Colin and Gio came to make some repairs to an under deck cover that we had installed 17 YEARS AGO! Let’s just say they honor the lifetime workmanship warranty.

The guys worked most of the day installing flashing and sealing so that we wouldn’t have any more leaking.

Colin and Gio were both polite and did wonderful work. Jobsite was cleaned before they left.

I will definitely recommend Exovations for future work based on how they responded to our issue. It’s rare that a company even cares what happens to something we bought so long ago. Thank you!!

Just finished an entire exterior renovation, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with EXOVATIONS. From the time I met with Jim to coordinate all of the updates/repairs, until the end of the project with James, my project manager, things went smoothly and everybody involved was extremely attentive. The crews were all professional, and I am very happy with all of the work that was done. On the first day of work, the door/window crew spent extra time with a troublesome exterior door to make sure that everything was perfect. Collin and Jimmy, my deck-builders, were especially detailed and helpful, and obviously took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend EXOVATIONS, and I truly appreciate the improvements they made on my home.

Exovations installed the under the deck ceiling below my deck. I was very happy with the final result and the expertise of the crew. They started work on the promised date, showed up on time everyday, worked diligently, and addressed all questions. However, it would be good if they would expand their service to include repairs and touch ups related to the job. For example, I had a gas pipe under the deck that had to be removed for the under decking, and I had to get it done myself. They do not have a licensed person who can work on gas lines. I will also have to get the exposed wood painted. I would have given 4 stars just for that reason. However they get an extra star due to the project manager for my job, CJ . CJ was always available to answer questions, kept us informed in a timely manner, and remediated newly discovered issues that were not in the written contract. In my experience CJ's professionalism and customer service is very rare amongst residential contractors. If I were to hire Exovations for another project, I would want CJ as the Project Manager.

Exovations is the best!! Terry, Josh and all the crews were so great to work with and did a great job. There were a number of projects and they coordinated and scheduled perfectly and made sure everything was done based on the original plan. We really appreciate that and we will use them again for any new projects. We highly recommend Exovations!

C Bernardes Flooring and General Construction did an amazing job with our hardwood flooring. The installation was flawless and the finish looks beautiful.

Exovations did an amazing painting and repair job on our home. Joy is absolutely wonderful. She really takes an interest in your project. She cares and wants to do the best job for her customers. We loved her. Tony is also terrific. He was on top of the project and met with us regularly to answer any questions and offer wise solutions and great advice. The team of Jesus and Carlos were amazing! I felt lucky to have had them as our project team. They were gracious, professional and do terrific work. I have lived in my home for over 30 years and did a semi-facelift in 2006 with a contractor that was sub par, so I have been hesitant to go through the process again. Still, our home was truly dated, and I have never liked the entry. I spent months reviewing contractors online. Then one day I saw the Exovations truck around town and checked out their work on-line.

It was just over a year ago that I met with Jennifer from Exovations. My meeting with her gave me hope that I would fall in love with my home all over again! She had great ideas for updating the colors on our exterior as well as suggestions for our entry. In the end, Exovations was my choice to update our home.
The contract was pretty involved. They created a new 16 x 22 screened porch, added a flagstone patio and walkway, new roof, exterior paint and a clever new entry. The project didn’t begin until we had all the proper permits and a thorough walk through with both the Project Manager and The Regional Construction Manager to finalize the details.

With a project this large it is expected to have a hiccup or two along the way. Tony Fricks, the Regional Construction Manager was a phone call away. He was on site on a regular basis to make sure that every phase of the project was completed to our satisfaction. Whether he was on site or not, all team members were respectful of our property and cleaned up the site completely every night.

I need to share a moment. We have 2 older dogs and their only way out was the back deck which only had a few steps. When the old deck was gone, Collin, the team lead for framing, along with Mycah & Jimmy put a mock path with old wood on top of the new framing so the pups could go out. As the project progressed, they continued to find unique ways for us to take care of our pups. This was truly a kind and an above and beyond gesture!

