I’ve been using Champions Pest Control in St. Augustine for five years. They’re extremely professional. Very reliable. I’ve had no issues with them. And if I ever have a problem, they always come back and address it immediately.

I use champion, termite and pest control and my father-in-law has used them for many many years. Been very very happy with their service. Hardly ever see a bug. I just had my house done again by Robert and he was amazing. He took his time. Was very detailed oriented. He was also very professional. Just want to give him kudos for doing such a great job.

Ryan was extremely thorough in treating our home. He went under the house and checked and treated every possible place. He treated the perimeter and replace anything he moved. He described everything he did. We are very satisfied with his work.
No other pest control company came close to the work Ryan performed.

I have used this company for many years and have been very satisfied. I specifically want to thank Ryan for pointing out a problem with the HVAC duct work under my home. I was able to have it repaired that same day. Thank you for being aware of things like that. I would have never have known what to look for.

I had a Rodent problem so I called Champion. They came out next day on time, they did there thing and a few days later the Rodents where gone!! They even call to check on you to see how everything is going!! You can tell that they care unlike the big corporate pest services. I definitely recommend Champion for all your pest control needs!!

We have been using Champion Termite & Pest Control for the past couple of years and are extremely satisfied and confident in their service. We have worked multiple times with Micky, who is always thorough in his assessment and treatment, as well as very pleasant and knowledgeable of both the pest problems and the best way to treat. Any recurring problems are always attended to promptly and they always show up within the 2 hour window given. I would highly recommend this company (and Micky) for any preventive or remediation work needed for your home and property.

CJ was awesome, I was in a bind and CJ sent out Brandon, the good one, to do a termite treatment before my slab was poured within an hour!

Daniel, Mickey & Brandon were amazing! Daniel was the first to come out and assess the problem, he was professional, explained everything in detail that would need to be done and made us know we were in good hands. Mickey came and did our initial treatment, he explained what he was going to do and he did a very good job and we immediately started seeing the results. Brandon came back for the second treatment and did another inspection and treatment, he also was very nice, professional and did an awesome job. I can't say enough about their service. Would recommend to anyone who needs their service. They are affordable, dependable and they do a great job. We are bug free!

I don’t like how you have to call them to come out that should be a every month thing inside and outside service. If we paying a year term of service I just don’t understand why do we have to call y’all when we see rodent or termites or flying insects the list goes on.

This post is a year late and I’m sorry. I was reminded today when they showed up to do our annual termite and pest control. First let me say, Champion has been a pleasure to do business with. I’ve never had faith in “annual” pest control until I hired them. The only roaches I see all year are dead ones. They are meticulous and thorough. With that said, I want to commend Kyle. He did our treatment in 2022. This young man taught me more about termites in 30 minutes than I’ve learned in 64 years. Their habits, their traits, and how they get into a home. He is a walking scientist on insects and the best way to kill and not attract them. I was so amazed to see him actually enjoy his job, and want to know every aspect of it. So rare nowadays. As a former business owner I would have gave a lot to have an employee like him. Whatever they are paying him, it isn’t enough. The man that came today did a wonderful job, but honestly, when I opened the door, I was disappointed it wasn’t Kyle. But whoever they send, they do an excellent job and I would highly recommend them over anyone else. Thank you Champion for always a job well done. Please tell Kyle I’ll never forget our conversation and I wish him all the best!

Technician Kyle came out and sprayed for termites. Kyle was very knowledgeable In his job and gave several tips and bits of information in regards to not only what he was doing but also the termites and bugs themselves. Kyle was also very personable and friendly and showed exceptional customer service.

Champion Termite and Pest control was recommended to us by a friend. 10/10 customer service. Justin came today on a short notice and completed a thorough inspection and treatment on the inside and outside of our house in no time. He was very informative and polite.

We have discovered that we are having an ant problem we could not control. We called for a technician to assess the issues we are having. The technician, Mickey, was on time and went right to work. He quickly identified the problems and treated the outside AND inside of our home to rid us of the pest issues. He shared the causes of the pest issues and described the treatment used. He was extremely knowledgeable and informed us about the root cause of the pests.

A young man named Justin did my yearly service, was the nicest and most polite tech who ever serviced my home.

This was our first time experience with bedbugs, and we were very pleased with the service and the technology and the serviceman (Mick)

After a bad experience with a competitor, I called Champion Termite and Pest Control. Today Daniel came out, did the inspection, explained the service and the price. He was professional and engaging, I felt good about the options so I signed up.

The same day (before Daniel even left) the technician Kyle arrived. He was just as engaging, just as professional, and his attention to detail was outstanding. He explained what products he was using and what our expectation should be.

Both of these gentlemen are a true asset to the company. They are welcome in our home any day, and I am confident we will have no pest issues.

Update 9/12/2023 - 1 year later, Champion came out again to service the property and renew service for another year. Kyle arrived and was as engaging and professional as the previous year. Very through, serviced the whole property and had may wife laughing (she was in pain from some injections) so it made her day.

Champion is just around the corner from their competitor, (their competitor is the worse value I can imagine), do yourself a favor and use these guys, they are great
