phone was insistent that I should just schedule and sign it in the meantime. To get him to tell me what was in the contract, I had to ask 3 times and say I wasn't interested if he couldn't tell me. A shady start is a no-go. If you want to charge for an estimate, that's one thing, but I'm not contracting work to people who won't show me they know what they're doing.

Note that their response completely ignores the $3500 debt they're after. No other contractor I've ever dealt with requires a contract for a quote. Super shady.

I was replacing our back door and found dry rot. I called All New Again and they came and looked at our project and gave us a great estimate. Dakota was amazing and super communicative. While doing the demo work they found more. They were quick and efficient. We decided to change it up after the demo and instead of replacing the siding we went with a rock facade. Abel, Alejandro and Vasily did an amazing job. Amir was super professional and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied before closing the job. We will definitely be using them again.

A couple of months into Covid we discovered a leak in our laundry room. After initially calling a different (and less detail oriented) company, we asked for a second bid from All New. Amir (our project manager) was amazing. He advocated for us with the insurance company and walked us through how to get the project done. It took a while thanks to Covid and struggles with our insurance, but when work started, it was done so quickly. Alex worked diligently and cleanly and even got along with our pack of large dogs. Vasily helped ensure everything went smoothly. Will definitely use them in the future.

After having three different companies look at water damage caused by poor weather stripping on the French doors of my 2nd floor townhouse bedroom balcony, I got a referral for All New Again through Porch. From the very start, Dakota was quick, responsive and honest in offering options and suggestions. He also didn't try to push work unrelated to the immediate water damage issue, which is what I encountered with the previous companies. Daniel, Collin and Orfa were the remediation team who cleared the damage and prepped it for the next phase of repair. They were tidy and made sure to explain what they were doing and what to expect. I've been very pleased with their work and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

Our water heater leaked in April 2017 and we called All New Again to take care of the damage. We paid All New Again for the water mitigation and reconstruction. The water mitigation was over $17k and the reconstruction was over $13k. It was a long expensive process and the insurance company contested the ANA invoice. It was a long stressful battle to get the insurance company to pay. We thought we were addressing the damage to our home in the most thorough way and we relied on ANA's expertise to guide us through getting our home to look "new again". Recently, mold was discovered in the crawl space where they worked (along with out of place insulation, Gatorade bottle, a 2x6 piece of wood laying on the ground). But the worst part of all of this has been their combative communication with us since. The CEO told me over email that I was in "desperation mode" and threatened to sue me for my Yelp review.

John did a awesome job fixing the mess from another contractor that botched the job big time... John took my house from a disaster war zone to all new again in record time. Infact, it was so beautiful that the house sold the first day it was on the market and it sold above asking price.. thank you John Bear for a job well done

We called Albert and his crew because we had a pipe leak behind the shower causing damage and mold. Dakota and his two guys were very professional during the demo process and were very clean. Albert was very helpful with talking with the insurance company and making sure we were covered. Abel did a great job putting the bathroom back together and it looks even better than before. All three were quick to respond to questions and come fix anything we didn't like.