Today I am sitting in a beautiful screened porch that overlooks our patio and back deck. When I pull up my driveway and see our home, I can’t help but smile! Jennifer nailed the colors for our home, and the entry of our home is so inviting. It looks like a brand new home!

From start to finish, the team at Evocations delivered exceptional results. Very professional and easy to talk to. CJ and his team exceeded expectations, making sure we were happy. We will without a doubt use their services again for future home upgrades.

I decided to write this review now so that others can benefit from my experiences with this company, as compared to other contractors. I bought a fixer upper on Lanier back in 2016. Exovations replaced some exterior doors and all my windows. I was so pleased, I had them replace (actually add on top of the old) the siding as well. I have had many contractors here over the years. I have added a patio, replaced my deck, finished my basement. Paint interior walls. The list goes on and on. If I had to do it all over again, I would have hired Exovations to do everything. They were by far, the best contractors to ever set foot on my property. They were not the cheapest, but I never had to ask them to fix something, or redo anything. I give them 5 stars, and would rate them higher if I could.

I am so pleased with my new porch, new deck and new paint! My house looks great! Although the start date was delayed by a company move, it was worth the wait to have such quality work done. My project manager, Jake Payne, kept me well informed and reacted immediately to every question or concern I had. My Sales Consultant, Wes Peavy, was awesome too! Excovation did a wonderful job for me. They painted and repair my home that desperately needed a face lift. Assessed all the rot and stucco repair needed. Terry Brooks (sales manager) and Michael Vanden (project manager) did a great job explaining and identifying all my needs (they even consulted on paint color options which was super helpful)! Their estimates for time line and costs exceeded my expectation. when they finished the exterior of my home it was pristine! I'm looking forward to them replacing my front door and steps with them soon!

We needed new gutters, soffit, facia, and trim for our house. The configuration of our house and lot, however, created some challenges beyond the normal for such a project. After having one company tell us they couldn’t handle it, we called Exovations based on their reputation.
From the very first call we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. This carried over to our no-pressure, in home sales call and then to the project planning session with the project manager who assured us that we would be dealing directly with him throughout the project. He set up a detailed schedule that fit with our timeframe and from that point kept us informed with direct messages as every step unfolded. Materials were delivered when and how the project manager outlined and work crews arrived promptly as scheduled and proceeded with efficiency. As our project was scheduled in the winter months, Mother Nature threw some curve balls our way. But we were notified of every delay in advance and work crews were redeployed as quickly as conditions allowed. The three work crews even coordinated their individual portions of the project to allow them to overlap, keeping us as close to the original schedule as possible. Overall, the materials used were top quality, and the workmanship of each crew was first class. The crews were respectful of our privacy and made efforts to assure minimal impact on our neighbors. When any problems arose, the crews promptly informed us and took the initiative to solve it. They put obvious effort into cleaning up at the end of each workday, even as they stretched their time to make use of every bit of the limited winter daylight hours.
In the end, our project was completed in a timely manner, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We can say that we would eagerly recommend Exovations and they will be our first call for any future exterior renovations at our home.

Jake was very instrumental in providing leadership with our project. We love our new deck and porch. His crew Colin, Jimmy, Joseph, and Micah along with electrical, roofing, painting, and siding crews were very accommodating. Jake(project lead)and Wes(sales rep) were able to help me get everything fixed and safe. The outside of my home looks amazing and I'm very thankful that a company has employees that genuinely care about their customers. The entire Exovations did an extraordinary job! Our home renovation was extensive - including a new Trex deck, new windows and sliders, new roof and gutters, coordination with the pool rehab company for resurfacing the pool/deck, painting, front entrance with new front door, steps and walk -- the list was exhaustive.

