North Creek Roofing did awesome work on a small gutter job for the roof over my back deck. High quality, timely, service, and friendly staff. Of course you can’t have all that without paying a little extra, which is why I gave them four instead of five stars… You pay for high-quality, but the pricing could be just a little more competitive.

We had North Creek in reroof our home in 1999 and were really impressed and completely happy with their work then. I’m glad to say that we still feel the same way today. They came out last week and tore off and replaced our roof in just four days. Their workers were very dedicated and respectful of our property, thoroughly cleaning the job site each evening before leaving.
Our entire experience was great right from the start, beginning with the salesperson, Michael, who discussed all our options and was very patient. Working with Angela, our project manager, was just great and she was very good at responding to our questions and keeping us up to speed with the process.
I highly recommend North Creek. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I really wanted to like this company, but overall my experience was just okay. From a pricing point of view, North Creek was very competitively priced. They replaced all the decking and my roof with a metal on a 400 sqr-ft section for about 9k (which was in line with other quotes. The folks in admin were super nice and they were generally good at communicating. However a series of small inconveniences that made my experience just okay. The first of which had to do with the estimating process. Specifically the estimator showing up late and the initial estimation missing things we talked about during the "walk through". The showing up late was not a huge issue since I had no where to be and he communicated upfront he would be late. However the initial estimation missing items was worrying because it could have dramatically mispriced my job. Luckily I thoroughly reviewed and add what I thought was missing.... but I found out later that an additional vent I wanted was not in the estimate (which they added no problem, so I am thankful for that). After that estimate was signed and sent back, I heard nothing for days. After calling the office, they let me know they never received the contract/estimate and that is why no one reached out. This was specifically unfortunate because I mentioned I had a tight deadline to get the roof replaced. That said, I sent the document again, but to the admin side of the house instead of the estimator. After that, it was a smooth process of communication between the admin team and I.... or so I thought. During one of my calls with the admin team, I mentioned that I had a gate and how they could open it. They said they would write it in my file so the crews knew. However, I ended up getting 3 different calls asking how to open the gate on installation day. After that, I only heard from them when they needed more work approved (very minimal amount. About 500 dollars) and when they sent the final invoice. However this is where another inconvenience happened. The first was my invoice being about 10% more expensive than it should have been due to tax already being included in the estimate, but was added again in the invoice. They were quick to verify and fix the pricing error upon a call to the office. Before I ended up paying that, I had them come out one more time due to some concerns I had. One of the concerns was just an education thing on my part and how the roof vent was installed (different from what the estimator said it would be). The other concerns I had were about a decent size scratch on the roof (less than a foot, but noticeable as the paint was scratched though. They said it would be fine), gaps between the frame and bird boxing (which they sealed with caulk on request), and the missing vent I mentioned earlier (which they installed via a side exhaust vent).

One other thing I found odd about this company was that they sent no appointment confirmations or reminders. So make sure to note any dates and times down when they call.

All that to say, I would be careful if you go with this company. Based on the reviews, I would say my situation is isolated, but be prepared to verify and call if you run into any oddities.

Our North Creek Roofing experience far exceeded our expectations. Such a great team from the estimator, office workers, to the crew who did the physical labor on our roof. The crew worked so hard and finished ahead of schedule. We are definitely recommending North Creek to our friends.

Happy to see an add on tv, prior to the date of the installation, At first I thought it’s 50% off roofing, so I gave them a call, talked to Damaya then AngeLa (Project Admin) with detailed information (gutter is 50% off with a roof replacement).
Justin (sales) came did a great job during the day of the estimates and it’s free (with his own video presentation prepared for us) seems like my husband and I are “virtually” in our roof as well seeing the current status of our roof. He then showed us all the materials to be needed to use for our new roof, it was fun, and somewhat educationaL perse, of how many layers of protection quality roof needs and the needed updates for ventilation. He even offered a free trimming of our MagnoLia tree for clearance, a zero interest bank financing and lifetime warranty which sold us. Crew guys installing are amazing, they cleaned the perimeter after each day of work which I loved, whom are under Arturo’s. Next day MeLtong did the inspection.
One of our family saw their work and was impressed and plans to give them a call.