I have never been helped more by a construction and even during the what we are going through with the everything. Dakota, one of their employees at All New Again. He gave it to me straight and respectfully. Walked me through the proper steps to take during my basement flooded. We have some water damage in our kitchen due to some leaks in plumbing. All New Again helped us navigating through the process of going through insurance claims. True to their name, they do not merely "restore", but in the end, they gave us a new kitchen with contemporary style! Everything is professionally done - the hardwood floor, the countertop, the cabinet, the painting, the packing and storage of items, the cleaning. Amir and Varsily are attentive to details and addressed all our concerns. We discovered a leak in our bathroom last spring and hired All New Again to remediate the problem and then rebuild our bathroom. Shawn Altermott and his crew handled the remediation side of our job and helped us through that part of the insurance claim. Remediation was done within a few days and Shawn was super helpful throughout. Then, things switched over to the reconstruction side and that's where it became more complex as our insurance company was very slow to approve and release the funds needed to rebuild our bathroom. ANA's Amir Vojnikovic took the lead on the reconstruction side and his guidance was invaluable in terms of helping us navigate the insurance process. I can't imagine having to navigate that process without Amir's help. It definitely wasn't his first rodeo and it helped me understand how to work with the insurance company in what was our first (and hopefully last) homeowners claim. Amir fights for the homeowner first and foremost and that was evident throughout the reconstruction process. One big take-away: NEVER trust an insurance adjuster who uses Exactimate to estimate your damage. The program is biased and the pricing is highly inaccurate and saves insurance companies thousands of dollars in these types of claims--and leaves homeowners without enough funds to have the job done right.
Ultimately, after a several month stalemate with the insurance company, the funds needed to get our bathroom back into it's pre-loss condition were approved and Amir's two-man crew, Vadim and Slavik, were finally able to begin the rebuild. Vadim and Slavik were great to work with. They made sure everything was being rebuilt to our liking and were very considerate throughout and worked around any of our family's needs. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Thanks again to Shawn, Amir and their crew.

Our plumber recommended All New Again when we discovered that our dishwasher had failed and we faced significant water damage, the extent of which was only discovered during remediation. Last August, we had a pipe leak that caused water damage to our hardwood floors, wall, trim and crawlspace. I was quickly referred to All New Again by the plumber who fixed the leak.

Shawn and his remediation team immediately came out and fixed the issue. They were there the next morning to dry out the floor, and make sure to block off the area to "kid proof" everything to keep our 3 young children safe. Shawn was also there when our insurance adjuster initially came out. I had never needed to file a home insurance claim, and I truly appreciated him being there to help me understand the process. His customer service, kindness (and even answering our calls after hours to explain everything I missed to my husband) made us want to work with them as our contractor for the reconstruction of our home.

Connie came to meet with me at our house the next day. As our project manager, she quickly got a bid to us, just as our insurance submitted a very low bid for the same project. It was very clear our insurance company was way off.

Shawn, Ivan and the rest of the team at All-New-Again excelled in making the mold remediation process as easy as possible for our 4-unit townhomes. Every step of the process, from prompt responses to questions, arrival and completion, the experience exceeded expectations.

Protecting the hardwood entry way with cardboard, covering the carpet with plastic, removing boots before coming in to check out the attic entry and a thorough clean-up afterwards, including vacuuming and putting back area rugs, it was like they were never there at the completion of the job.

With expenses paid by four homeowners payment was accepted by individuals, another much appreciated process.

All New Again did a phenomenal job and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. When our water heater sprung a sudden leak and flooded part of our downstairs living area, our plumber (Regulator’s Plumbing – also excellent), recommended we call All New Again. Shawn and his remediation team started work immediately, with Shawn even making the emergency Saturday night visit to get started. The remediation was fast and very thorough. From there Connie, our project manager, took over and ensured that the renovation was every bit as prompt and went out of her way to ensure the end result exceeded our expectations. The renovation team did an exceptional job and left our house better than before the damage (even touching up paint in other areas, installing new door jams where there were none previously, etc.). Throughout the entire process, All New Again even worked directly with our insurance to handle all the pricing and claim information – while I was always kept in the loop, it was mostly a hands-off and very painless experience. We recently had a good portion of our home repaired after a flood caused by a broken washer hose. All New Again has turned a potentially stressful process of water damage restoration into a much easier one. Shawn and his team were highly professional, efficient, and took care of the fairly extensive water damage very quickly. They have also worked with our insurance company and made the claim process very easy and straightforward. We are now done with Phase 1 (water mitigation) and are moving to Phase 2 (reconstruction), also with All New Again.

Update: Phase 2 didn't disappoint as well. Amir has patiently handled the long and frustrating process of settling the claim with the insurance, and Vasily, Slava and Earl did a fantastic job restoring the house. Everything looks amazing, and we are very happy with the results.

