Carrrie and her team got the smoke smell out of our house after the fire. They did such a good job and were careful with all of our belongings. Carrie got the ball rolling on a Sunday morning after a Saturday afternoon fire! She was wonderful to work with.

Servpro of southwest Wichita came to the City of St Petersburg and helped after the hurricanes. However, when they were performing their restoration and cleaning services, they broke my kitchen countertop. I attempted several times to contact them and since I had already paid in full, they did not return my phone calls. It is unfortunate that after having a house that flooded, Servpro is refusing to reimburse me for the kitchen countertop that they broke. Seven months later, I still have no countertop in half of the kitchen.

Had the opportunity to work with Carey & Jasmine on an event at my job. They were very professional and polite given the circumstances and dealt with issues as required. Thanks for the help.

As a writer and speaker on customer service, I award top honors to the team at Servpro here in Wichita. Starting off with a very good first impression of communication in how my call was handled close to midnight to the urgency and timeliness of their showing up and taking care of a soggy basement bathroom and surrounding area situation, which was due to a toilet overflow while I was out of town. I'm spreading the word! So refreshing to find competent and ethical professionals in this day and age!

I called Servpro of Southwest Wichita when I had a small Kitchen fire, I also had water damage from the fire. It was a very stressful time for me but they showed up and took all my stress away. They were extremely helpful and professional and they really did a wonderful job. I would recommend SERVPRO OF SOUTHWEST WICHITA if you have any Fire or Water damage. Carey and Sean are the best.

ServPro has professional, helpful, friendly personnel! We had a leak in the pipe inside a wall that damaged all the bathrooms. The technicians were quick to remove damage and dry out the bathrooms.
The business team representatives were very reassuring and coordinated the repair process with us at every stage. We really appreciated their patience and expertise.

We had a great experience with Serv Pro. Under the circumstances we were in Carson and his team were absolutely the best to deal with. Carson came out on a Sunday night to help us and the team came out on Monday and they worked all day and everyday until the job was finished. They were able to report very promptly, saving us time and money. All employees were very friendly and professional. They also did a great job keeping us updated and in the loop.

Servpro was able to make it out to our house the same day that we called. We had a basement leak and a different company said we would need to tear up our floors to resolve the issue, but Servpro recommended another solution that allowed us to keep our floors! The reps were all timely and polite. Jessica and Bea Bea went above and beyond getting all their equipment cleared out and our floors cleaned up on the final day

I cannot say enough good about this Team beginning with Carson assessing the situation I had here in Clearwater, Florida with Anthony, Jessica, Bruce and Robert doing tear out and clean up, as well as Michael.

Thank you ServPro for sending them here. They are excellent and patiently helped explain everything they were doing and assessing, throughout. I felt completely confident and it definitely helped ease any anxiety I may have felt about having mold and mildew develop down the road as they dried things out, removing what needed to go including drywall, parts of the ceiling and carpeting.

I highly recommend this Team of professionals for anyone who needs services. Thank you again for making this process something I felt completely confident in, throughout.

Bea Bea & Robin did a fantastic job cleaning our house after our fire. Eventhough they knew that the reconstruction would create more cleaning.They were compassionate & understanding.

My wife and I recently went with Servpro to help us in cleaning up the crawl space in our basement. It was a mess and there was even a dead possum that had been hanging out under there. We were blessed with Bea Bea and Bruce and they did an outstanding job! The crawl space was basically spotless and they even sprayed an enzyme that is already helping with the odor left behind by the possum. 5 star service. Would recommend them to friends and family

A washing machine installation crew failed to attach the drain tube correctly and when it blew off, water saturated the floor and damaged the basement ceiling below it. SERVPRO was quick to respond and the technician did an outstanding job, cleaning up the water upstairs and downstairs, installed drying units and had it dried within a few days. The hardwood floor replacement had to be handcrafted (discontinued product) and Superior Flooring did an outstanding job with the match and installation. The SERVPRO Construction Rep did a great job organizing and directing the flooring and ceiling repair crews in a timely manner, meeting my scheduled timeframes.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. Their reconstruction contractor was excellent and I'm very pleased with all the work they've done. The price was thoroughly explained and their in-house staff was friendly and competent. I recommend them highly.

Sean & BeaBea did a wonderful job cleaning our vents wiping off the vents and making them look almost brand new. They also cleaned our dryer in out, which was wow! They cleaned our carpets. They were very and congenial and we had some good conversations about the solar eclipse.

I initially called for an estimate in choosing which company to use. After they came out they charged over double. Pat butler “the president” said they don’t give estimates, and said his employee said I refused him entry to remove all the fans (not true, was not called and also was home) & so I was charged 2 extra days of their overpriced fan service after it was already dry. Pat didn’t care that his employee lied to have a Sunday off & said he’d take me to court like he does everyone else if I didn’t pay. This is a scam. Do not use them.

The guys came in, did a quick assessment of what needed to be done. Explained everything well, and went straight to work. They work professionally and proficient. Great job.

They were prompt about coming out to inspect the property and were very clear about what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done. The service person was very thorough and meticulous in her work. I felt like I was treated honestly and fairly.

We used them for a small patch of black mold and they did a highly professional job, quick and efficient and very thorough. I would use them again if we had an issue (hopefully won’t need that again)
