I had a small concrete cleaning job to complete in Palatka but I live in southern Marion county about an hour and a half away. I have all the equipment except a water tank, so I did a Google search for concrete cleaning companies in Palatka. Once I found Sunshine Cleaning Service and read their reviews I contacted them. Although this was a small job access was an issue since it was inside a private cemetery. I communicated with Jim and let him know the details and he coordinated everything and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any and all concrete cleaning jobs, no matter the size.

Polite young man, very efficient and thorough. Went above and beyond when cleaning the rooftops and gutters and pressure washing the houses and structures.

My roof looks beautiful. The pressure wash of the house did a great job, but a lot of my windows have smears and streaks.

Jim and the Sunshine Cleaning team were incredibly proactive, thorough, and helpful getting our building back to clean. Also cleaned our gutters and replaced concrete splash blocks at the bottom of downspouts, all of which we very much needed done. Communication and follow up was tremendous and turn around time short. Cleaned my metal roof and pool enclosure area. They bring water with them so you don't have to be concerned if you have a shallow well. Huge difference on the roof and removed the green stuff that had started to grow on the screens

My experience with this company was great. I was given an accurate and thorough quote on the work to be done which was fair. The job was scheduled promptly when it was convenient for us and done on that date. The powerwashing was absolutely done to perfection. I could not be happier, and would absolutely use this company again for future powerwashing needs - or for roof cleaning down the road.
