I am an HOA manager and have been very impressed by the professionalism and skill set of Hann & Hann. They seem to employ very experienced and knowledgeable staff, who take great pride in their work and that the job is done right. Everyone is very professional, their experience/knowledge show, and the work has been outstanding compared to other contractors I have engaged in the past. I have been spreading the word and will continue to use this company ongoing. Having a great vendor who you can rely on and trust is crucial for someone in my field.

I have worked personally with Hann and Hann for over a year on various projects for my property both big and small. My experience with them is always professional and courteous. They are reliable and provide exceptional work! They put the needs of their clients as an priority and offers great pricing for quality work!

My condo community has worked with Hann & Hann several times and they have been consistently fair with their pricing, are great communicators, and have made our community look wonderful. The paint job was a prolonged project and they did an excellent job throughout.

I have used Hann & Hann for years on projects large and small. I have had nothing but good experiences working with them.

Hired these folks in 2015 to reglaze a small bathtub. The rep they sent to assess the work, Todd Tunnell, was congenial and informative. I hired Hann & Hann, paying in the neighborhood of $1800 - $2000 to reglaze a tub measuring 36" x 36".
Since I am on the road A LOT, and there are two other full baths in the house, staying out of the tub for longer than the prescribed time after the glazing was done, presented no problem.

Within six months, the glaze began to peel in tiny areas. I resolved to call Todd Tunnell the next time my schedule brought me back home for a solid stretch of time. Eventually I called the offices and left a message for him.

No response.

I called the offices once again during a subsequent return home, only to be told Todd Tunnell no longer worked there. After sharing the deteriorating status of my tub to the person who answered my call, a return call was promised.

Its been at least two years, with one follow-up call from me.

Nothing.
Not. A. Word.

During the passing years, the peeling now exposes most of the tub, showing off the pink glaze previously featured. A few months ago, a plumber clearing a clogged drain took notice of the botched glaze-work and mentioned that it looked as the tub was never properly prepped for reglazing by whomever did it, because the original pink glaze was still in pristine condition, therefore the next glazing for which I paid a heft hefty price, never had a chance.

Inept or dishonest? Either way, they failed to deliver anything close to satisfactory work, and far worse, Hann & Hann has chosen to ignore the issue and repeated attempts to contact them.

This experience was horrible from beginning to end. They were there just to patch a hole and ended up flooding my condo and doing a Horrible job repairing the damage. I do not recommend this company. They were let every morning and I never knew when they would show up.

I used Hann & Hann on a wide range of projects (painting, lobby renovations, roofing, carpentry, etc) small and large for many years. As a property manager I could always rely on the quality of their work, their integrity and the value they brought my clients. I would especially like to recommend Joe Esposito who was my main POC and account manager. He could always be depended on to serve our mutual clients with professionalism and grace. There's a reason this company has been in business for over 40 years and has the client roster they have, and it's because they are they best.

☆☆BUYER BEWARE☆☆ This is the absolute worst company to try and work with in the state of Maryland. They came out ten days ago to give me a quote on a painting job and never got back to me. I called the office 7 times in the past week and nothing, not even a call back. The front office is just as incompetent as the rest of the organization. It's your time and money how do you want to be respected??

Very disappointed with their work. I have tried countless times to connect with them, but am met with unprofessional, disrespectful staff. They left my living with screw holes everywhere and had to beg them to fix damage that their workers created. Look for an honest group that will provide better service.