Hey I had North Creek Roofing out to look at my roof as it is 18 years old and I wanted to be proactive. I met the inspector and he was very honest and told me that my roof has at least five years remaining. He did not try to sell me anything, he would not take a tip, and he even took a look in my attic for moisture issues, but told me there wasn't any. I will certainly remember North Creek for the future. Also I WILL HAVE THEM OUT TO LOOK AT MY SON'S HOME which we do not know how old the roof is. I think the inspector was Justin. At least that is what I remember. I wholeheartedly advise you to get a bid from this firm if need roofing help.

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced with North Creek roofing and it was a great experience. The crew came out timely for 3 days and cleaned up around our home at the end of each day. Day 4 was the overall inspection/cleanup by Arturo & his team. They did some final work on the roof and made numerous passes around our house with the magnet rollers to make sure all nails were picked up. We could not be happier with North Creek Roofing and the work that they performed on our home in Kenmore. They replaced the entire 30 year old roof and gutter system, including all of the plywood underlayment and now it looks absolutely beautiful! From Angela in the office, to Arturo the Project Manager to his extremely courteous crew of young men completing the work, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. They completed the job on schedule and in short order. (2 days for demo and plywood install, followed by 1 day for new shingles, then 1 additional day for the new gutters). To our surprise, they worked 12 -14 hours on the roof the first day, staying late to remove all the old material and complete the installation of the new plywood. Then, before they left each day they cleaned up every scrap of paper, shingles or other roofing debris, and used a large magnet on the lawn and flower beds to pick up any nails that may have fallen, leaving no trace that they had ever been here. With two years left on my roof warranty a small leak developed! North Creek Roofing came out for an evaluation then sent a crew to make a repair. So nice to have it fixed!
I also schedule North Creek for regular roof cleaning. Their excellent and gentle roof care has made the roof last!

They showed up promptly to give us an estimate and the work was done the following week. Excellent experience!! We would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

My experience with North Creek Roofing came in two parts. Part one was a new roof and part two was new rain gutters.
Part one. Working with North Creek Roofing was an exceptional experience. Everyone, from the office staff, Supervisors, to the job supervisors, Were exceptionally knowledgeable And every one of them wanted to be sure That I got exactly what I needed for my new roof. The four roofers worked hard and worked carefully to protect and preserve our Landscaping. They did a fantastic job on the roof. Any questions That I had were dealt with immediately And nothing I asked for was difficult or troublesome to them. Each employee I came in contact with had good things to About North Creek Roofing. The employees Genuinely like the company.
Part two. The crew that put up my new gutters (Walter and Casey) Had the same attitude as the roofers. I requested a couple of changes And they acted like it was the most Reasonable Request in the world. When they were done, the gutters looked Perfect and beautiful.
North Creek Roofing gets my highest marks. They are an outstanding company with wonderful employees. The job was done well, the cleanup was exceptional, And we now have a new roof and rain gutters that makes the whole house look Like it’s been updated.

Incredibly rude and distasteful. It has been 2+ days of these men banging from 3-9 pm. While I understand everyone has different work schedules, it is so baffling to me that you, as a company, believe it is acceptable to be making that much loud noise past 6 or 7 pm, when people in this neighborhood have very young kids and early morning jobs. It really is infuriating, as I have lost valuable work time because I can not focus with all the noise. ALSO, they are taking up allllll the parking spots on the street in front of our home, which is ridiculous and made trash day impossible. Lastly, there is debris all over my carefully planted garden, like roof pieces upon roof pieces, which I have had to personally dispose of.

I have never ever written a review of any business, but this is the second time in the span of a year that this same exact company has been out POUNDING past normal hours and well into the dark. At this point, maybe a noise complaint with authorities is due because it really is disruptive, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and downright a bad look to be doing all that past evening hours when people have commitments. Please do better.

The guys at North Creek are incredibly professional and put together a fair quote. The work on site was professional, and the crew cleaned up after each day. The material choices give us some options to prevent damage that previously affected our house and should last for many years.

Recently went through the process of choosing a roofing contractor. Had a handful of companies come out and go over their products, service and eventual pricing. Our consultation started with Cameron who did a fantastic and very thorough job of figuring out if this would be a repair or replacement. Took video of areas of concern and left it to us which direction we wanted to go. We chose to the replacement....
Milton was our project manager and was phenomenal and so easy to work with as the project progressed. Jesse was on the inside and always responsive (and very patient with me) with any questions I had before, during and after the project.
The team NC put on our job were the hardest workers I've ever seen. They were focused and got after our roof finishing before the initial timeline. Long hours...hard work....and an amazing result.
IMO pricing is what it is across all companies. For us a big requirement was IF something were to go wrong in the future would the partner we chose going to pick up the phone or were they going to be out of business. North Creek is an established company with an actual company structure. You get what you pay for...a professional established company who partners with you to get your roof/gutters done professionally and quickly.

