Apex Roofing and Exteriors

Very poor communication. Didn’t have any back steps for 7 weeks. Didn’t talk to me about my options for color or design. I had to ask for what options do i have. First set of steps had to be torn down and replaced. They missed the needed adjustments for the siding to match the each of side of the house. I did basically all the clean up. They also stained/dirty up our new stamped concrete patio. Will never refer them. Don’t understand how they have a 5 star rating. Terrible

Worked directly with the owner who was easy to talk to, showed up on time, and explained everything in detail. The roofers showed up at the crack of dawn and worked until after dark. I saw them take no long breaks. They worked for two days like this, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. The owner came back to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. The roof looks great, nothing was damaged, and no nails were left behind. They even took care of some special requests regarding my lightning rods without complaint.

The owner did not collect his pay until AFTER the job was completed, which was unusual, so he clearly has confidence in his workers.

I'd highly recommend them. I got 5 estimates before i had my roof done. His was not the cheapest (and not the most expensive) BUT I felt the most confident that his company would do the best job.

The guys did a quality job re-flashing our old deck ledger and cleaning up the sliding door trim. They were able to inspect the siding as well. I was happy they didn’t try to upsell me on new siding or a new door.

From start to finish Adam and the entire crew exceeded our expectations on the full exterior remodel of our home. The pricing was right and the job was completed on time. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend them without question.

Apex did my roof in 2022 and just completed a new gutter installation on my home. The workmanship of both jobs was exceptional!! The employees were all very professional and they cleaned up like they hadn’t even been there. I highly recommend Apex for any roofing or exterior needs!

Our shed was damaging during a storm and had issues due to aging. Apex repaired the damage and aging issues, along with a fresh coat of paint and to our surprise it is practically the highlight of our back yard. We have used apex for 3 projects now. Their work is excellent and affordable. Andy is very accessible for scheduling or answering questions about your project. For my last project I went back and forth with Andy asking to alter aspects of the quote as my wife and I decided on the work we needed to be done. Apex was quick to respond and provided great customer service as we discussed options and changes before settling on final decisions. on the day of work, workers are prompt and efficient.

A couple of years ago we had a leak around our chimney and reached out to Apex after having a poor experience with another local roofing company. Apex did an amazing job on time and under budget! What started out as a minor roof leak at my house turned into to a complete roof and siding replacement job due to hail storm damage. We didn’t even realize that but it was confirmed by our insurance adjuster. It was also complicated because we had to remove and reinstall our solar panels. But one call to Adam Glassman with Apex, and with the help of Kevin Guzman, got the whole process started. They planned and coordinated all the details, provided me with the required documentation for the insurance company, and oversaw all the work of both the roofing crew and the siding crew, and followed up to be sure we were satisfied, which we were! The roofing and siding crews were hard workers, friendly, considerate, knew what they were doing and worked well together. They all arrived on time and went to work immediately at 7AM. In fact, the siding crew even came back on a Sunday morning to finish up because they were concerned about an approaching rain storm. I was truly impressed! I highly recommend Apex to do any of the work they are in the business of doing!

Apex recently installed a new roof with plywood replacement , all new gutters and downspouts, ridge vents and demoed non-working/deteriating chimneys. If you are looking for a reliable and honest company that guarantees quality work, look no further. Adam came to our house to give us an estimate for what we wanted. Not only was he on time, he was very professional, personable and understood exactly what we wanted. He priced out quite a few options for us, as we were undecided if we wanted metal or shingle. Once we made up our minds, Adam was able to schedule our work in a timely fashion. The entire crew was wonderful. Very hard working and respectful of the property. The clean up was PHENOMENAL! There was not one nail in the driveway and all of the garden decor was even put back. During the process, both Adam and Andy showed up multiple times to check progress while maintaining communication. My husband and I could not be happier with the seamless quality, price and timing. Adam Glassman came right out to give me an estimate, which was very fair and close to the estimate from my insurance company. They were out the next week and got the roof installed in one day, which looks beautiful! They also did some siding repairs and did an excellent job of matching the colors. Apex roofing is super easy to work with. As a first-time home owner, I was a bit intimidated by the cost and amount of work required for a new roof. Andy/Apex roofing made it super easy, no joke. He shows up exactly when he says he and his crew will be arriving, and the work was done super quick. The cleanup was also amazing... Apex made getting a new roof practically effortless.

To anyone looking for a roofing company, I'd advise you to choose Apex R&E. You're wasting your time looking elsewhere. I wanted to be as careful as possible when choosing a roofer because we've all heard horror stories from somebody who had experienced a bad roof job.

I was also lucky enough to watch a different roofing company work on my neighbors roof just a few weeks before I had mine done by Apex. The QUALITY of workmanship was literally night and day difference from the way they setup the working area in making sure all areas around the home were protected but also the level of detail they put into their work. Night and day difference from another company I had the pleasure of watching before I set out to find a company to take care of my very out-of-date roof. And the price is very fair.

