Would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company. They make false claims that repairs are covered by insurance when in fact they are not. They do not check before proceeding with the repair and then you are stuck fronting the bill. Then they contact you crying about a past due payment when no one has even contacted you in 8+ months. What a waste.

From start to finish this was hands down the best experience I could have. Ben from the initial insurance claim to Will with the updates during the roofing process we're the ABSOLUTE BEST. I appreciate the constant communication, professionalism and efficiency as the project progressed. I will definitely recommend Excel Roofing to anyone looking for a great roofing company.

I highly recommend Excel Roofing from start to finish on a new roof. I unfortunately had to replace a roof that was on my home after 18 months due to a manufacturing defect (different contractor/product line than Excel). Noone plans to re-do a roof in such a short amount of time. I had Excel come out an evaluate the project, give product recommendations, plan to fix some items that original contractor did not address and give appropriate pricing. In general Excel made me feel like they wanted my business. This resulted in me choosing Excel for the project, and I could not be happier. My home is a Victorian with some steep slopes, a turret, and chimney. The workmanship of my new roof is better than the one I was replacing and sets off the roof and home as a result. Ben on the front end with sales and Will on the back end with install, ensure that all of the folks with Excel are on the same sheet of music. You can tell that the company fully enjoys the work they do. Thank you again for your professionalism and work quality.

Wonderful experience with Excel roofing. I hired them to fix a hole in my roof, repair some drywall that was damaged by water, and fix my gutters. I couldn't be happier with the results. They are total professionals. I would definitely recommend their services.

It took almost a year for our roof to get replaced but working Ben B. was with us the whole time. It wasn't his or excels fault , just the fight with an unnamed insurance company. I would definitely recommend Excel Roofing. They great job with the replacement. Ben made sure we were satisfied with the work and with any concerns we had. 5 stars definitely!

We worked with Ben to get our roof fixed through our insurance. He assured us he would fight tooth and nail for us and he did just that. Once approved he was super quick to schedule a date for us. His team came and took care of the removal and install all in one day. They were extremely quick and did an awesome job. We have two small kids so we walked the yard and found a few nails left over, Ben was extremely apologetic and immediately sent some guys to come and do a more through clean up. All in all the company and Ben were reliable, flexible, efficient and honest. I read an article about a month ago. The title of the article said: America is Screaming for Service! It’s true, service in our country has plummeted to historic lows.

High winds blew off several of my roof shingles. I called Excel Roofing and within :15 minutes Ben called me back right away! The very next day, DJ (Dennis) came out to our house. He took his time by using his drone to examine the damage! He wrote up an estimate detailing the repair process and cost! We were scheduled for a crew to come out in two days. This morning, I was promised that Carlos and Roberto would be at my house by 8:30am and sure enough they were here on time! They did a great job and had my roof repaired right away!

This was a small job and I was treated as if they were going to replace my entire roof. You know what, within a few years, they will replace my roof.

Call them if you are having roofing issues! They are the best!

Excel Roofing came in to save the day when my wife and I noticed multiple roof leaks after heavy rain. The sales manager Ben Brickner worked with us and made getting a new roof so easy and hassle free. He was thorough in explaining the whole process to us and answered any questions we had to give us further peace of mind. Also, Ben helped work with us as much as he could to get our roof covered through insurance.

The day of install went exactly as planned and we had a new roof by the end of the day. We opted for a charcoal color as you can see in the second photo. The first photo is our old, worn out roof. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work that was completed and have been leak free since the day of install. I highly recommend Excel Roofing for your roofing needs based on the excellent service they provided for my wife and I.

Dj was professional in explaining the process for my roof. He took his time in showing me the materials used for the new roof and answered my questions. His attitude was pleasant. He made sure I understood the contract. When I told him Excell prices were to high . He immediately called his manager to see if there was anything he could do to accommodate me.

I have a historic stone duplex house in old town Laurel and it's always had a problem with rainwater leakage and overflow from the roof and gutters... until Excel came in last summer and installed a new roof for the entire building. Heftier gutters, bigger downspouts, new roof and flashing, the works. This year, with all the monsoon-like rain we've been having, there hasn't been one drop of rain inside my house. Ben took great care of us; seeing to it that our roof was protected from further damage and negotiating with our insurance company. The roofing crew was exemplary.
