I am a real estate investor with 15 years experience. I have renovated 100s of houses over the years and know a lot of contractors.

When the time came to build my own house, I have chosen E&J Contractors and I have not regretted it a bit.

E&J built my house from ground up - foundation, framing, roofing, siding, windows and others. They have years of experience and it shows. Everything was done with attention to details and up to code.
What is not less important, they always have a nice friendly attitude and would go the extra mile to please the customer.
All of it while they have a very reasonable price for what they do.

Overall, I cannot be happier with E&J Contractors and would highly recommend them to anybody who takes on house building either for their personal home or an investment property.

Couldn’t be happier with E&J on the job they did for me on my two car attached garage. They handled the footers, foundation, framing roofing, windows and siding. The prices were reasonable they always showed up promptly, got the job done in a timely manner and left the work site clean and neat not sure what more you could ask for.. except for the fact that Darwin is easy to work with and helped me out when I had small changes to the plan which I really appreciated. I also hired them to redo the gutters on the rest of my house which turned out great. I plan on hiring them again to do additional work in the future and highly recommend his team.

E&J performed a major remodeling of my house, including bathroom, tile, flooring, crown molding, accent walls, concrete, shelving, trim windows, electrical and plumbing.

They do excellent work and are very creative. I would gladly use them again.

Mr. Darwin was very organized when submitting his estimate. This led to me hiring him and his team to do our 26x26 garage foundation. The team was able to handle all the grading / footers / slab and pass inspection in less than 2 weeks! I will be using his team for other projects moving forward.

E&J did an excellent job upgrading my old kitchen. They removed the old ceramic tile floor, dark granite counters, stained ceramic sink and back splash. My cabinets although old were in good shape so they put on handles and pulls. This really upgraded the look.

These guys suck. The poster child for stereotype of a bad contractor. They were doing my neighbor's project and asked them to do some work for me - not doing enough of my own research was a big mistake. These losers cant even do a simple gutter job - GOD only knows what they do on bigger jobs. They would probably cover it all up behind a drywall . Well, I kinda have an idea because they also trashed my neighbor's project. There was only ONE corner section and it leaked so bad - obviously because of shoddy work, lack of skills, and lack of sealant. Oh yeah, the co-owner did comeback after I complained about it and tried to fix it - another horrible job and there was no way saving the quality of work of a 5 year old anyway. I knew what was coming if I kept going back and forth with these people. Instead I had that whole section ripped off and redone by another contractor. Most of the material was reused and I ended up paying 700 bucks - small price to pay for piece of mind and I refuse to waste any more of my energy with these losers. They do this shoddy work while they brag about their expensive bikes on your time - using money they got from you. Kindergarten level skills in my opinion. What a bunch of clowns.
