I’ve been using Potts for years - for home and business. They’ve always been wonderful to work with. Efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people running a good business.

Randy and Cody fixed our drain problems and water valve problems on the same day we contacted them. They did a great job and were very professional. We recommend them enthusiastically!

Had clogged toilets. Called hoping to have service within 2-3 days, only for them to show up in 30 minutes! Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff, phone service included! They know how to run a business!

Excellent service, good people and able to come out to service our appliances on short notice! They’re knowledgeable and always provide tips about maintenance if you’re willing to learn. Prices are fair, competitive and a little cheaper compared to some bigger names I’ve used from Topeka.

Called Potts Plumbing about needing a main sewer line cleared. They promptly got us on the schedule and arrived at our house in a couple hours. From phone call to inspection to clean out the Potts team was kind, effective, and knowledgeable. Had Potts plumbing do over $600 installing 3 new faucets in our home about 3 weeks ago. A week after installation the pop-up drain stopper in one of the sinks stopped working properly. Definitely an installation problem. I called them and they balked about coming out to make repairs. The Rep I talked to even argued with me and kept mentioning a charge if they did come out. Long story short I made the repair and I am not even a plumber. Will never use them ever again.

A+ all the way around. Pleasure dealing with them both the office staff and the crew that came out. Would recommend them.

Pott's came out on 1/25/22 to repair my dryer. After replacing several of the dryer parts the repairmen said the dryer vent ductwork was clogged/crimped and needed to be replaced, and that I shouldn't use the dryer until that was replaced. I had a HVAC company out to replace the ductwork the following week. I then tried using my dryer for the first time since being "fixed" and it is still not working. The dryer turned on once, didn't dry the clothes, made screeching noises, and hasn't turned on since then. I contacted Pott's to have them come back out and they said they could come out Friday, but the visit would be at full cost, $100 an hour for the first hour, then $80 an hour plus parts after that. The woman I spoke to stated that they do not guarantee their work, which speaks volumes about the quality of work they provide, so even though I spent almost $800 two weeks ago when they were out, they would not come back out to make right the fact that the repairman did not actually fix the dryer when he was here. Now I am out almost $800 and do not have a functioning dryer. I am extremely disappointed in the service I've received, and will not be using Potts again. I do not recommend using this company.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet, and a bathtub leaking into the basement. Right before Christmas. Sigh.

They came on time, were efficient and so very nice. Of course, in my house things are usually more complicated than they should be, so it took
longer than any of us thought it would. But they never complained, just dug in and did what needed to be done, going the extra mile several times. And I received a reasonable bill.

From Loreena’s friendly voice on the phone to the plumbing, heating/air, and appliance repair staff, they are courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable.

I just can’t say enough good things about them!

They've come out twice, once in October and once in January. They are pricey, but seem professional and knowledgeable while here. Pros are years of experience and quality work. Cons: they are pricey, my bathtub is still not draining, and I still haven't recieved bids that I've asked for twice.

Their repair professionals arrived promptly at the time given. They quickly found where the leak was and made the necessary repair. During their time working, they were both knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to call them again for a repair that is too much for me to handle.

They showed up on time, answered all my questions and were reasonably priced. They repaired the leak in my crawlspace and insulated the pipes. They haven't froze once this winter, which has never happened before. If you need a plumber that'll show up, do good work and not rip you off - call them. I know I will anytime I need a plumber in the future

We have used Potts Plumbing twice and both times have been exceptional. They fixed our plugged water line and installed a new water heater. Cody explained everything and showed us exactly what they did when they were done. They had complete confidence with addressing any concerns we had. Quality work and overall service. Great to work with.

Kept promises to call back! I Needed a dryer converted to propane, and they were able to convert it 2 hours after it was delivered. And we love an hour from Topeka! Talk about immediate service!

