Envirocare is a top-notch remediation and restoration firm. After a recent water emergency in my house, Envirocare was there the next day to begin the remediation process to get rid of all the water-damaged materials, and then they did a superb job on the restoration - its impossible to see where the original walls, floors and ceiling stop and their repairs start. Absolutely seamless work. Their team is patient and skilled, and work with the client to insure total satisfaction each step of the process before going on to the next step. Water damage is so tricky, and they do not ignore any possible damage just to move things along - they do it right.

They've done excellent work on my house: mold removal, asbestos removal, rebuilding the walls and floors, shingle replacement, and insulation replacement. Charlie has been trustworthy and dependable throughout all of these projects, he always goes well above and beyond, and he does it for cheaper than other companies. I even ended up recommending him to my sister.

Charlie from EnviroCare is amazing, and he can deal with even the toughest situations. We were dealing with a major water leak in the walls, and no one could figure out where it was coming from. We called in several different plumbers to see if anyone could help us, but they just kept suggesting progressively worse ideas, like proposing to take down all our kitchen cabinets and tear apart a whole wall to find the source of the leak. Finally, we found Charlie, and he took a much more thoughtful approach. He measured and tracked everything carefully, made a few strategic small holes, and figured out what pipe was leaking and why. He then expertly fixed the leak and restored everything to being like new or better. He was also very friendly and helpful, did his best to minimize the impact on our daily life, and didn't charge an arm and a leg like some repairmen do. In short, he was the best by all parameters, and he is very highly recommended.

Our company hired EnviroCare for mold remediation. It was a huge project and they did an excellent job! They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and put up with us stressing out over the mold. Their price was by far the best (we got 3 bids). Highly recommend them. Raphael and Yoel communicated with us throughout the whole process and were great to work with.

We had a big flood that affected 4 other apartments. We called them up call him up and they were there within the hour.. They worked till late nighttime probably around 10 PM. They cleared all the carpets out fix the pipe that was broken. Cut through the walls they saved us. They had fans in place. Drying everything out. Great customer service very nice well mannered employees. Extremely reasonable in pricing. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family. And anybody else that needs a contractor. The EnviroCare team did a great job helping us deal with our basement flood (and resulting mold issue) last year. They took care of the problem and then installed all new walls and flooring. Our basement family room now looks better than it did before the flood! They did the work at a fraction of the cost of what other places we contacted were charging.

I had mold in my basement. I discovered it two weeks ago. EnviroCare sent a team lead by Charlie to do the mold remediation. He explained very thoroughly what procedures need to be done. He is so knowledgeable, effeicient and professional. Very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up my place very well. I highly recommend this company. Charlie - job well done!

I used EnviroCare for a mold remediation problem in my basement. I was very satisfied with the straightforward assessment that Charlie gave me, and the quote I was given was considerably better than one from another local company. All my questions were answered, and I was given options for the restoration portion of the project. Work was completed in a timely fashion with appropriate care using plastic sheeting to isolate the work area, fans, air filters etc. I would highly recommend this company.

I am a real estate agent and I usually don´t write reviews but this time I have to. I was renting out an apartment building lately and a week before the renters were about to move in the apartment was flooded by approximately 2 inches. I had no idea what to do now and I was about to call them that we have to cancel the lease. Then I came across an ad on the internet and Enviro helped me to clean all the mess the water has done. They work fast and professionally and honestly I cannot recommend them enough.

Over Father's Day weekend I discovered mold in our basement HVAC room. I called EnviroCare on Sunday and they scheduled someone to come out at 10AM to talk a look at the situation. I dealt with a prior company about general water issues in my basement and they tried to get me to commit to a huge job that would have torn up my basement and in the end cost me over 40K. Charlie and Oscar showed up promptly and did some quick investigation and gave me best case and worse case scenario. They clearly explained what they wanted to do and why they wanted to do it. You always expect worse case scenario, but after a couple of hours they came back and said they didn't feel they needed to cut any more drywall and explained why.

My bamboo floor was ruined with prior water damage and they said they could remove the flooring and treat it. They confirmed with their office on pricing and got to work right away. The task was a little more time consuming then they thought, but they stuck to their pricing and got the job done right.

