They installed an attic fan while I was NOT home. When I called upset about them robbing me of my chance to look at the equipment before installation, they condescendingly asked me "we sent you service pictures, don't you know what your roof looks like? You can't see this fan from outside?!" Their contract says they "clean debris from all work done" but they don't (found a chunk of roof and shavings in my yard a couple of weeks later; see photo). Their contract says they give you brand new equipment unless otherwise specified but they do NOT provide purchase paperwork nor an invoice for your equipment. And what's worse, I don't think the solar attic fan they supposedly installed even works as it has made little difference in cooling my home. I said "supposedly" because I don't have access to my attic and I cannot see the roof of my property from the street, so since they installed this while I wasn't home - I haven't personally seen this fan I paid them a G to install. I have a hard time giving this one star because they had such great reviews, but my experience is valid and I'm honest when I say I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great roofers, extremely helpful/ knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Sonny (the owner) was so helpful, he took care of everything, followed up with the insurance company, making sure they process the claim quickly, he was also able it get it fully covered! Thanks Sonny! You are the best.

After closing on our first home, my fiance and I were concerned about a possible leak in the roof detected on inspection. We had several contractors come out to advise and give quotes, and learned that the whole roof needed to be replaced. With such a large expense and as first time home buyers and first time dealing with a flat roof/TPO, we were worried about being taken advantage of (overpriced quotes or substandard work quality). RoofExPro (now RoofexNRG) offered the best quote AND were super responsive to any concerns we had (like matching other quotes) or requests to update the contract prior to us signing (like details on price per board for additional repairs found while replacing roof, adding gutter replacement/gutter guards, etc.). At the same time, they were not pushy about getting us to commit to them. My fiance was super impressed by them at the first meeting (which I was not there for), so I was still suspicious... of course many companies will be solicitous up until they get your business... but after seeing the work they did, we both feel we can trust the product and service we received! The team was great about communicating plans. They were happy to have my fiance up on the roof to show him what they were doing, any additional damage they found, etc. They also saw we had drainage issues, and took the extra step of ensuring that the new gutter downspouts were extended an additional couple feet away from the foundation. We've had several torrential rains since, and every time we are super grateful for the peace of mind that we have, since our roof was replaced by RoofexNRG. Would definitely work with them again - but hopefully won't have to any time soon, if the roof lasts ;)

From start to finish, I found their front man (Sunny) professional, honest, receptive, knowledgable and very friendly. He made this experience smooth and painless. The work performed by his men was exceptional. I really appreciate their skills and professionalism. They were awesome.
