Reset Roofing just repaired our roof following some storm damage and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Jess from the Reset Roofing Team was incredible. She not only did her due diligence in identifying the issues and providing multiple solutions, but she also made sure to come by when our insurance company was visiting to help talk through what was found. It was refreshing working with a group like this during a time that is incredibly stressful.

Reset Roofing is definitely a quality and customer driven company from initial sales contact with Wyatt to roof installation and onsite supervision by Felipe. My questions were answered directly and clearly making the decision process less complicated. Malia, Filipe, and the whole team are great. We got our roof redone late 24 and have been through multiple heavy rains with no issues seen. The install and whole process for shingle selection and the less fun insurance side was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Reset. We had a leak in our main floor bathroom and Malia came all the way out to Canton, got us a quote, and had a team on the project all within a few days. She was great to work with and answered all of my questions. Been a few months and had no problems since (can’t say that about some of the other work I had done with other contractors.)

I called Jessica when a gutter fell off my house and took some fascia with it. It was super easy to schedule and the estimate was very clear. The new gutters look great, function perfectly, and have already held up beautifully during the last few storms. They put sealant on the roof of our 12-year old house and added three downspouts - two different tasks. They have done an excellent job! Strongly recommend them without any hesitation!

Mr Jenkins was on another job when I approached him and asked if he had time to look at our roof. No problem he said and when he was done, Mr Jenkins looked at our roof. I had told him the first roofer quoted over 30k and he asked me if I had sticker shock. I certainly did when Mr Jenkins told me I did not have any of the problems I was told by the other roofer. My sticker shock was just over $500. Mr Jenkins who knew I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars but as an honest man …. Well, you don’t come across to many Dan Jenkins. I would recommend him any day.

From the initial contact I made with ReSet Roofing the office administration team was very friendly , professional and thorough with communication answering all questions i had . Ultimately , I met with Dan, the companies outside representative for several on-site visits at my home . What a great experience ! Dan was extremely helpful in answering not only my questions but also ‘educated’ me on so many things including all the new building code changes they would follow respective to the age of my home and coordinating and communicating all of this to my insurance company … Dan definitely put me at ease in giving me the confidence that he acted in the interest of the homeowner .Finally the installation of the roof was great … onsite manager was there each with oversight of the work including the cleanup after they finished which was seam-less. i could not recommend them highly enough !

We had a few quotes from other roofing company’s and I really like how Dan wasn’t overly pushy, he told me I could do whatever I wanted, the price was reasonable and they were quick! We have a really old and sketchy house so we were expecting some repairs. They didn’t overcharge and add in a bunch of unnecessary work and fixed what needed to be fixed.
They were great with communicating with us and they sent us a box of truffles as a thank you! These are before and after pictures. We think it looks great!

This is my third time working with Reset Roofing and my first time with Felipe and his team — and they truly raised the bar. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. A standout moment was their fluent Spanish communication, which allowed them to engage seamlessly and respectfully with my Hispanic wife — making her feel fully heard and included. This effort shouldn’t go unnoticed in my opinion. They also went above and beyond when a light cover broke inside my home during the project — cleaning up the glass and replacing it on the spot, all while continuing their roofing work. Phenomenal experience - start to finish. I had an appraisal within 24 hours where they went on the roof and into the attic with drone video of the problem areas. Once I accepted the proposal the repair was made within 48 hours. Follow up was quick and thorough and included pictures of each repair.

The process was explained very well and we were given plenty of time to prepare. Workers came promptly and immediately began working on our roof. They took great care in how they left the place by making sure there were no nails left on the floor, picking up after themselves, etc. They efficiently replaced our roof and provided detailed explanations on the process keeping us updated with drone pictures as they were working. They scheduled a day to complete work but other than coming home to clean gutters and a professional flyer left describing work completed, i did not even know they were here. Excellent job!