Two days later I met one of the owner's of the company Joel. He walked me through some possible restoration scenarios and brought over sample tile based on what my wife and I had found in a tile store. He then gave me a quote which was well below a tile store I had been dealing with and that included prepping the floor which was not included in the tile stores pricing. He asked me an important question, has the leaked been found, as he didn't want to do anything until I found where the water was coming into the basement. I told him I had a theory that I had a clogged downspout and sure enough that night it rained and I finally saw where the water originated from. I video taped the whole thing and he came out the next day and had his guy cut away some drywall in the bathroom under a storm window and found a huge gaping hole between the window and the foundation. I got my gutters cleaned, he resealed the window, installed a plastic cover across the storm well and didn't add anything to the original quote. They even cut away more drywall based on the video I took to check for mold (which there was none) but to also give it chance to dry out with the fans that they brought to dry out the other areas that had mold. The crazy thing is he said he would go ahead and patch and paint the work without addition cost to me, which was awesome. I already had the quote and that quote stood true through the entire project.

Once the leak was confirmed they began work on Sunday, yes Sunday. They showed up on time and left at 5PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and half of Wednesday until the job was complete. I had a small punch list of items and Joel took care of it, it was minor stuff, changing the shoe molding in front of the bar from white to wood. The tile lines are straight, the grout is clean, they moved back all of the heavy furniture and cleaned up everything.

How many times do you have a contractor who shows up on time, gives reasonable pricing and does great work? Very rare. I was extremely pleased with their work, their professionalism and their honesty.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends and family!

These guys came to clean up some mold that was building up under the fridge. I was pretty worried that it would be more damage than I thought but they were professional and able to clean it up within my price range. I recommend EnviroCare.

I hired this company for their mold removal services, I was referred by friend so I didn't hesitate to call. My problem was the basement, there was this huge mold stain in the wall. Since it is a wet and warm place we used to find very small stains so often, but we really care this time because of the size of this last one.
So the people from EnviroCare came and took care of everything, in a professional manner with impeccable work. I’m very pleased with their job.

There was this huge mold stain inside my closet, never realized it was there because it is so small and full of my clothes, so all the stuff inside was having this weird and annoying smell and one good day I found the reason. I was so worried for my clothes and the time and money this will cost to me. After a week with all my closet on my bed I decided It was time to do something. After a web search I came across EviroCare and decided to make the call. They sent a technician to evaluate the problem and I had their full restoration service. For me was an honest evaluation and estimate of the problem and I’m glad with their job.

I don’t know where to start with this company, I just can say that I am glad I hired them.
Luckily they are a 24/7 service and turns out they were very convenient for my problem that day. There was an annoying licking and It was almost 10pm on a thursday. We never realized about it because we were out of the house the whole day. So while looking for the licking we found a big puddle in our living room, my wife was so worried for the furniture, the rug, decoration and seemed a bucket wouldn't be enough for the rest of the night.
I found these guys online and called right away in reference of they are a 24/7 service. They showed up promptly and fix all the problem, I think It was the pipes and it took longer but it was worth it. They have this infrared thermal thing pretty interesting. And overall an excellent service.

Short version: the job was unfinished and when I called to complain, the supervisor did not even let me fully explain before she argued belligerently that there was no problem. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in all my life.

Long version:

I bought an Envirocare Groupon for Air Duct Cleaning, Furnace Inspection, and Dryer-Vent and Bathroom-Fan Cleaning, a supposed $316 value. The technician came and explained to me that the ducts did not need to be opened to be cleaned, except for the ducts connected to floor vents. I was skeptical, because the order that I signed described the service as "Removing grills- brush & vacuum all supply ducts" and "Removing grills- brush & vacuum cold air return." Since they had only snaked the one vent that I had on the floor, it seemed that I was getting a short cut, but I decided to let it go... Until we went to check out our supposedly clean bathroom fan. When we switched it on, the air flow was not any better, so we opened it, and it was completely filthy. At that point I decided to call the company.