You can only imagine the amount of upfront planning that took place -- and Joy, our sales manager, had every detail documented and planned out prior to starting. David, our project manager, had everything scheduled -- day by day -- for the 2-1/2 month project and everything went as planned -- meeting every milestone.

The job was completed on-time, within budget, and with superb craftsmanship!

This may be a long post but I will try to shorten it. This is our second time using Exovations. I love their radio commercials and what they advertise is true. Nothing is perfect and when something needs to be corrected, Exovations will do will do what is necessary to make things right. To me, that is what separates a good business from an exceptional business. From the beginning, salesman Wes Peavy was polite and very professional. He was extremely helpful and concerned with what we needed on our project. If you are lucky enough to have Wes as a salesman, take advantage of his knowledge and expert advice. As for the project itself, project manager Joe Lucier, was an extension of Wes, concerned, hard working and determined.
It's obvious that Exovations works hard with it's suppliers to bring the best pricing it can for it's customers. We had roofing, painting, sliding door replacement and window capping completed on our home. Joe worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the end results. He was there till the end and we could not be happier with the results. I have to add that the painters used were above and beyond what we expected. Jose Montano and crew did an exceptional job. We've had painters in the past but not to their caliber. They communicated with us along the way to make sure the job was up to our expectations. Exovations, please keep doing what you are doing. You separate yourselves from others in what you do. This is old school business and I love it.

We had Exovations repair the corner of a dormer( chewed by squirrels ) and replace the widows walk over our front entrance. Jake was very thorough as the project manager. The completed job looks great. Their work is guaranteed. Would use them again.

Having recently finished a second, extensive home improvement project with Exovations, I'm sharing my positive experiences with those planning to do the same. Exovations is a professional, no surprises contractor that does excellent work. From design, planning, execution and finishing, top quality results were delivered. Their entire team is focused on delivering a completed project that readily surpass customer expectations. Although there are likely less expensive contractors, hands down, you will not be disappointed with Exovations.

Michael Vanden Project Manager with Exovations came out today to measure our windows. We replaced the front windows of our home last December with Exovations. Micheal is very personable and went above and beyond to remove glue that was left on a window from our first project in our foyer. We really love the quality of our new windows. Our last installers were fantastic. We look forward to our new windows being installed in October 2024.

Had an amazing experience with Exovations. This was our second job with them, much more complex than our first “under deck” installation. We wanted an entire retrofit of our front entry, new portico and removal of a shabby box window. We had ideas in our head of what we wanted but couldn’t articulate them well. Wes, our salesman, used a program to imagine what it could be and it was as though we designed in ourselves. Jake and his installation team were incredible. Jake managed the project to a “T”, informing me of timelines, expectations, etc. The crews showed up on time, were incredibly professional, and cleaned up the job site daily leaving our home looking tidy despite the heavy renovation. There were some instances when the timeline was sped up, but Jake called and let me know in advance if we had any issue with improving the timeline. The final project was better than expected and looks as though the house was originally built with the improvements made (rather than as an obvious aftermarket renovation). Whenever we need another exterior project, Jake and his team will be our first call.

We had a great experience with Exovations for our home siding project. Our home was built in the 80’s so this was a learning experience and a major investment. After doing our due diligence, we couldn’t have chosen a better company to go with. Jake Payne was very attentive from start to finish.

Outstanding experience with Exovations for a sunroom makeover. Mac was terrific as the sales rep, Oscar was an attentive Project Manager, and the crew was diligent, hard-working, and stayed late when needed. I will be utilizing them again.

These guys are Top Notch!! I am on the Architectural Control Committee for my subdivision and have seen several houses get renovated by these guys and I’m so happy when I approve the work because they have very professional estimates that have detailed breakdowns of the work and pricing as well as detailed renderings of what the hojse will look like after completion! I am also in Real Estate and have started referring clients with bigger projects to Exovations! If you want to make your house look amazing or add an addition to your existing floorplan, these are the guys to go with! I also got to meet some of the great people who work there at a charity golf tournament and grabbed a pic with some of the staff who were super friendly to meet in person as well!! I’m also going to attach a picture of a hojse they not only modernized the entire front of the home, but also added an extension to the side of the home that was a suite for their elderly mother to be able to live in tue same house but have her own space!