We contacted All New Again due to a septic back up. They were very fast addressing our needs. Shawn and Ivan were great to work with. They are very profession, clean cut and respectful of our time. I just signed off on the rehab work done by All New Again. Project Manager Amir was a great communicator and coordinator durning the repair process after water damage and asbestos abatement required me to redo three bathrooms in my house. He coordinated a friendly and efficient team of Dan the plumber, Igor the electrician, and Vasily who took care drywall, tile and painting. They were all professional and did a great job. We ran into some unexpected code issues that surfaced after removing the walls. I was also grateful to the office staff especially Hannah. She is a real jewel. I had to call her on multiple occasions to ask for different invoices to meet requirements for my insurance carrier to differentiate between standard build back and code corrections, and Hannah came through every time. She even stayed late one night to finish a request. I am very satisfied with All New Again.

When my 95 year old Mother's home flooded, our family was in a panic until Shawn and his team took over! What a relief to have such a competent and knowledgeable company working for us. This is the second time we have been using All New Again and Project Manager Alex B to schedule the work. This project included cleaning 2100 sq ft house, painting 2 bedrooms, fixing trim boards and plumbing work. This only took them 2 days and we were able to begin showing house right away. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner and work was completed to our satisfaction. Picture shows before and after pain work that All New Again did for us.

All New Again is an outstanding general contractor company. Don’t let their webpage fool you; they do it all, not just restoration after something bad happens to your home. They are a full service contracting company who employ certified plumbers, electricians and builders. They are licensed, bonded and insured. I could not be at home while they worked on my kitchen reno for 2 days and I always felt like my house and possessions were safe-everything was still in my home after the work was done. They are honest and upfront about costs. They arrived to every appointment on time and prepared. They made multiple planning visits and even asked one of the project managers to come in a review the project. My plumber, Dan Gibson, came over at the end of a long Friday after a long week just to hook up my sink after the plumbing inspection passed. Erin Peabody, my electrician, was highly informative and produced excellent results. Josh Keller assisted them in the job and he was professional and when I needed advise about some dry rot on the exterior wall, he provided me a thorough explanation of what needs to happen to fix it and how I can “bandage” it up until next spring/summer. They answered all of my questions with patience and were professional and courteous the whole time. I know they are not the cheapest or are they the most pricy. They are fair and their work is outstanding. I recommended them to a friend the other day, she called them and Dan called her back within hours and had an appoint set for the next week. She is incredibly pleased. Other contractors I called either never returned my call or failed to call me back after meeting with me. I will never use any other contractor ever for major home reno or repair. Amy

Edit: I cannot say enough how great it is to work with a vigilant and experienced contractor such as All New Again. In 2016 I hired them for a renovation and in 2017 I hired them when my kitchen’s dishwasher line failed. When I discovered all the water I called my plumber, Dan, who works for All New Again and he was at my house within an hour. He found where the problem was and got it fixed instantly. But now there was repair, and lots of it. These guys were at my house within another hour and they rallied a full set up of fans and dehumidifiers and they were very attentive through the entire process, even coming out when there was several inches of snow on the ground. They were understanding and patient when my insurance failed to pay the proper amount to fix the damage. They prepared me and guided me through the entire insurance nightmare.

When I was finally awarded a settlement with my insurance company, they were on top of it despite having other contracts happening; they got my work done and I have a kitchen again. Vasily installed heated floors and laid the tile. The tile work is beautiful. The electrical work that I needed was done by Igor and Dan and was stellar and efficient and they really brightened up my day. My plumber, Dan came back to finish up the reinstall of my washer and sink. My project manager was Amir, who was rocksolid and knows his stuff! We became friends through this entire process. I will hire All New Again for any future work.

Sept: 2018 --All New Again responded the same day I called them. This is my 4th experience with All New Again and Shawn and his team of Ivan and Eugene were very considerate and detailed in their work and listened to our needs regarding our chronically ill daughter. Would highly recommend their services because they are going to do what is best for the customer and not an insurance company.
