5 Guys is my "go to" Roofer both for my clients and for me personally. I had Kenny and Marcus out this morning for repair on my personal roof and they were terrific. They were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. 5 Guys is the only roofing company for me!

JT Gerdes came to my home for the repair. He was friendly, punctual, and very helpful. He made the repair in a timely manner. I reached out to JT a few days later and told him that I wanted him to come back to touch up a few areas. His response time was quick and he happily came back and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. The team at Five Guys is exceptional and their communication is impressive!

This company was fantastic to work with! From Sam coming out to give us a free estimate, the office staff Cheri and Misha kept me informed the entire time. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Five Guys Roofing and we would highly recommend them. James J. was our Project Manager and was always available by text or phone----he responded to texts and answered all questions in a timely manner and followed up on everything he said he would. It was nice having a point of contact at all times. James went above and beyond to offer the best customer service that we have ever experienced. He did a final walk-around and did any last minute items. He also worked on a very stubborn roof leak that we had. When James was not available one day, he sent Angelo H. to cover for him and Angelo was up to speed right away.

We had some repairs done to our roof and had a great experience with 5 Guys roofing. Cheri Brown and Misha were great at communicating with me to let me know what to expect and when. Jay McEuen was very professional when he came to make initial contact with us. Kenny came out to do the repairs and handled everything with grace. He was very polite and got everything taken care of! We appreciate all that Keagan and the crew did to help get our roof back in great condition!

5 Guys did an excellent job repairing my roof! I had broken/dislodged tiles, exposed underlayment, and cracked mortar caps and they fixed everything up good as new. Sam in sales did the initial inspection and provided a detailed list of recommended fixes with photos, and even helped me clean out a bird's next under my solar panels at no charge. Misha did an outstanding job of communicating to me during the project and providing support. Keagan did the post job walkthrough, addressed the work I had concerns about, and did a final inspection. All around, a great group of people!

I was very impressed with Five Guys Roofing. After a recent storm, I noticed some minor roof damage and contacted them, expecting they might try to push a full roof replacement since my roof is about 15 years old. Instead, they were completely honest and told me it was still in great shape and only needed a few small repairs. They shared clear before and after photos, gave a fair quote, and finished the work in about 30 minutes. The quality of the repair and their integrity really stood out.

We are selling our home and had a couple cracked tiles and loose flashing. Called 5 guys and they came out the next day. He took pictures of the fixes and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They had it fixed by the next week. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Five Guys Roofing! Since we've had no rain for months, I had no idea that my roof was leaking. I called several roofing companies and even had one lined up to come out to evaluate the problem--he never showed up. Sam from Five Guys was here on time as promised. He showed me several areas around my 11 year old AC unit that needed patching. They were very busy and we tossed around a few dates that worried me because more rain was expected. Sam did some magic and the areas were patched before the second heavier round of showers hit my area. Thank you Sam and Five Guys!

I worked primarily with Dave Nichols (account manager/primary contact) and James Jagelski (project manager) with 5 Guys. I am happy to write this review, because we had such a good experience.

What stood out:

Price: We found 5 Guys' bid to be very competitive. They helped put the roofing project within reach.

Communication:  Whether it was for a question, concern, or clarification, when I called, Dave almost always picked up right then. If he didn't pick up, he called me back very swiftly.

Responsive to needs:  They are swift and thorough in their outreach. They actually did what they said they would do and they did it WHEN they said they would do it.

Teamwork/Collaboration:  They were collaborative with us and with each other. They created a group text between us and their team, so we were all on the same page.

Notes/Visuals of Progress:  James sent us updates daily and explained the work in progress notes which he texted to everyone staff and to us. Progress notes were accompanied by pictures or video and with drone photos.

Workmanship: The grounds were checked daily for nails, they cleaned up their messes and if on the rare occasion we identified anything they missed, they were very quick to take care of it. The end result is that things were tidier than one would expect of a worksite, and our roofs looked really sharp!

We are really enjoying the finished product!  Looks great!!We had a really good experience. I'm very glad we selected 5 Guys!!

This is the third home I've used them on and never a complaint. They always notify you multiple times of upcoming appointments and arrive on-time. They do a great job cleaning up after themselves, would definitely recommend.

Another great experience with Five Guys Roofing. I recently purchased a rental house in McCormick Ranch that had an old roof in need of repairs. One roofer wanted to replace the entire roof. For a reasonable price, Five Guys repaired the roof to get me several more years of use with the existing roof (saving me thousands).

I worked with Dave Nicholas & I had a great experience. He answered all of my questions & offered multiple options/solutions. Production was great and the communication throughout was timely and clear. I would recommend Dave and 5 Guys Roofing to everyone!

Very prompt and courteous service from the Tyler that came to acess the damage on our roof. Then they were very accommodating in our time frame to have the roof repaired

I had 5 Guys Roofing install a new roof on the house I was purchasing. They left an entire section incomplete. I only found this out after I was up on my roof to clear my dryer vent. I am in process of trying to get a leak fixed with the company. They went from telling me it was covered under warranty to telling me that it was not under warranty. When asked for quotes to get the leak repaired I have had no response. This all started in September and it is now November. I would avoid working with this company as their professionalism and skill set ends after you pay them. They only seem interested in making the money off the contract but not actually following it up with proper documentation or quality work.

Dave and his guys have been a pleasure working with from business to business. Every job had gone completely smooth thanks to Dave and his communication and professionalism. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

They did a small roof leak for me. They were excellent, from the gentleman that did the quote to the crew that did the job. They repaired an area larger than they proposed for same price. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I must say that we too had a fantastic experience with Five Guys Roofing. From start to finish, they were amazing. Yes, their pricing was exceptional and competitive, but that's only part of the equation... They listened to exactly what we needed done in order to repair some issues found during an inspection. They targeted the specifics without adding packages or upselling which would have been costly. Also, they went the extra mile by fixing additional issues that even the inspectors missed and they didn't charge more for the extra effort. They arrived on time and kept to the estimate perfectly. Without hesitation, I will use them again as needed and I definitely recommend them for projects BIG or small.

Our property mgmt company hired this company to replace roof in the home I'm renting. This was just so awful. They threw roof tiles down and ripped my canopy(which they replaced) but our home has a sprinkler system and their roofers hit the piping with nails and it was like an explosion, we thought omg someone fell, 10 mins later, they were all gone. We figured everything was ok. Next morning water was dripping down inside of walls, and ceiling. We had to live in these conditions because even though through texts the boss said if this is "their fault" they will take care of. The entire experience lasted 2 months because of this.
Carpeting soaked, walls bubbling and then they decided that they weren't going to admit it was their fault. In the end we finally got repairs, walls closed up, carpeting replaced, but lived in this wet gross environment for too long. Please be careful with this company. My 2.5 year old granddaughter was picking up nails days after. They promised to come out with magnet, I don't think they did, as we continued to find nails and these nails with some type of red plastic around them. Most recently, our beautiful bush by front door, I noticed was dying, and I finally saw why. Their people had thrown down roofing materials into the bush and it busted the center causing it to die. I can't believe companies like this exist.
