Just had my roof done, and Bruce and his team were top notch. They found and fixed problems that were not even discussed. Bruce and his team were extremely professional with great attention to detail, and they are honest and forthright. I would recommend them to anyone that wants excellent work at an affordable price. Jeff Hoeft with Expert Roofing was able to get my neighbor and myself approved by insurance for new roof and siding. Jeff was very responsive throughout the whole process and provided recommendations on roof colors and venting options. My wife and I are very happy with the attention to detail Jeff brings to the table. I highly recommend Jeff Hoeft with Expert Roofing.

Worst roofing company. Does not return calls. I had a new flat roof installed by Expert in 2021, and it’s leaking again. I paid for this roof with my own money, not insurance, and it’s still under warranty. It’s a flat roof and they didn’t not pitch the roof to the drain, so now it’s holding rain water like a pool. My ceiling is leaking and water is dripping down my walls. Mold is growing too. I’ve called 3 times, left messages, sent a message through their website. Still no response. Whatever you do, do not contract with them! They do not care about their customers!

Did our subdivision in Schaumburg/ Roselle area about a year ago, the most unprofessional and rude group of people I’ve ever seen. They ruined the celling of our house, and absolutely destroyed our house. The owner/manager of this company is very rude, and was rude to my disabled father when my father wanted to get things fixed. They were very unpleasant and did a horrible job on everyone’s roof and ruined multiple people’s houses. They are no expert at all! Disgusting! Do not use them!!!

I regret contracting with Expert. They sounded great at first, got my insurance to pay, and the roof looked great from far away when they finished. When I got on my roof to look up close at the finished job, even my untrained eye noticed sloppy work. They dismissed my concerns. Sure enough my roof leaked within a month. It took months of back and forth with Expert refusing to actually fix their mistakes. They even write their contract to include working that if you go to court with them over their mistakes, you will never be able to recover your lawyers fees. I highly recommend that you avoid doing business with this unprofessional and dishonest company.