The representative on the phone said her manager was out, but I could speak with him on Monday, or could leave a message. I said I would do both. I asked my question about opening the vents, and then told them about the bathroom fan. She called the technician who told her he had explained to me that opening the vents was unnecessary, and when she came back on the line with me, immediately asked me why I hadn't taken this up with the technician himself. I told her I had, but that I wanted to double check that their policy was to not open the vents because of the order form I had signed. Next thing I know, her supervisor is on the line YELLING at me that there was no problem, and that the technician did everything that the groupon said. At this point, I became upset, and told her to please not be rude and to let me explain. I told her about the bathroom fan, but got flustered and misspoke, calling it the dryer vent, because I was looking at their form and what they had checked off. The bathroom fan, though on the groupon, was not listed on the order form. She went off to speak with the technician. When she returned I told her that I had misspoken and meant the bathroom fan. She said, and I quote, "Ma'am, first you're talking about the ducts, then you're talking about the dryer vent, and now you're talking about the bathroom fan. Which is it? I'm not sending the technician back just for the bathroom fan." I told her that the bathroom fan was important to us because our bathroom wasn't venting properly, and that it was part of the groupon, so she should honor it. She said she would have the technician call me, because he was there and she wasn't. She was clearly not trying to solve the problem, but trying to make me back down from my complaint. No matter how gently or politely I tried to phrase my problem, she responded with rudeness.

The technician was defensive saying that he had explained why he didn't open the ducts. I told him about the fan, and he began explaining to me the difference between the air conditioning duct and the bathroom fan. I told him I was aware of the difference, and meant the fan. He said he highly doubted the fan was included, because it was too difficult to remove the cover without damaging the fan. I told him I was certain it was included, and that had been the reason we had chosen this groupon over the other companies'. He agreed to come back Sunday and clean the fan if I printed out the groupon saying that the fan was included. I truly got the sense that this was the technician deciding to make good, not the company.

The experience was a total nightmare. I'm not sure whether the bathroom fan will actually be cleaned when the technician returns on Sunday, but I am certain that if it is not, the office will yell at ME for complaining about it. I don't know how this business gets away with continuing to take people's money.

I made an appt with Envirocare with a coupon for a basic duct cleaning. When the men arrived to do the work, I was informed that b/c of mold in the ducts, they would not do the cleaning unless I got this light that kills the mold and had them clean out al the ducts. When I asked how much more this would cost I got, "Well how much money do you have?" I found this odd but was not in the mood to argue. I was informed that if I bought the $600 light with check, that the men would do the cleaning "under the table" and asked me to give him $300 in cash. This was of course after him repeatedly asking me how much cash I had and could give him and "do i need to call my husband to make sure?" NEVER EVER using this company again. I was taken advantage of and made to feel rather stupid. And after paying the $600 fee, I have been contacted by collections saying that I never did pay. Luckily I had a copy of my check,, so one must wonder what the man did with that too VERY SHADY OPERATION

I just had EnviroCare tech came cleaned up my air duct today. I would never call this company again. Two technicians came with their GMC pick up truck with a vacuum with terrible suction ( I tested it). It was even weaker than my home vacuum. A technician stick a small air duct in the air vent with no brush and shake it for five seconds and done with it. Then he came to my return air vent, he sticked his air hose upward about 2 feet and shake it up, bang on the the 4X10" metal air duct to make dust drop down. (very unprofessional an it didn't work). I have to ask them to go to their truck get a snake cord with brushes and a drill to spin so he could go higher. Then a lot of dust went down but I believed there are still a lot more in the duck but they didn't want to do it.

You get what you pay for. With the original value of $198, come down for $49 on Groupon, they are doing just value as what you pay on Groupon. I think I just waste my time stay home wait for them to clean my duct. I am a nice guy and not used to be aggressive but I don't trust those people just the way they do it.

This EnviroCare is just a joke. I mean for their tools and the technician. They didn't even clean the mess they dropped on my floor and couldn't put the air vent back in right.

I called the company just to give them my opinion but a lady, claimed to be Supervisor, she got mad at me. I was talking to her very friendly just hope they would do better to get more business. The lady sounded very upset asking me "Why you didn't ask them to do a better job?" I told her:"Is that my job to tell them to do a good job?" Then she said:"Yeah!"

I hate to deal with unprofessional people like this.
