I was very impressed from the beginning with Lenny and Mason on how professional they were and how they walked me through the process. When the roof was done, Elvis helped on getting a gutter flushed out so he and his crew went above and beyond what they needed to do and he also adjusted a couple gutter run offs. Then Scott came to do the skylight indoor trim and did a fantastic job and went on the roof to make sure all was good!!

Had someone from Excel stop by in early November inquiring about looking at my roof from the storm earlier in the month for a claim. I was skeptical, but went through the places. In a few weeks, had approval for a new roof and gutters from insurance. Got things scheduled with excel and they were done in early November with a new roof and gutters. There were a couple of minor miscommunications but Excel fixed the small problems that came about. I would 100% recommend them for any futures exterior house needs.

Quality and integrity every step of the way -- on a metal roof, asphalt roof, skylights, and window wraps, on an insurance claim, and without insurance coverage. All projects went smoothly and they honored every request I made and were patient with my decision-making. Employees and owner speak of each other with respect. I trust this company and would use them again. I recommended Excel to a neighbor who was also pleased.

I can’t recommend Excel roofing enough! They were great to work with every step of the way! The crew that replaced our roof was quick and very professional and cleaned the site up meticulously. Great communication and follow up from the company/office to make sure we were satisfied and understood the process.

The icing on the cake was working with the salesperson, Mitch. He was very thorough, kept in constant contact and explained the entire process thoroughly. He went to bat for us with our insurance company on our behalf to make sure they covered us!

Everyone was very professional and nice to work with from Chris and Pat to the workers. They worked with our insurance company at every step to ensure our claim was properly handled. Our roof was done in one day and the window wraps a few days later. The roofing crew did a nice job in cleaning up the yard and and also asked me to move my car out of the driveway so no debri would hit it while they were taking the old shingles off. Chris made several visits to check on how the roof was doing and if I had any questions. Would highly recommend them and actually did to my sister.

Working with Excel Roofing was very easy and the service was a great experience. From the initial call to Marty about my roof and through the installation of the roof, we had no issues. The process was explained thoroughly, Marty meet with the adjuster, agreed on a quote and my roof was replaced a few weeks later. This team of professionals helped with every step from working with insurance company for approval to material selections to installation. They did a fantastic job and installation was worry free. We had Excel replace 2 roofs that were damaged in the same storm. We worked with Hope from start to finish on both and couldn't be happier. She always answers her phone when possible and would run over any time we had a question if she couldn't answer it on the phone. We worked with 2 different crews and they both did excellent work. Hope explained the whole process ahead of time and met both adjusters on the roofs. She went to bat for us and kept us informed every step of the way. Both crew leaders called ahead of time about dumpsters and when and where supplies would be dropped off. Again, we are very pleased with Excel Roofing and highly recommend them.

I previously used Excel Roofing for the roof on my home and siding on the garage which went over well. It was quick and easy, no stress on my part as they took care of most of the communication with the insurance company. Recently I had a window that had been broken and I had gotten them out with just the same efficiency and ease as the first time. Excel did great work with my new siding. Daniel did so awesome helping me get my insurance involved and made sure I was being taken care of. They were fast and friendly. I had some unknown issues with my house once the old siding was removed. I contacted the project manager Will and he already had a person on the way to get my issues taken care of which was a huge relief! The contractors were very friendly even with my nosey dog and nosey son watching them. I would definitely recommended them to anyone!

The team tackled a really bad old roof (110 years) and did a great job!! They did gutter work (improved what was there), replaced all the fascia (pre-painted extra material so we didn't have to do it after the fact), and replaced 5 windows and repaired brick moulding for them!! Great workmanship, great quality and great price!!

Excel roofing did a very professional job of replacing my roof after a hail storm. They kept in contact and performed the services they said they would do. The old roof was torn off and replaced in the same day. The crew worked to complete it and the yard was cleaned up when they left. Everything was completed as stated and they handled the insurance submission. Highly recommend this company.

Shawn Luther is a likable, trustworthy guy. He was easy to work with and he and his crew did a good job replacing our tin roof with an asphalt roof. He was on site supporting the work being done. There was some follow up work that needed to be done and he did it on a time line that worked for me.

Honest and trustworthy, Can't tell you how great it was to deal with Excel. no issues, and the job was done right the first time. They were not the cheapest bid, but after dealing with many roofing projects in my years, I have learned that the cheapest is not always what you want. After considering another roofing company, I chose Shawn Luther and Excel Roofing to replace the shingles on my storm damaged home in Brooklyn Park. The work was done for the amount estimated by the insurance claims adjuster. Excel also took care of some staining of my deck and fence, and replacement of downspouts, and worked with the gutter company for removal and replacement of my gutter guards. They did a fantastic job, I could not be more pleased. I was very impressed with the cleanup they did after the work was done. Great work!