I have used Potts Plumbing for many of my household needs... from unclogging my drains, replacing a part of my vent on the roof that would have gone unnoticed had Randy not been on the roof checking things out to repairing my dryer. They do it all. Their friendly service and attention to detail have always amazed me. I would suggest giving them a call for any issue you may have and I am betting they can get to you within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price.

Great customer service!!! Technician was able to determine the problem on my dishwasher which another company said there wasn't anything wrong with, but that I was using to much detergent. Found out there was numerous things going on with it. Worked really well with my warranty company also. I would definitely recommend this company!!! Thank you Potts for the wonderful service.

Cody came out to fix our sump pump and it was toast. He was on time, friendly and let us know exactly what was going on and what it would take to replace. They handled everything with the home warranty and I couldn't be happier with the service. Totally recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable company to work on their home. Will call them again, warranty or not. Fast friendly staff made this a smooth fix

Great Service. They come out fast and fix it fast so you end up with a cheaper bill because not much labor expense. Very friendly!!

Fast, courteous and affordable. Fixed a leaking faucet, leaking shut offs and a loud dishwasher all in a couple of hours.

I have known Randy for over 17 years and have found him to be an excellent professional Technician. Not only does he know plumbing and appliances, he also does electrical. I had a light switch in my bedroom that had stopped working and he found a bad connection on an outlet in the closet that was causing the problem. Plumbing issues can be a scary and expensive thing. They were very prompt in getting out to my house to fix the issue and set my mind at ease. They were very professional, worked efficiently and answered all my questions along the way. They were very clean and courteous. They went above and beyond and for that, they will get my business again!

I have known the Potts family for years. So, of course when my washing machine broke down, they are who I thought to call. They scheduled me in quickly (so grateful for that, laundry was building up), and came out to see what was needed. After the part was installed, the washer made a strange sound. I sent them a video, and they had Brad come out the next day to see what was going on. They promised to make it right, and have done that for us. Everything is working well, and I feel confident if any issues arise, they will be out as soon as possible.

I have known Randy and his family for many years. They are great people who love to serve their community. Randy does FANTASTIC work and is ALWAYS available for helping me with all my plumbing needs. I won't use anyone else!!!!

Brad is wonderful! He came out last weekend to repair my washer which had pooped out in the middle of the wash cycle. He was prompt, curteous and very neat and tidy. The next time I need something fixed I will definitely be using Potts Plumbing again. Love these people!

Apparently they take advantage of older people. I have insurance with HMS Home coverage. I called them, they called Potts, Potts called me made an appointment with me for 3 days from the date. They never showed. I called them they claimed I never made an appointment. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, I said I must have misunderstood. I made another appointment with the man I was talking to. Again, a week later they never showed. I called, Loreena Potts claimed I never made an appointment. I know I did because I immediately called my grandson and told him. I was so angry at this woman, I said, "forget it " and called Kasold Plumbing. I know I can rely on them!!!! Potts Plumbing is dishonest and they take advantage of elderly citizens because they think they can get by with it, and apparently don't want to do business with my insurance company! Why can't they just be honest about it instead of pretending it's my fault???!!!!

Randy has been such a wonderful person to work with. We have had a couple of emergencies and he was able to help out immediately and at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Potts Plumbing. With a large family of seven, being without a dryer is a nightmare. I decided to call Potts Plumbing and Randy was there the next day. He found the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. I can’t thank him enough for saving the day!! Potts Plumbing will definitely be my go to for any of my appliance or plumbing repairs. I had a great experience with Potts Plumbing. I always tend to feel uncomfortable having someone I don’t know in my home. Randy was very nice! He is very courteous. THIS company came out. Took $106 of a "deposit" Fretted my grandma w/ a false idea of having to rip out her second floor, ceiling, & three walls (2nd mortgage amount) & in addition never got back to her AFTER THREE WEEKS!! She called ACE. $19. DONE! She finally got her shower going. Thank you for your 'speedy' service and consideration in your customers and their needs or even the information they paid you for. Like a direct $$$ quote.
