Juan is the only person I trust walking and working on my roof. My wife tells me I am too old to climb a ladder and get on the roof. So, I just call Juan. He is fair, efficient, professional, and knows what he is doing. I trust Excel roofing - that is why I chose them for my new roof!

Very happy with excel roofing for my roof experience. The contractor they hired for one section of siding though was terrible, Kerwin was the last name. He would show up late and leave early. Took almost a month for one section and I had to request another contractor to finish up and fix things. Roof though was exceptional and the gutter guys too. Will use again:).

Alex worked his butt off to get the roof tile manufacturer to honor their warranty. Roof looks great and it should last longer now!!

I can't say enough good things about the job Excel did for us. Nick Needham was the project manager and was outstanding to work with. From start to finish he was there to oversee the project, even down to checking the day after the job was done to see if all was clean and if we were happy. The crew was excellent as well. They arrived early, worked at an unbelievably fast pace. They were careful not to damage our gardens or yard. They stayed late and cleaned thoroughly. We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend Excel and Nick to anyone.

Excel Roofing was great to work with. Kevin came out and is easy to talk to and is not high pressure at all. They have a great system for removal of old roof and worked hard to get everything done and cleaned up. The downspouts that needed repairs were finished the next day. Excellent job done ... even the shed roof.

Excel replaced my roof through the prior owners and I was needing to get a copy of the invoice for insurance purposes. Margarita was incredibly helpful and within an hour helped understand my issue, track down the old invoice and details, and send me a copy for my records. Fantastic customer service!

Additionally, our roof has had no issues, so their quality of work is also spot on! Would highly recommend and will definitely continue to use them for our home's roofing needs!

I had Excel Roofing install a solar attic vent in 2023. I work from my home office upstairs and used to bake up here from June until October. My office is now a pleasant temperature 90% of the time and almost never need to run my AC. I couldn't be happier, I thoroughly recommend this service, best $1200 I've ever spent.

Excel Roofing is the best! What really distinguishes a good business from a great one is their follow-up when there is a warranty issue. I had my roofing replaced by Excel several years ago. When I discovered a problem recently - way after the warranty period had expired - Excel sent a crew to my house immediately to fix the problem. They did a great job and did not charge me anything. My roof was beginning to show signs of aging and damage. I called a bunch of roofing companies for a estimate and Excel roofing showed me that they could do the job better than anyone else. Nick was a great help with negotiating with my insurance company. I'm sure everyone will have a different experience, good or bad, but mine was great.

John was very easy to deal with very competitive pricing. Completed our roof in one day He was there to supervise and brought a good size crew. That did an excellent job. Much appreciated his help with this undertaking.

John was incredible. He stayed on top of my insurance company to make sure I was being treated fairly. The roofing job was terrific. When my gutter company couldn’t replace a couple small sections of gutter, John arranged for Excel to replace those sections at no cost. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Unfortunately, I didn’t meet Jeff from Excel after the May 2023 hail storm. I had a horrible experience with the roofing company that I chose to repair the roof. When roof tiles started falling off of the roof, I called Excel who were incredibly helpful in evaluating the previous roofer’s work and correcting all of the issues both timely and reasonably priced. Our house suffered wind and hail damage. Excell came in a timely manner to examine the roof, and provided a bid. They were able to complete the roof replacement very quickly and efficiently. We hired Excel Roofing to replace our roof due to hail damage. They were the best! They worked with my insurance company and they always showed up when they promised. The roof replacement was finished in one day. My neighbor even made a point to come over the next day to tell me that everyone really work hard. Excel also set up the gutter replacement. Excel has been in business in the area for 32 years and it shows. They are efficient, professional and they deliver what they promise. Excel roofing did an outstanding job at my house. I had a compromised area on one side of my roof that was causing a water leak under the concrete tiles, and they completed the work promptly and within their estimated amount. Excellent work everyone.

I hired Excel Roofing for a roof replacement], and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. The team was punctual, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.

The initial job was good but after about 10 years, the “50 year warranty“ cement tiles started to crack along the edges. And the tile manufacturer was bankrupt. We paid Excel Close to $1000to go on the roof and seal/glue the cracks together. The first guy. Did a terrible job, fixing only a few of the tiles are not replacing any of the badly damaged ones. So we had to pull his bus to come back and And do a better job.

We have a concrete tile roof that is unusual for the area. Estimates from roofers recommended by the insurance company claimed we needed to replace entire roof with some other material and ranged from $40,000 to $60,000. Excel replaced the 14 broken tiles, redid the metal lining around a leaking skylight, and tightened up the gutters for $2,500. My insurance company loves me now.

Not too long ago we had our roof replaced and after getting a few quotes we went with Excel Roofing. We were very impressed with them and especially Eric Anzelius who made the project go very smoothly. We had an odd situation because we live in a split duplex and our neighbor didn't want to replace their side. Excel came up with a good solution and got the job done and was still willing to warranty it. The whole crew was friendly and they took great care to clean up during and after the job was completed.