North Creek roofing does fantastic work and is exceptionally professional. They clean up and make certain that home owners is completely satisfied with the finished job.

They worked like crazy even staying after dark to finish before heavy rains started. Cleaned up very well and were very polite and friendly. After the heavy rain we didn't have any issues. Gutter folks were just as efficent and friendly.

North Creek installed our roof in 2009 and it has held up beautifully. We recently asked them to clean it. They did a great job! Excellent communication and scheduling around some snowy and icy weather. They cleaned everything up like they never there, and the roof looks fantastic - nice and clean, and all the moss removed. I highly recommend North Creek for anything related to roofing!

I have used North Creek Roofing three times for various issues I’ve had over the last 12 years at my house. I keep coming back because of the quality of their work and attitude. They just stopped by (4th fix for me) and fixed a gutter that had come detached. Really too small of job for them but they happily came over, fixed things, and explained to me what I needed to do avoid the issue in the future. Truly, thankful for this sort of help. Great crew from NCR installed my roof a few years ago. Had a small leak recently, likely due to a defective shingle, and they sent their awesome repair guy, Jose, out the very next morning. He found and fixed the issue quickly and saved the day (and my house!).

Wonderful company and service, highly recommend.

Chris and his team pulled shingles and flashing to correct incorrectly installed flashing on 6 skylights and install 8 new caps. The work was completed efficiently and on schedule. One week in and no leaks. Cost seemed fair, although I didn't get other bids because the other roofers I called decline to take the job. I'm happy with the job they did and would recommend them.

Wonderful team from estimate, to answering questions, removal of nasty old gutters, installing of fabulous new gutters, and clean up. Very very professional and clean. Recommend to everyone!

We were referred to North Creek by a friend. We were impressed with the initial inspection and the price point. After we agreed on the job, it was about 2 weeks out before our scheduled date. They came out a few days early to get supplies on the roof as well as the large bin for the old roof. A few days later they arrived on a very rainy day. They still worked on the project! It only took about 2 1/2 days from 8-about 6:00 on 2 of the days. It was so quick! We feel safe knowing our old roof won't get us through another winter. We picked a nice design of 3 colors, so the roof actually looks great from the road too.

This company is wonderful. The roofers were quick and cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. They answered our questions and listened to our concerns. The price was similar to the other bids we got. We are very pleased with our new roof!

We got our roof done via North Creek Roofing and the process felt pretty easy! We got several quotes from other contractors and North Creeks pricing was pretty competitive. I want to call out Cody who did a great job explaining the process to us and providing the quote. We had several more questions for Cody after it and he was very patient in answering those for us over email and phone. All of this gave us confidence that we were making the right choice when we selected North Creek Roofing.

The roofers arrived on time and were very professional. It rained occasionally which paused the work, but the roofers were able to tell me how long it would extend and they were here everyday until the work was complete. Overall, i think they did a great job with the roof. They even cleaned up really well every single day while the work was going on and even after the roof work was complete.

We also had new gutters installed as part of the roof which starts the next day after the roof work is complete. It seems like North Creek contracts gutter work out to someone else. The install of the gutters itself was completed correctly, but the cleanup was not done after it leaving screws and debris in the yard. North creek sends out someone for inspection after all the work is complete and they discovered that issue pretty quickly. Kudos to Sonny for doing a quick cleanup during the inspection itself. When North Creek learned that the folks doing the gutter work did not cleanup after themselves really well, they sent Sonny over again once more specifically focusing on cleanup. To me, that was great customer service and also showed North Creek standing behind the satisfactory completion of their work even if the parts that needed cleanup were contracted out.

Overall, i would absolutely recommend them for both the quality of the roof work they do and also for ensuring everything is done satisfactorily and with the highest quality standards!

Overall, I had a very good experience with North Creek Roofing for my roof replacement. Cody (estimator) was on-time and thorough in his initial estimate, and was open to answering any questions I had at the time. He was also responsive to questions and updates to my estimate after he had provided that.

