Transcend just finished installation of roof, they did and awesome job and awesome job of cleaning up. Chandler was fantastic working with my insurance company for the past 4 months. He remained positive during the whole processes, and he made it happen. I've had a lot of roofing companies stop by over the years to evaluate my roof, but their was something about Chandler's honestly and personality I liked. I'm very pleased with the results and craftsmanship to detail. I've had all big box Home improvement centers do roofs in the past, they can't touch the level of service Transcend provided.

He worked with my insurance company and I was very satisfied with the coverage they provided due to damage from a hail storm. I was able to choose the type of shingle and color I wanted with guidance which was very helpful.The roof was completely installed in one day and it looks fantastic!! I had several neighbors comment on how amazed they were that it was completed in one day and looked so great. All of the crew were very professional. They also completed repairs to some inside water damage. I would highly recommend this company if you are considering a new roof.

When we started the process of getting our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage, the insurance company tried every trick in the book to not pay for a full replacement. Luckily, we had Caleb and the Transcend team every step of the way. It got to the point where I would not take a call with the insurance company unless it was a conference call with Caleb involved. After all, he is a roofing expert and that is why we hired him. Caleb always knew what to say and how to get the insurance company to eventually come around. After a 6-7 month process, we finally got a full replacement. We fully recommend them for your needs.

Disappointing Experience: New Roof, But Original Issues Unresolved

I'm unfortunately writing this review with mixed feelings. While I ended up getting a new roof from this company, I'm still dealing with the exact problem that led me to contact them in the first place.

Originally, I reached out specifically to get my gutters replaced, with a priority on a detached downspout that was causing water damage to my siding. I was told repeatedly that the downspout could be reattached temporarily while I waited for the gutter replacement. Months later, I'm still waiting. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I haven't been able to get the gutter replacement scheduled. This is extremely frustrating because my siding is now experiencing significant water runoff and potential damage.

I will say that the company representatives were persuasive and did sell me on a new roof, which was ultimately completed. However, the fact that the original issue, the one that prompted my call in the first place, remains unaddressed is a major disappointment. It feels like I was upsold on a larger project while my initial, critical need was neglected.

Ultimately, I can't recommend this company unless they improve their follow-through on initial customer concerns.

I love the work a professional attitude and charisma that Gary and chandler brought to my job. I have Allstate, nobody likes Allstate but they got EVERYTHING approved. I love my UHDZ weathered wood roof and my brand new gutter system as well! Great company! Great people! 100% recommend them to anyone in need of work!

I couldnt be more thrilled with my new roof from Transcend Roofing Systems. They did a complete roof install and cleanup in one day. No damage to my siding, or gutters or the gutter guards. Their crew was amazing. They left the exterior of my house better than it was when they started the project. In fact, i believe they may have cleaned up some of the mess that a previous contractor left. The roof is beautiful and up to code and they did a fanstic job working with my insurance company. I wouldn't think twice recommending them to anyone who may need their roof replaced. I found out Transcend also provides other contracting services too. I'll most likely be utilizing them for my other interior needs.

The proces started about 4 months ago. Jake, Caleb and the team did a fantastic job with our new roof! From the beginning to the end, they handled the job professionally, worked with the insurance adjuster and made it seamless for me. They gave us a choice of shingle manufacturers, design and color selection. The “roof in a day” was impressive, as well. It’s never convenient to have to replace your roof, so doing it in just one day is a huge plus! They also fixed a chimney leak, replaced a chimney cap, and repaired the water damages inside the house. All looks fantastic! Thanks so much for an awesome looking product!

Chandler came to our home and investigated the condition of the roof and concerns he had with the damage that existed.

I having a number of reservations working with roofing companies had a number of questions and communicated concerns dealing with a roofing company and the associated interaction with my insurance company. Chandler spent numerous phone calls and time getting me comfortable with their process and approach.

Ultimately he was able to get us not only approved for a full roof replacement but all our entire gutter system due to hail damage. In fact Chandler worked with us on pricing to not only get us the roof replacement but additionally got us upgraded components across the roofing system.

On the day of installation there was literally an army of workers helping remove the old roof, fix all the underlying issues and installing the new roof in a day. Generally I would be concerned with someone replacing a roof in a day but given the number of people and what I observed watching them work all day I can say it was easier on my family to be done in a day with no sacrifice of quality.

The collective company was flexible and worked with us through all steps of the process to get our roof and gutters replaced. I would highly recommend Transcend Roofing if you have issues or concerns with your roof!

The team was great from start to finish (and beyond). They were incredibly helpful to work with me and insurance to ensure they had all the details they needed to complete a proper claim regarding our damage. A few times they needed more information or some correction in their analysis and the team was on it. They took the stress and confusion off of me and handled it which was great.

When the roof was replaced, they coordinated it with me in advance, had a team available to assist on the day of, and came by TWICE after the job was complete to make absolutely sure we were satisfied. They also were sure to use their device to get any roofing nail that could have been in the lawn or driveway. We didn't get a single roofing nail in our tire or feet in the yard. I consider that a success on its own!