Set up an appointment to get an estimate for some minor roof repairs. Two hours after the scheduled appointment I had to call to find out why no one had showed up. They said they were either busy or had forgotten and would send someone later that day. This person did arrive and looked at the roof and said I would have an estimate in a day or two. Eight days later and still nothing so I had to call to find where the estimate was. They appeared to have forgotten and weren't even sure which person had been to my house for the estimate. They promised I would receive the estimate that same day. That was five days ago. At this point I am giving up and will find a different company that conducts itself in a professional manner.

Excellent experience. Started at 7 Am and crew was cleaning up at 7:30 Pm that same day . I was amazed/ pleased with workmanship, skill and ability to remove shingles replace plywood that was suspect and put down a top quality job. Every aspect was professional and working as a team. Andy from Apex responded quickly. So quickly I was surprised as other contacted agencies were not so obliging. Per one company, ours was not a priority due to what they considered a small job. We needed a new Black Bear shed roof, and fascia and soffits, as well as a house repair after we suffered from storm damage. Because they saw the weather was going to add to the damage soon, they sent a crew out within a couple of days and did both jobs extremely well. They were courteous and professional, and both jobs made the respective roofs look like new. I’m sure we will not under normal circumstance have to utilize their warranties, but if we do I am also sure we will be pleased with the response.
Our shed, by the way, was in terrible shape and it now is not only sturdy, but it’s no longer unsightly. . A choice between demolition and repair was a no brainer, as it costs so the same. This work is exemplary.

I was greeted by Michelle she was more than helpful to send Andy out to come take a look at it. Apex showed up right on time and wasted no time getting right to work. They got my whole roof done and the soffit build out all done in one day. They left me with a masterpiece. Can't believe how good they made my house look with the new roof on. Andy even had Kevin come out to help me install my new pellet stove pipe on a Sunday! I found this roofing company online and read through the many excellent reviews. After receiving an estimate which was better in terms of cost and warranty than two other companies, I hired Apex. They definitely lived up to the reviews! I received my estimate from Andy on the same day he came out to assess my roof. The crew arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional; the foreman on site answered any questions I had, and they did a very thorough job of cleaning. It was a pleasure having Andy in charge of my project. He is personable, professional, and provides excellent customer service! Thank you Andy and thank you to the crew for taking very good care of my house and property. Apex roofing actually did my siding job. They came on time, and gave what I thought was a very fair estimate. The work crew was very professional and did a fantastic job with my siding. I am very proud to look at the exterior of my what looks like a brand new home. The estimated time that it took to start the job as well as execution was perfect. The clean up after the job was also perfect. They gave me more than what I bargained for and I would recommend Apex to anyone who needs exterior work done to their home.

Apex Roofing and Exteriors was great to work with. Adam met with us to discuss the advantages of choosing Apex for our new roof and he was professional and courteous throughout the process. He was immediately available to answer any and all questions before, during and after the installation. They were able to do the new roof within a week or so after providing estimate. Kevin the foreman and team arrived promptly and worked hard for 8 straight hours. Kevin stayed on site and supervised throughout the day. Some last minute repairs that were needed (damaged plywood) were handled immediately. The job was complete when left and everything was cleaned meticulously. You couldn’t tell they were there! Just had a new roof install by the team at Apex. Apex came highly recommended, provided the best quote (out of 4 companies) and did an amazing job. From the initial meeting to the final inspection of the completed installation, Andy made sure everything was taken care of, Michelle was quick to make sure the back end details were handled and the installation team did a great job working efficiently and leaving our yard clean and free of debris. I always get 3 estimates. The other 2 guys must have thought I was a dumb. One guy was $600 more and the other one $1200 more

Professional, to the point, efficient. There was no beating around the bush with Apex. Andy gave us an honest evaluation of our roof and a competitive price. We got all the great warranties that come with using Timberline shingles, and Andy’s team is all licensed and certified for installing. Within two weeks of accepting the proposal work was started and the entire project was finished in a day. All our neighbors even commented on how quick and efficient the Apex team was. Andy of Apex roofing was great to work with. His crew examined our roof and determined that it had sustained storm damage. He was able to provide assistance for us in dealing with our insurance company to get the work done. Once approved, the APEX crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of removing the old roof down to the plywood while keeping the house tarped to prevent damage while removing the old roofing material. The Apex crew was GREAT. They worked efficiently and hard in the hot weather. They completed the job and did a spectacular job of cleaning up. Walking the complete site with blowers, magnets and personnel to cleanup any debris or nails that had missed the protective tarps. When they were done you couldn’t tell they had even been here except for the new beautiful and functional roof that was now installed. We were very pleased with Apex and their work and would highly recommend them. P.S. the price was excellent also.
