It is a sad time for me to even have to write a review, I have never had to write one before. I felt that I needed to just so people will be aware and not get taken advantage of from a company that will make a deal and sign a contract and not honor that contract. Darell the dealer principal cannot be trusted with his word or even a signed contract. Buyers beware I personally was taken for a lot of money from this company and will have to go to court to recover money owed to me from a signed contract. Your vehicle is to large of an investment to trust anyone with it, let alone someone dishonest and who's word means nothing let alone a signed contract. I will keep up to date what the courts decide.

I had a problem with my vehicle and when I called Jacki back in service she was very quick to get me scheduled in! Seth and PJ in the back worked diligently to get my gauge cluster issue figured out and fixed! Big thanks to Jacki, Seth and PJ! I wouldn’t service my vehicle anywhere else!

RJ did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle, addressing the recall issue and even came in early from his lunch break to check out a pesky warning light that had kept coming on. Thank you for your commitment RJ! You are a fine example for other service attendants to be modeled after!

Horrible service. Called first to see if they could do a repair. They chose to diag the car instead of what I asked. Charged me 120 and didn’t fix a thing. When talking to the manager was told he would eat the cost of the diag and to come pick my car up after I had already paid and picked it up. No mention of refunding me. First employee told me that it would take a few days to get the parts in. Then the manager says he can get it overnighted when I called back. First employee tells me 2 hours to do the repair. Manager says he can do the repair and knock off .9 hours off the 2.9 hour repair making it look like he was doing me a favor but really just didn’t want to loose out on any money. Very shady practice

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Farm Country Ford two years ago. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the vehicle. Two months ago, my engine randomly blew. Thanks to Jackie in the service department and having my extended warranty I had a brand new engine installed. Farm Country Ford always goes Above and beyond to keep their customers taken care of. I highly recommend the service department. For any vehicle repairs!

Service and sales personnel are very kind and will help you with every need you have or answer any questions you may have. Financing department can get you in and out of the dealership with a vehicle fast and efficiently! They really show why they are the number one dealer in NCK!!!

I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from Farm Country last week and I cannot speak more highly of them! The idea of having to haggling and play games with other dealers was so daunting to me, that it was worth it to go across state lines for it. Darell delivered it straight to my door at an amazing price. I truly won’t ever buy a car from anyone else!

2 stars is for the customer service and people were nice. Other than that not happy. Made an appointment for 8am for a brush guard and an oil change. On the phone asked if that's something they can do they said yes as long as its a bolt on ,which it was ,and told me that it should take about 2 hours. Also specifically said I wanted full synthetic on the phone. Get there and they don't carry full synthetic, seriously, your a dealership and garage and no synthetic? Then they tell me that their oil change tech guy couldn't install the guard cause there's no instructions, and their ford techs are tied up.. I made an appointment for that reason. Why else do people make appointments? They sent me away with a useless oil change that Ill be changing again and couldn't install the brush guard. If you need vehicle work or synthetic oil go elsewhere.

I highly recommend going to Farm Country Ford in Concordia Ks if you are looking for any vehicle! They helped us and did whatever they could to put our family in our new car. The staff is excellent! We were on our way on a trip when the check engine light came on and the vehicle lost powering Belleville Ks. I called the closest Ford dealership and asked for help getting my truck fixed. What happened next truly amazed me and my family as no only the service manager came to tow or vehicle to the dealership but the owner himself (Mr Womack) came to help. They even brought my other vehicle to me so my family could continue our trip. Now that is great service and help that goes beyond my expectations of the dealership. A great place to do business. Thanks again you will always have my business.
