Emerson was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Sent a skeleton crew to do my house which should have taken two days instead took five days! Plus shabby workmanship! Had to come back several times to repair! Jerad was always promising things which never happened! I referred several neighbors and friends who also went with Emerson and had numerous complaints! Still waiting on services to be completed! I’m still waiting for my 100 referrals promised! What a joke!

Emerson approached us about a roof inspection a few months after last year’s windstorm. We did have some damage. Jeremiah coordinated with our insurance to replace the roofs on our home and detached garage, as well as the guttering/downspouts. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and returned calls promptly. The team was very professional and completed the job quickly. They also were very thorough with clean up. We’ve recommended them to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Emerson has been terrible. Overpromise and under deliver. I was given and initial installation window that got pushed back many weeks. Once the roof was finally completed waited several more weeks for the gutters. After collecting checks for the majority of the work several months prior to starting work, the company harrassed me frequently to collect final payment prior to the settlement of two insurance claims. By harrassed I mean multiple contacts per week by at least 4 different people despite giving the same response that “you will get paid when my settlement is fully paid.” They want your patience waiting for work to get done but offer none while you’re waiting on insurance. There are too many options out there for roofing and these guys make too big of a profit margin to have to deal with being treated like you owe money to the mob when you’re waiting for large storm damage claims to settle. Avoid.