The crew on-site were great. I have a fairly straight-foward roof that has a single ridge running the length of the house, and this crew was able to complete the job in 2 days - which I felt was efficient. Their clean-up after the job was very thorough; no nails or shingles have been found in the driveway or yard surrounding the house. Expect that there will be quite a bit a noise during the project! In my experience, the old roof removal (day 1 of project) was much more noisy than the new roof install (day 2 of project).

I did have about ~1 month between finalizing the estimated project start date and when that date actually came around. During that time there was no communicated between myself and North Creek until 3 business days before the project was estimated to start. This did not create any issues, however because the project start date was an estimate I had some uncertainty if we were still on track for the start date. My situation is a bit unique having an infant at home and working plans to have outside child care at the time due to the loud environment associated with a roof replacement, so I understand this may not be their common practice. However, a phone call or email 1-2 weeks out from the start date would have been appreciated for some peace of mind that the dates were not changing.

North Creek Roofing replaced our roof in 2020 and did an outstanding job. Recently we noticed an issue because of our patio covers (which were reinstalled by the business we purchased them from, on the new roof, without flashing around the posts). As the reinstall was not done correctly we contacted North Creek Roofing. It was worth it to pay their reasonable charge and know the company we trust would do the job correctly, courteously, and quickly. Thanks North Creek Roofing!

We had a sad old roof on our shed. It had a few extra repairs. The roofers did an excellent job. Very professional and respectful. It stresses me out to have projects done and they were very understanding. Clean up was top notch and attention to detail was spectacular.

We had a leak in our roof and Chris promptly came to our home to assess our needs. He scheduled his crew to come out and make the necessary repairs. He remained in contact throughout the process. The repairs were made just before we had torrential rains and no leaks were noted during those rains.

Four experienced workers showed up on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job cleaning and treating my very mossy roof, including zinc treatment to reduce regrowth. Then they cleaned up the mossy debris that had fallen and it was completed all in one day! The roof looks so much better! This is the north side that was covered in moss:

This was a shake roof repair of broken, split shakes and ridge cap. The two roofers were methodical and left everything neat and tidy.

The next day, I was in contact with one of their estimators, Chris, who provided an excellent customer-service experience. The roofers were very kind and quick with their work. Within two weeks, the issue was completely fixed. Their work was high-quality, yet done swiftly, and I truly appreciate how efficiently they handled everything. Estimating process was clear & informative. Crew did a fine job, maintained safety standards throughout. Estimate included provision for "possible" conditions (e.g. second layer of shingles), so job was actually cheaper than the estimate. Job started and finished as scheduled, and the crew left a clean workplace. Can't ask for much more!

Everything was exceptional starting from our meeting with Cody, he came out to provide us with all the information we needed, he brought along samples to shown us and provided us with a detailed information packet that had pictures our roof's current state and his recommendations. Cody was also available for the vast amount of questions and was always quick to respond.

The project went smoothly, the site supervisor was awesome at providing pictures and letting us know if something else needed to be repaired. The crew was great, friendly, professional and they cleaned up all the debris in the area.

NORTH CREEK ROOFING: I have no complaints. The salesman and crew were very friendly and thorough. Because I am confined to a wheelchair and unable to see the roof, Rudy returned and flew his drone over the house and sent me a group of photos so I could view the roof and the work. I thought that was very superior service. I would use them again and will recommend them if asked.

Standard pricing (not too expensive, but not too concerningly cheap), thoroughness in communication, willing to negotiate, friendly, fast scheduling. Should be a decent enough job, but we'll see over the years.

This company is AMAZING! My roof was leaking in the snow. My parents had used them a few years earlier. They came out and did a thorough investigation and provided an extensive and professional detailed report. My 20 year old roof was 27 years old and could not be repaired. The estimate was very fair and they scheduled me up right away and came out and replaced my roof. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and went over the grounds and cement areas multiple times for nails and debris. They made my stressful situation stress free! After they were done and payment was completed, they sent me my warranty packet! An OUTSTANDING Company to work with! No I did not need to get several estimates as my parents had the same experience with this company and they were so pleased! Need a roof? Call this company. You wont be sorry!

I had my roof cleaned for the first time since it's installation 4 years ago. Chris came out for the inspection and cleaning estimate and Jacob did the cleaning. Both guys were prompt, courteous, and professional, answered any questions that I had, and my roof looks brand new again. Jacob did a wonderful job on cleanup as well.
