HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! recently had a new roof and gutters installed/replaced, there were fast, efficient, kind and very reasonably priced. They did great work and would definitely be calling again for anything in the future. THANKS YOU GUYS!!!

UPDATE: I reached out to the owner, and he clarified the warranty. He was able to have his employees come out quickly and inspect the roof and attic. They replaced some of the the vent caps. I'll have to see how it holds up during the rainy season.
In the future, the reps should be communicated with in order to give the correct information on the phone.

I bought a house that described a "new roof" on the listing. After moving in, we started noticing a leak. They incorrectly screwed on the vent cap and the hole for the screw was too big, thus all the water was leaking through there, and mold grew.

When I called Evergreen State Roofing, they said there is a warranty but it is "non-transferrable". This is bogus if the seller changed the roof in order to sell the house. This is also bogus if your employee didn't do a competent job and you can't own up to that incompetence.

Eventually I had to go through my insurance and filed a claim, so my premium increased the next year as a result.

I have Evergreen State Roofing install roofs and gutters on many of the houses that I build and they do a great job, on time and at a great price!

We had a pretty challenging re-roof. Got 10 different bids with 2 roofers even declining due to the job difficulty. Evergreen gave us a fair bid price and were professional throughout the whole process. They bumped our project up several weeks and finished on time. They were also quick to repair just some minor imperfections in the roof and gutters. And then did a solid job cleaning up to the point it looked like they'd never even been there.

They did such an incredible job! Very professional, quick and extremely efficient! My roof looks great and the price was very reasonable. Have recommended them to several people already.

ESR did a good job at a competitive price. The most significant complaint that I have is that they sent a team of non-English speaking workers to do the job. I had them install a Starlink pivot mount with flashing and remove the original 4 legged stand it had been  mounted with.  Communicating the needs for this dish mount to the team was particularly challenging. I had requested that they cut the original line at the penetration on the gable end as a new line would be run up through the pivot  mount; the original line still dangles off the gable end today.

I needed a bid to replace some metal roofing. I had one within 24 hrs. It is a large commercial building that is not straightforward and all the details I expected were addressed. Great company.

We were completely satisfied with Evergreen State Roofing’s work. Sales Representative Devin was most pleasant and easy to work with. His bid was very fair and there were no hidden upcharges or surprises. A hard working crew of five finished the job in one day. Every aspect was completed as promised. The cleanup was thorough and meticulous. Evergreen is a very professional operation--highly recommended.

I researched many different local roofing companies and Evergreen was one. I even posted on our local community face book page which company folks used and recommended. Evergreen state roofing came up twice along with many others. I researched them all and requested bids from five of them. Evergreen was the first to respond and the first to send me a bid. Only one other company gave me a bid with-in a week and they were $6800 more than Evergreen. Evergreen was offering better quality and better rated Asphalt shingles and, new gutters were include in Evergreens bid. In the end, I went with Evergreen and I'm super glad I did. Devin, who was my contact throughout was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what he included in the bid. The crew that came to replace the roof were great to deal with and hard workers. Tarps over everything fragile and the lawn. They cleaned up everything and even blew off my patio and the driveway before leaving. They're worth more than five stars!

They did an outstanding job from start to finish on installing our metal roof! Great customer service from the owners, office staff and all the employees who I had contact with.

I sought a roofing estimate and advised the intake person that mine was an older 1970s home at the outset. Still, they got on my schedule taking up a 3-hour window as they don't specify appt times, and didn't bother to check on my home--rather did a drive-by and had their receptionist call me to say they don't do older homes like mine. Rude and unprofessional. It was a waste of my valuable time as I could have scheduled two other roofers in that 3-hour slot taken by them.

Evergreen did a great job replacing our roof. This is now the second job they have done for us and they always do a great job, show up on time, and clean up before they leave.

We have used Jordan and his team several times over the past few years, they are always honest, reasonably priced, and do fantastic work every time. We will continue to be returning customers for many years to come. Thank you Evergreen State Roofing!

They came when they said they would and brought a big enough crew to get the whole roof demolition and reinstall done in one day. We were pleased with their bid and their work

The crew arrived and quickly removed our old roof and replaced it with the roofing we had ordered. All in Two days and we have a very large roof! Clean up was excellent. The company followed up with their own inspection of the roof and our yard for clean up.

Definitely would recommend the company to friends.

I grew up in the 50's as part of a roofing family business in the Chicago area, so I know the qualities of a good roofing job. We did specialty roofs mainly in slate and tile, popular on quality homes in the Great Lakes area. I've always wanted a slate roof, but they are not done much here in the Northwest. In recent years, several manufacturers have offerings of "slate look" roofing material made from recycled plastics, rubber and infused with resins to create a "hundred year" product remarkably realistic with real slate. There are few roofing companies that have the expertise to install this specialized product. Evergreen Roofing did the job on our custom waterfront home with excellent results. I've seen their jobs with other roofing materials as well. It seems that their skilled roofing crews can adapt to any project and will add beaty and value to your property!

Once the Crew arrived they were friendly, courteous and professional. They wore safety gear while on the roof and at all times which is a plus in our book.Their immediate Supervisor and a Repesentative from Evergreen Roofing dropped in to checked on the crew on a daily basis. They cleaned up after every day of work and upon completion left the area spotless. Great job ESR. We are happy and satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof installation.

Recommend this roofing company. Crew of 5 completed tear-off and placed all new materials (shingles, vents and torch-down) on our home and separate 2-story outbuilding. Most all work done in 2-days, including replacing few sheets of plywood sheathing, and scarfing in a tail-rafter. Prompt repair of inside 120V wire that was inadvertently cut while prepping for flashing. Good clean-up of all debris.
►Noted that crew was very careful to protect all the perennial flowers and established landscape trees and shrubs around the buildings.

We did what everyone tells you: get multiple quotes before starting a project. With our unique property, the quotes were all over the place. The only one that made sense was the quote from Evergreen State Roofing.

They didn't make a big fuss about the home's unusual 80 foot tower. They just got the job done. We were pleased that they were willing to work with us on a rehab loan, and they were willing to wait for a loan inspector to approve the draw. We booked months ahead and they stuck to their schedule and were on time--very appreciated.

Devan and Jordan were extremely responsive. From the time we called them initially until our roof was completely done was only 4 days. They found unexpected damage and Jordan was very good at explaining everything and showing us the problem. They worked with us on cost and treated us very well. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. They really care about their customers and are not just out there to make a quick dollar. I really appreciate their help and again they didquality work and listened to our concerns. A++!

Evergreen State Roofing is a very hard working and reliable company! They always make our roofing issues a priority and give a reasonable/competitive price.

Jordan was excellent to work with. This project was a unique one that involved an 8 story tower with a metal roof replacement and 5 hip roofs with asphalt shingles. Crew was very easy to work with. They worked efficiently and were able to replace considerable amount of rotten sheathing. Will be using them again for other projects and will happily refer them to friends and family.

Overall, my experience with Evergreen State Roofing has been excellent! When I discovered a roof leak, Evergreen had an estimator out the next day and my roof was fully repaired shortly thereafter. Esteban, the roof repairman, arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was very professional and polite. It was raining very heavily and I fully expected him to tell me we would have to reschedule, or at least wait for the rain to abate. Instead, he simply geared up and went to work like a soldier dressed for battle! What a great guy. Thanks, Evergreen!
