We had a rooftop deck needing replaced. It is flat and needs to be water proof which complicated things. I knew I needed to find someone I trusted. I got 5 separate bids to evaluate both price as well as gauge who seemed to have their act together and what products they offered.

Brandon came to evaluate the space and give us an estimate. He was on time and very thorough. I could tell immediately that he had a level of experience and passion for his craft that the other bidders didn't possess. I've never installed a deck let alone a flat deck that needed to be waterproof so I wanted someone to lend their expertise. He did just that and gave us ideas of what he would do while keeping in mind what we wanted. It was a great experience so we hired them.

They got us on the schedule as soon as the weather cooperated. The crew were professional and timely and the final product looks great! Now, time for the railings to be installed by another company.

The railings had some other considerations that were tough for someone without experience to navigate. Brandon took it upon himself to interface with the railing people as well which wasn't really even his job. He came by and met with them to get a game plan for installing the railings that worked for everyone. Add to that, we were out of town for the latter part of the project so the hands on care was amazing and set our minds at ease. We came home to an amazing final product.

I can't recommend Evergreen and Brandon enough. The professionalism, service, responsiveness and fair price made this the best home improvement project we have done.