I am a repeat customer of EXOVATIONS, the roof, siding, window, door and exterior paint contractor serving the North Meto Atlanta area. I hired them in 2005 to install James Hardie siding, new gutters and paint, at my home in Lawrenceville, GA. They did a great job for a very good price, in a very professional manner. Not surprisingly, I contacted them a few months ago when my current home in Stone Mountain needed a number of exterior renovations. Just as before, they were complete professionals, and installed new Hardie siding, a new roof, re-glazed all of my windows, installed new screens and footers on my screened-in porch, installed two new exterior doors, painted the whole exterior, and installed new gutters and a new screen door. My project manager, Oscar A, did a great job and was wonderfully professional in every way. Any extensive home repair project will involve at least some glitches or communication issues. EXOVATIONS did everything possible to minimize such problems and to resolve them to my satisfaction. I especially appreciated their professionalism and expertise when they discovered several deteriorated structural elements as they removed my 50-year-old siding and roof. Their estimated costs to repair the unforeseen damage were reasonable, and they completed the repairs, plus the installation of the new roof and siding quickly and within our agreed-upon time frame. All in all, I am very satisfied with their work, quality of products, workmanship, and communications, the reasonableness of their fees, and high level of professionalism.

My Sales rep was Wes and my Project Manager was Jake. I have only positive things to say about everything they have done and the guys that did the work. My home's structure was literally saved by them and the cost of the project via their financing mabe the work do-able. The outside of my home looks brand new in spite of it being over 70 years old. I recently spent over $80,000 with Exovations to do remodeling. After paying a premium price for their services, I expected more. They subcontract their work out, and unfortunately it seemed most of the contractors were all about speed, and not as much quality. The stone/rock guy did a nice job, but the siding and painting wasn’t so great. They did fix a few of the smaller issues, but the caulking/ prep work for painting wasn’t good. I expected more for the amount of money.

I Highly recommend this team! So happy with the outcome. Team shared ideas that exceeded my expectations! Remodeling? This team covers A to Z! The process should be this easy!!

We are very pleased with our under the deck installation by Exovations! They lived up to their advertisement of "on time, on budget, and without all that stress." In fact, the project was completed early and all guarantees of no leaks were dealt with quickly. Jake Payne, our project manager, was very responsive whether by text, phone, email or in person. This really was a stress-free remodeling project - from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable and not pressured with the sales rep (Keith) and the project manager (Oscar) kept me up to date on the project. The different crews that were out were also great. The price quoted was the price paid. I had siding replaced, new gutters, new doors installed, and everything painted a new color. It feels like a whole new house and I love how it all came together. Would definitely use them again for another project in the future.

Had several quotes for new vinyl siding. Keith quoted a better price AND quoted Hardiplank. Exovation installed siding, windows and covered gutters just like their ad says, “On time and on budget”. My home needed new siding and paint all the way around. We called around and got multiple quotes and gave our expectations. No other company came close to matching Exovations and the quality is better than I could have imagined. Wes was very thorough with his estimate and what needed to be done. They gave me a schedule that told me what days my materials would be delivered, the job would start and finish. They did exactly that. Chris Campbell kept me informed of everything going on throughout the process and came by today to do a final walk and everything looks perfect! Recently I filed a claim with my homeowner's insurance for a new roof, due to wind damage. The Project Manager for the roofing company said that several pieces of my siding were crumbling because they had been placed too close to the roof. He requested they be repaired before installing the new roof. I contacted Exovations, who had installed the Hardy Plank siding & new windows a few years back.

