Very glad to have Holt Brothers service Arkansas City and surrounding areas. I ran into a slide out problem I couldn’t resolve myself. I found them on Facebook and Google, sent in a contact, and was responded to almost immediately. Jason came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of RVs and campers. He was able to assess and diagnose our problem and provide the cost-effective solution we needed. Thank you, Jason. I hope we don't need you again, but if we do, we know who to call.

Very knowledgeable. I called to schedule a service call for the trouble with my furnace in my 5th wheel. Jason was willing and able to walk me through trouble shooting this over the phone. Problem solved, no charge!

I respect these guys very much. They came out in very cold temperatures to fix my heater and did it in a very timely and efficient manner. Great service and friendly gentlemen! They both went above our expectations on the speed of service. What I thought would take a few days they were able to do in a couple of hours. Very compassionate when it comes to the safety of their customers and their work. I will be calling them again if I ever need it. Hopefully luck is on our side and I won't but they will be the top of my list!

Jason saved the day! We are doing volunteer mission work at at Camp Horizon near Ark City, AR as part of a team with NOMADS. Last Friday evening our Winnebago Vista 29ve Coleman RV AC made a frightening and terrible Humm which only went off by tripping the breaker. Sadly we accepted it was older so probably the condenser. I googled "mobile RV repair" and found Holts. On Saturday although it said closed I called them. Immediately there was a reply. Jason and us discussed the issue and at first he confirmed it was the condenser and said his supplier had a unit. After a short time he called and suggested it could be another part, the controller. Jason made a trip to our campsite, checked what he does and determined it was Not the compressor. Hurray! Part was ordered and Monday Jason has us up and running in short time. HOLTS saved us hundreds . We are so delighted to meet Jason, know the company, and be satisfied so quickly. HOLTS is THE Mobile RV you can trust. They are Very knowledgeable, certified, friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced.

In my absents, my RV needed attention, Holt Brothers took good care of my RV repairs, they got right on it.

Tech was here on time with the correct parts for the work. I am new to living in my camper and had a lot of questions which he was able to answer and gave me good advice. I will definitely use Holt Bros again

Woke up and my coach battery was shot,refrigerator was off and generator wouldn’t start. Call Holt brothers and they had me up and running by 10 am. Great service.

I had some concerns bubbling on my camper roof. Jason was able to help me out over the phone, saving me $300 off the bat. Very nice and professional guy!!

I want to thank these guys so much. AC went out while at WVFest and they came quickly and diagnosed my issue. Unfortunately, a new ac was needed. He ordered it and brought it the next day. Issue was then with the AC and he came and got it and brought me a new one. Communicated awesomely and helped troubleshoot. My new AC is quieter and colder. It is supposed to be way hot the next few days and our family will be great because of them.

Incredibly friendly and professional! I was at WVF and called with a question about a leak on my rig and we chatted. I decided to make do for now and thought that was that. A couple days later they were in my area and Jason called to check on me! Wow! I had him look at the problem and unfortunately it was not something that could be fixed at a festival (needed a real shop and lifts and ordered parts) but they didn't charge me. (BTW I did check their rates and they would have been very fair). This is a company that embodies the good-neighbor spirit of Winfield. If I lived here I would definitely trust them with future issues!

We rent our camper out to various types of people for festivals, family reunions, or personal camping use.
This rental is in Winfield KS. Approximately 170 miles from our house. The renters were having various problems with our tankless water heater in the first few days of their rental due to low water pressure at the site. The hose bib was divided into 4 hose lines in use by other festival attendees campers. I called Jason at Holt brothers rv service to diagnose the issues on site. He quickly responded, helped to explain the issues with the lack of water pressure to the renters. He assured them that all of the systems were functioning properly with the camper. Jason continued to help and monitor the situation that the renters were originally having issues with. His level of excellence in service and communications to me and the renters has been very impressive and over and above that of other services we've used for the camper before.
We are thankful for people who take their job and people's need for services seriously.

We rented an RV trailer for the Walnut Valley festival and had problems with the water heater not working. Jason came out and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was very nice and professional. So happy we found him!