In all seriousness, I would recommend Transcend every single time. We had a fantastic experience, and I would use them again tomorrow - even if I hope to never need another roof :)

We had an incredible experience with Transcend Roofing. We had damage to our roof when a tree fell on our house with the July 2023 wind storm event. A restoration company that was suggested to us came out and tarped and did repairs to the affected area but never really bothered to fully assess the whole roof. Caleb Pipkins was visiting my neighbor when he saw the condition of our roof's shingles and inquired why the whole roof wasn't replaced when it was clear that there were wind creased shingles and new shingles over the repaired areas that did not match on the front elevation. He asked for permission to fully inspect the roof as he was certain our insurance had not restored our home's roof to it's pre-damaged condition. He was right! He handled everything with efficiency and very clear communication. Our insurance was given videos of repairability and they agreed to a whole roof replacement. Caleb and his team walked us through everything and ensured we knew what to expect and gave us resources, like pictures and shingle samples to make our shingle decision. The new shingles look FANTASTIC! Their crew worked fast and cleaned up like they'd never even been there. Had it not been for Caleb's know-how on how this all works and his sincerity to see us get what our insurance should be providing, we would have been stuck with our odd looking roof. This company is 5-stars and I've recommended them several times already.

We used Transcend Roofing in the fall of 2023 for replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts of our home in north Forsyth county, Georgia. Their salesman expertly guided us through the insurance claim process, roof selection and scheduling. Their work crew did a wonderful job on the same-day roof replacement, and they even took care of some extra repairs needed to some previously damaged siding, fascia boards and trim that came to light during the roof replacement. Their sub-contractor Master Craft Gutters gave equally excellent service, swapping out the old damaged gutters and downspouts for a new leaf-guard system. Throughout it all they were very courteous and patient, even as we had to navigate several insurance supplemental submissions. Finally, every problem that arose throughout the process, they made sure to handle expertly and also to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new roof, gutters and downspouts, and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof, gutters and downspouts for their home.

Transcend was professional and easy to work with from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable about insurance claims and communicating with our insurance company. If you ever want to know just how many roofing companies there are in your area, leave a shingle flipped up! Our poor roof was getting more and more ragged with each passing wind storm. The shingles just wouldn't stay down. We knew we needed a new roof, but the constant barrage of cards and knocking of hopeful roofers had us overwhelmed, as did the prospect of having to fight a certain insurance company (SF) that is notorious for denying claims. Literally every roof in our neighborhood that had not been replaced yet, was a SF roof. When I would tell other roofers who we had, about half of them laughed and told us good luck! Not these lovely fellows! They came out several times, petitioning on our behalf and sending piles of evidence in the form of photos and videos to SF, until they could not deny any longer- our roof was not repairable. On to the actual installation of the roof- these guys are fast! I couldn't believe how quickly they had the new roof on and everything cleaned up. I was so worried about nails in our tires but they take such care to pick up anything left behind, in the grass, the driveway, and all the flower beds. Really a wonderful, professional company to work with. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a roofer! Thank you again! Our new roof is gorgeous!

After incurring some severe damage to my roof I was approached by no less than 5 different roofers to repair it. I chose Transcend based on personal referrals and reviews and I'm grateful for their services. I ended up fighting with my insurance company for over two months and was told they would only "patch & repair" my roof. I was assisted from my initial call to the insurance company to the final nail driven for my roof replacement.
Were it not for Gary Yak and the staff at Transcend I would have probably wound up with a "patch job." We fought the good fight and with Transcend's inspections, photos, and written reports I don't think the insurance company had a chance.
When we scheduled the roof replacement, the crew arrived at daybreak and worked steadily the entire day, pounding the final nail moments before dark! I can't believe how efficient and thorough they worked to complete the job. I also have to point out that the cleanup process was nothing short of amazing! My home and yard were cleaner and nicer than when they arrived!

He and Transcend worked diligently jumping thru the many hoops our insurance company put us/them thru (State Farm, hail damage from Jan, 2023). After much effort, SF's requirements were finally met. A representative from Transcend Roofing came to our rescue after a windstorm destroyed our roof. Temporary patches were made to the roof the same day of the storm to avoid further damage. Several employees from the company were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. Our new roof was put on our home as scheduled and looks amazing, and their clean-up process was impeccable considering the whole roof had to be stripped. He filed the paperwork, my insurance came out for an inspection, and the roof was approved for replacement. I cannot say how easy this process was because it was so amazing. They took care of everything and completely replace the roof in one day. they repaired the soffits and facia boards. I am so delighted to recommend this company to you. I’m very satisfied with the work done on my house. The job was executed professionally and was left clean. I was reassured that if any screws/nails were left behind and were to puncture a tire; they would pay for the damage. I am impressed with how responsible and cautious this company is. The owner himself stayed several hours later to pick up anything his team missed. However, we couldn’t experience this excellent service without Irving. He personally went out of his way to handle our insurance situation.