Oscar Alvarez, a Project Manager with Exovations, came out to inspect the situation. Although it was the week before Thanksgiving & they were busy with many projects, he fought for me & got a crew out to do the repairs in time for the installation of the roof! Oscar, personally, painted the new siding! He showed me photos of all that was done. I was extremely pleased, as was the Project Manager for the roofing company.

I initially chose Exovations to put on the new siding & replace the old single-pane windows with double-panel vinyl windows because they came highly recommended. I was not disappointed with my choice then or now!

If timely and clear communications from a contractor is important to you, see if Jake at EXOVATIONS is available to be your Project Manager. Jake led four teams of task-specific (i.e. framing, siding, gutter replacement, and painting) experienced professionals over 3 weeks to complete my project 1 week earlier than his committed completion date at the reasonable quoted price. It couldn't have been easier for me!

I contracted with Exovations to replace the siding on my house. I expected from their literature and discussions with their sales staff that theirs would be a professional installation. The final result fell far short of that goal. I was a design and construction engineer for over 30 years working on both capital projects and small installations. I was told lies directly to my face about the installation standards which were not being followed after directly watching the contractor screw it up. I have been working ever since they left to correct the way the gutters and downspouts were left. I’ve called my roofer to come out and install flashing at a hip joint and insure that nails placed into the roof were sealed. I’ve got trim that was shoddily installed that I’m going to have to replace and I’ve my doubts that some of the siding was installed per Hardie Planks standards. This has been the most stressful personal home construction project that I’ve ever dealt with.

After meeting with Josh, I’ve revised my rating upwards. Josh came out and reviewed each and every one of my complaints and got the manpower back out to fix them. I appreciate that he was able and willing to do this.

Overall, great work. All of the various workers (siding, paint,gutters) all did great work. We had all siding, all soffit, some facia all replaced.

Removal of the siding went well. Replacement with all Hardie materials was excellent. The paint crew was very good and very precise. Gutters were also well done.

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of a good clean up of the small items, such as nails. The large items was no problem, but I cleaned over 3 pounds of nails, staples and various other small items.

The review of the final build had a few items that needed addressing and they were all resolved. Our project manager, Michael did a great job to get it all done.

The price quoted was the price we paid. It was thousands less than another large company had quoted.

Bottom line, I would recommend Exovations for home rebuilds....just make sure they clean up the little stuff.

We had doors, windows replaced, new slider put in to the deck and a door removed, new siding, trim, soffits, facia, gutters with covers and painting. It was a lot of work, took about 3 weeks and overall we are very pleased with the results.

Even though there is nothing "stress free" about having people climbing all over your house, their crews were professional, courteous and extremely detail oriented. Great experience from the sales staff and onsite staff. From the quote to the execution, everything went off just like we would have wanted it to. We had a rain delay but all were very communicative about the expected restart and things took right back off. The house looks 20 years younger now.

The team did a great job overall.
However I was just out side and looking at my house there are many black tar spots on my porch rails. I hope I can get some help with this

I was very pleased with our roof replacement from the Exovations team. The price was reasonable, the team (including Joe Lucier) was professional, and the work was done quickly. We used Exovations in the past for painting and other exterior work. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Terry Brooks and Project Manager Josh Palmer have done wonderful job throughout the process of changing and painting the fascia, soffit and gutter. They REALLY MAKE renovation stress-free!! I do highly recommend calling their office and schedule your renovation proposal estimate from Mr. Terry Brooks and request Mr. Josh Palmer to be your project manager (if possible). The painter and installers have done great job painting and installing the gutter, fascia and soffits. Not to mention, there was a section of gutter and fascia that it wasn't in the original proposal but thought it was vital to have it installed, so they added it for free.

Michael Vanden was our recent project manager for a major job for our home. Michael did a great job with proactively communicating with me, shared a project plan, and made several visits to ensure the pace and quality of work remained on target.