I did my homework when looking for a company to replace our roof. I wanted the best GAF roof I could buy with my hard-earned dollar and Reset Roofing was the perfect fit for the job! We returned from a extended vacation in Australia December 2025, to find that a tree had fallen on our house and did considerable damage. How long it was down no one knew or reported it so damage both to roof and interior walls from water leakage was fairly extensive.
On a referral, I contacted Reset Roofing and Wyatt came out within hours. He assessed the damage and suggested that a GA Public Adjuster would be appropriate to deal with insurance co as this would be a multifaceted claim. It was a "save the day" suggestion. Outside the deductible we were not Out-of-Pocket, which for such a big claim is a true benefit!
Reset Roofing replaced the entire roof and damaged soffits in one day. There were trusses in attic that were broken and cracked that were also repaired or replaced. All this with an experienced crew that cleaned up afterward and put all back together as was before.
Reset also dealt with my gutter company and served as the contractor for interior repairs which were expertly done. Wyatt and his crew checked in regularly and always responded to my emails timely. This is a highly reputable company and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Reset Roofing completed my roof replacement on Feb 14th. Wyatt and Felipe were top notch professionals. They both were responsive, patient, and maintained constant communication throughout the whole process.

The crew was on time, actually early, and everything was completed exactly as they said it would be. I received images as the crew was working, and any time I asked a question, both Wyatt and Felipe took the time to answer it thoroughly.

I did get both the warranty for 10 years and the 25 year CertainTeed guarantee, so hopefully I won't have to worry about anything happening to my roof for quite some time.

In addition, they want you to be part of the process - I got to write my own message on the underlayment. They even put a couple little hearts on the top of the roof since they installed it on Valentines Day! Whether you have or haven't had to deal with roofs before, I highly recommend Wyatt and Felipe. So nobody likes paying for a new roof, right? But it's a necessity and when it's time, this is definitely the company you want to use. From our initial contact with Jean, we could tell this company was different than all the rest. Wyatt came to our house for our consultation and was thorough, professional, and did not rush us, or try to "sell" us. We interviewed two other Roofing companies, and Reset was the obvious choice. Wyatt came back and assisted us in choosing the shingles. Again, there was never any pressure or up-selling.

Installation day came and everything went just as promised. Felipe and his apprentice Marlon oversaw the project. There were 8-9 roofers and they began at 7 am sharp and were finished before 1 pm. Another hour or so for clean up and they were all finished. Later that afternoon, James, the operations manager stopped by with Felipe and Marlon and checked on the installation and job site. They also came to the door to speak with us.

We were given a referral for Reset Roofing through a friend. Comparing them to other companies that quoted us, here is why we chose them:

1. Reset’s roof consultant, Malia, was amazing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was the only person who actually got on our roof to take manual measurements, as opposed to other companies that used satellite imagery or a drone. Malia had samples, insurance information, etc all on hand in a professional packet. There was absolutely NO pressure to pick them, which we appreciated.
2. Reset worked with us budget-wise to tailor to our needs, and offered things that others couldn’t: rotted siding replacement and painting to match our house color. They were not the cheapest, but competitive, and their work was 100% worth the additional cost.
3. Their team of roofers are W2 employees and not contracted workers, and their project manager oversaw the work the entire day. Pictures were provided as updates throughout the day, and all work was completed in one day.

We were extremely happy with Reset Roofing and will absolutely use them again if needed.

From price quote, shingle selection, delivery of materials and timely install of new roof all was very professional and well done. Definitely would recommend. I did get two other comparable price quotes, but their quoted delivery of service did not sound as thorough and considerate of our home and landscape.

I have been genuinely impressed with every stage of work with this team. We've worked with Reset twice -- once last year for a minor repair, and then this year after some storm damage. In both cases, they were very communicative, efficient, and you can tell they had intentionally designed the workflows with the homeowner at the front and center. Example: when you get onboarded into the business, you get an email with everyone's names, photos and contact information. Once they're done, they do a magnetic sweep of the property for nails. Roof looks great and importantly the process was painless. In and out in one day. Highly recommend.

He walked us through the steps we needed to take and communicated directly with our insurance company. We got a complete roof replacement. They helped us a couple times over the last few years with some patches for an excellent price compared to other companies, but when our roof was finally really damaged by wind damage back in March/April, Malia and so many others at reset roofing came in, helped work with our insurance company, and put on an amazing roof. 6/27/2024 Now Reset Roofing has installed new roofs, including shingles, chimneys, vent caps, on eight buildings at River Run. We have one more building and the pool house to be done. We have observed the high quality of work by Reset Roofing over the past year. The roofers, the office staff and management all have taken the greatest care as this very large project has unfolded. We now have a year's history of success through rain and wind and the extreme heat of summer. We are getting just what we needed.
