This is my 3rd time using this company to wash the exterior of my 3400 sq. ft. house. The company representative called the day before to let me know the timeframe the crew will arrive the next day – very nice & helpful. By this time of year, my house is covered with green mildew, spider webs, bird droppings, and black dots (from fly and spider droppings). The crew came during the specified timeframe, and began work. They applied the soap to my house, and then rinsed off the soap, leaving a beautifully clean house, in one hour. I walked around the house with the technician to ensure everything was clean to my satisfaction. It was another masterful, well-done, spotless job. I have recommended this company to my family and friends. Highly-recommend that you use them !!!

This is the second time we have used this company. They do excellent work. The staff who power washed our home were on time, very professional and mindful of our property. I would highly recommend this company.

I had my house and roof cleaned 7/2015. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service. However I called recently to have the house cleaned again and to inquire about getting an adjusted quote for the roof since it is showing streaks again. We are 4 years into the 5 year guarantee. I did not get a return phone call within their 48 hour promise, so I called back after 3 days. I was then told that they are under new ownership and they only now guarantee for 3 years. After a couple weeks I called and left a message for the new owner, but did not get a return phone call. I then went back and reviewed their website and found that they are still claiming the old ownership and advertising the 5 year guarantee.

From start to finish, from phone call to payment, I felt very good about this service. George took very good care of our home and communicated about the project like a true professional. Thanks for your hard work on a hot summer day!

Not a perfect detail work, our gutters are still gray and they tripped all of ours GFIs... What a hussle to fix them. Not sure on cometitive prices, as I didn't do a research, but was recommended by a neighbor... They charged us more, for the same townhouse style (3 sides)

They did a great job. The price is very reasonable and affordable. I recommend this company for the house wash.

This company truly was, well, affordable! But, in addition to that, they were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. We had them power wash our aluminum siding, covered front porch, cement porch floor and walkway, as well as a 10x10 slab. We will call them again next year!

They are the best, the most cost effective, and very personable. They made my 15 year old deck look like new!!! Water beaded right off it!

After contacting 3 companies and getting estimates for all 3, I still did my own research. I decided on Affordable PressureWash Solutions. I made the right decision. The work crew did a great job refinishing my deck at a fair price. I had to buy the stain, but I didn't mind so much. They washed, sanded, and stained my deck - none of the old worn out color shows at all. I was so pleased, I called again to have my townhouse powerwashed. The steps are immaculate - they look like new construction. The house is refreshed and clean. There's some sort of gentle cleaning they use, according to what they're working on. It works great! The crew was respectful and courteous. I would recommend and certainly use them again.

I would definitely use Softwash again! The process and wrk was fast and easy. They did my deck and it looked amazing!!

I love SoftWash! After weeks of meticulous DIY deck restoration research, I chickened out and decided to call a professional--I'm glad I did! I'm a first time homeowner and didn't want to risk damaging my deck in favor of saving a few pennies. To my surprise, their services are actually pretty affordable! If you want your deck restored the right way and with all the TLC you would give your own home, I would definitely call SoftWash. The crew came out and walked me through the entire process. They were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home. They have earned my trust! I will definitely be contacting them again for the some of the other services they offer.

Great service and wonderful people to work with! They definitely delieverd on the roof washing! Got all the gunk and leaves that we’re trapped in there and got it ready in time so we could lay out The new shingles. Totally recommend you won’t be disappointed.

I am very satisfied with the work I got from this company. We had our patio and our deck washed and I was very impressed with the impeccable job done. I will certainly use this business in the future. Great pricing and people were nice and spot on with the consultations.

My wife and i recently got married and moved into our first home. The outside of our home was lookimg a little run down as well as the patio. We contacted affordable based on my co workers recommendation. They had recently powerwashed their deck to restore its original wood color. It looked amazing so i figured i'd give them a call. The operator was super helpful and got us an appointment within the following week. We were not present for the wash as we both had to work but when i came home that night, it was crazy that you can see the difference in brightness on the brick AT NIGHT. The patio and walk ways were bright and looked so great!. The siding looked clean and white. The patio was no longer dark brown. I could go on and on. Bottom line is that it looked amazing. The smell of chemicals was a little annoying but went away in a couple of hours. Small sacrifice if any lol. Definitely recommend!

Don't pay any attention to these other bad reviews. These guys did an amazing job on everything I needed for our house. Pressure washed the entire exterior and deck as well during the summer. I highly recommend them! Best work in town!

It is so clear how much pride this company takes in their work, and how much they care to see their clients happy. I had asked around for suggestions and this name came up a few times. Upon seeking service, everyone I encountered was so nice and willing to work with me on what I needed, and with prices like their I decided to give it a try. I was so pleased with the house washing that I went back to make arrangements for roof cleaning (with which I was equally pleased). I am thankful I trusted everything I had heard, would definitely recommend!

I have used this company many times over the years & so have my 2 daughters. We have all gotten excellent service at a good price every time. They have cleaned our vinyl & aluminum siding, Softwashed my roof, cleaned our decks, cleaned my daughter's ceramic tiles & grout in her kitchen & foyer, power washed a moldy/messy exterior basement stairway. They have poured a block of cement for me in a sidewalk that our plumber had to tear out to put a new line into the house & they also did exterior painting at our townhouse. The crew was polite, focused, & always did a good job. I am surprised by the other low rated reviews. I will be calling them to do some interior painting for me this winter.

I do not recommend this company. They were hired to power wash, sand and re-stain my deck. Results were upsetting to put it mildly. They did not remove old stain completely as discussed and proceeded to put new stain on top. Customer service, honest communication and follow through are all lacking. No attempt was made to correct their sub par work. The pictures speak for themselves.

This is the worst company we ever hired to work on our deck. They did not complete the work although we paid in full. The office manager or employee called Barbara was very rude to my husband. She also refused to connect us to the owner. They did not keep the appointment, changed the date and came one afternoon in the grueling heat at 2. 30 pm. The workers were not prepared to work on the fence. Although the deck and fence was measured a week earlier by another man, the workers who came in one of the afternoon did not bring the fence with them , they spent time on measurement. While two of the workers were resting under the shade one of them went to Home Depot to buy the fence. When they put up the fence they did not secure the fence with nail. The work was incomplete although we paid full amount.

We had our Trex deck and concrete patio cleaned on August 1, 2016.
The two techs worked hard and did an excellent job on both. We felt that the price was very reasonable for the work done. We were very happy with the results and definitely will use Affordable Softwash Solutions again.