Exovations did a great job on my siding and gutters! Am I very pleased. Michael Vanden and his team completed the job in 7 business days (from material drop off to final inspection). Michael made me feel very comfortable with the process and his availability.

I hired Exovations to redo my siding, trimming, exterior painting, and gutters. The siding crew ran into some issues during demolition and some interior damage when the siding installation was performed. Mistakes happens. Our desire for a remodeled front porch required some serious ingenuity! Jennifer D. was very thoughtful about how to proceed, consulting with co-workers for the best plan. She presented us with a wonderful idea and then John F. made it come to life. As project manager, he kept us informed of each phase of the work and its timing. All the crews were courteous, hardworking, and thorough. The attention to detail was impressive! John completed many tasks himself and answered all of our questions with patience and a smile. He managed to complete our project ahead of schedule to accommodate an annual family event. Our 1968 house has new life! We highly recommend Exovations!

This review is solely based on who drives the company vehicles. I was on the road at 4/18/23 at 3:25pm and someone in this company vehicle swerved 2 lanes over straight onto my lane without light signals and almost crashed into me. License number CIL1953. Very dangerous and could’ve caused serious damage. Whoever was driving at that time should be looked into.

We hired Exovations and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! James our project manager met with us to explain the process. The crew headed up by Greg and Jeff were on time and made our vision come to life. They cleaned up the jobsite each night. Jesus did a meticulous job with painting. Miguel designed and installed the gutters perfectly. Affordable and a great investment in our home! We love the results.

I would like to congratulate the workers who installed the new windows and front door in my home! Also the Manager Andy who assisted us during the installation and later with some minor adjustments. He is always very kind to us and responds quickly to my messages. We are very pleased with Exovations' work. Thank you Andy and the other staff!

I recently had a brand new bay window installed at a cost of $10,000. However, the quality of the installation is appalling, as can be seen in the attached pictures. Despite several attempts to negotiate with the installers, we were told that this was the best result we could expect. The installation fails to meet the basic standards of workmanship, We are extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

Follow up

Josh is a very straightforward and responsible person, he and his colleagues repaired the gaps, scraped and painted walls and window frames, and now everything looks great.

Repaired rotten siding, facia, trim along with gutters and complete repaint of exterior. Chris Campbell the Project Manager was responsive to all questions, was onsite daily, and addressed all needs. Highly recommend.

ThermaTru door: Randy Burnett managed the replacement of my storm door and wood front entry door with sidelights. He sensed my requirement for quality workmanship and quality products. Both were delivered and tested by me personally as soon as the painting and reinstallation of my awning were completed. Any problems during the installation were fixed immediately.

The insulated ThermaTru door has been much better at keeping my home warm during this polar blast the week before Christmas 2022. The previous storm door that protected my wooden builder's grade front door failed to keep out the cold. I could feel cold air penetrating my foyer despite the Anderson storm door being as protective from the temperatures as it could. It seemed to also create a draft that pulled cold air into my gas log fireplace that also has doors to presumably keep as much warm air from escaping as possible. With the ThermaTru door, there's no draftiness and the entire house is warm during this polar blast. I highly recommend having Exovations replace storm door + wooden doors with the insulated ThermaTru door. Save $$ on gas and electric bills.

I can't say enough good things about Exovations! About a year and a half ago we contracted them to redo our ENTIRE house! Long overdue. It turned out absolutely Gorgeous! Did we have a few hiccups, sure. However, everything was handled and we are SO happy! The quality of work is top notch as well as their staff! You hear Candice on the radio and she sounds so super sweet... We got to meet her and she sure is a delight! Our sales guy Jim is wonderful as well! The PM's, crew leads, and "the guys" are the best in my opinion! Can't say enough good things about them!
I'll say in the past year a couple of things popped up and I made a phone call and boom! It was fixed!
We are so impressed with this company they are currently doing a screened in porch and deck for us! It's coming along quite nicely! I'll keep you posted!
