I hired Exovations for a siding replacement in August 2023, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Communication was poor - I stayed home multiple days expecting the crew, only for no one to show up without notice. I later found a large hole in my attic wall that was just covered with weather sheeting instead of repaired, which raises concerns about other hidden issues.
Several items that were supposed to be reattached like piping, hose bibs, and security camera cables were left undone or damaged. My fiber internet box was repeatedly left dangling by the line, and I eventually had to call AT&T to fix it. A powered antenna cable was severed, and a circuit breaker melted down during the work.
Cleanup was also lacking: trash, nails, and siding debris were left in my yard and driveway, and ladder holes around the house were never filled in. Even after the final walkthrough, many problems remained unresolved.
I appreciate the team’s effort, but between the lack of communication, property damage, and unfinished details, I cannot recommend Exovations based on this experience.
Requested information from Deckorators composite deck material and stated that I already have a contractor. Now I have received voicemail, text, and email from this company. Why reach out to an individual who states they already have a contractor. I get that you want to be listed as a Deckorator pro but might want to revisit your sales tactic because this experience has not been good.
I cannot say enough great things about working with Exovations on my front door project. I've wanted a new door for years and felt overwhelmed with trying to design, source the materials and figure out to install. I read about Exovations online and met with Wes Peavy and felt guided and taken care of. Then I was passed along to Michael Vanden. Michael helped me choose paint colors, provided perfect guidance and led all other team members through the quietest, easiest process ever. My door was even a month early! Both men were so professional and experienced and stood out above any other renovation company I've worked with in the past. I recommend Exovations to anyone with exterior work, even if you are unsure what needs to be done! They go above and beyond....
