Five Guys Roofing - Peoria, AZ

When the initial inspector came out, the man was younger and was fairly unprofessional. He told me directly prior to leaving that he did not know what was wrong but would still send to sales. (I am not the owner and didn't make the decision on who to have do the repair, but I am the primary individual living in the home and dealing with people face to face here).

Initial arrival and repair: I had received a call a few weeks prior to the repair advising they will show up on X day between 12-3. I agreed, but told them they needed to call ahead when they were on their way. The day of the repair, they showed up before 8am (Husband works late shifts and was still asleep AND I work from home and purposely scheduled my calls with VPs for early morning to be done before the noise), didn't knock, and started banging away on the roof directly above the bed. One of the guys helped himself to our backyard (without permission AND removed the clasp we had to 'lock' the gate; repair was also at the front of the house on the lower roofline, no need to go in the back). I asked him what he was doing and advised from him "I was just looking". (He was looking around at the yard, etc. not at the house/roof, etc).
When they finished making a ton of noise, they left. Outside the front door and all over the driveway were regular nails, flashing nails, actual pieces of flashing, etc. I had to sweep and clean up after them.

Next time it rains, and there is still a leak. So nothing actually was resolved.
They came back to do the warranty repair. I did not even know they were showing . They get the door at 9am, no call. (again husband is sleeping due to late shift work & Confirmed with owner/manager that yes, there was a note to CALL US). And again, I had to spend a half hour after they left cleaning up nails, flashing, and even pieces of the roof tiles.

Would not recommend to anyone. This would have all been fine, even with a warranty repair, if there was simple common curtesy.

I had Five Guy's come out today to give me an estimate to repair some minor storm damage to my roof. Justin Stowell showed up at exactly the time I had scheduled. After he inspected the roof he gave me a thorough assessment of his findings. The damage was not as bad as I thought and he offered to repair it today for a very reasonable price. His honesty and integrity was very refreshing and delightful. It's also a rare commodity these days. I will highly recommend Five Guy's to all my friends and family.
