Emerson is the best choice. They take pride in their work and go above and beyond. They are a 5 Star plus company. My project manager took the stress out of the equation for me. He always responds quickly no matter what. He delayed leaving for a trip to take care of everything and eased my mind. My furniture in the yard was moved by him and put back. Going through the process of any home construction can be a stressful. But I had a fantastic experience with Emerson Roofing! Mainly due to the hard work and dedication of Ms. Johnson (Lizzie). Just on her initial inspection she had over one hundred pictures which displayed to me her attention to detail and professionalism! She handled all aspects of the process from dealing with my insurance company to completion of the construction. I would definitely recommend dealing with Emerson Roofing!

I needed my roof replaced as part of the sale of my house. Most of the work went through without a hitch. There were some issues because I had 27 solar panels that needed to be removed and then reinstalled. Weather delays in winter are to be expected. However, transparency and honesty are important in communicating the delays. Several delays (3 or 4) were caused by the solar panel subcontractors, but Grant was not up front about them, or did not confirm with the other company. The house sale finally closed before the project was completed on Feb 21. It is now May 25, and I have repeatedly asked for a final detailed statement for the project so that I can receive the final insurance payment, but Grant is now ignoring my requests. Good luck with your projects!

Emerson was with the insurance inspector when our roof was inspected for damage. Emerson was able to point out damage that inspector didn’t notice. We were serviced quickly and communicated daily with Emerson through calls, text, emails. They are a great company to work with for our roof. Very great work and clean up. Highly recommend Emerson for your roofing needs.

The work they did on the roof was excellent, but Steven really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good solution. He even came over a couple nights before the install to do a short term fix on a hole in the roof because of pending rain. Great to work with and really good communications. I would strongly recommend them!

When I purchased my home, the existing new roof was installed by Emerson and the warranty move to me as the new owner. They have been outstanding to work with in getting this migrated to me and answering/taking care of any questions or concerns I've had. Amanda has been awesome!

To the customer looking for their roofer: Look elsewhere.

I am a business owner, and I don’t like to give out negative reviews because I don’t like receiving them. So please understand what I say next is important to read. I hired Emerson Pros to replace my roof after hail damage and was left with a subpar experience. I am a first-time home buyer and had Emerson Pros contracted to replace my roof, and they were going to subtract a gutter company. After the installation, I had contractors at my house for unrelated work and then for gutter work (as they pawned off hiring the gutter company). Luckily each of these professionals told me unprovoked that my roof was not installed correctly. I hired a roof inspector to put together a list of things that were not right.

Below are a few items that were lacking on my roof install:

-The salesman had sold me on a valley that was different from the standard metal valleys, each person who came out to my house after told me I should’ve had metal valleys.
-The nook of my house did not have ice and water shield and poor flashings. They came back ripped off the shingles and then installed it again. During the winter months (less than 6 months after the installation) I had ice up under my shingles and I now have water damage in my house. They will not do anything about the damage.
-They reused step and counter flashings
-No calking or secondary covers on plumbing vent pipes
-Multiple window screens torn from tear off
-Wall runs on building weren’t torn off properly, poor job cutting back my siding to install new step flashings

I informed the quality control representative from this company, and they lacked significant customer service skills. They worked around their contract to do the bare minimum on the install and only reinstalled the front shingles with the ice and water shield.

In the end, I am grateful that I had to hire a gutter company and had contractors all tell me that this was not installed correctly, I’m not sure others would have the same opportunity as I did. These are just some of the significant items I experienced. I would not trust them to put another roof on for my family or friends.

After the job was completed, they were thorough in making sure all the materials were picked up and that the roof was done correctly.

The roof looks great. All workers were courteous and punctual. I most appreciated the work Jerry did with my insurance company. Had I worked directly with the insurance myself, a much as smaller check would have been paid to me from said insurance...After the work was done a drone was used to make sure all work was in order. A gentleman from Emerson actually came back and rotated a light fixture that had been rotated ever so slightly during the roof installation. (Think crooked hanging picture on wall.) Emerson goes wayyyy above and beyond!

We had a great experience with Emerson. Our representative Yessenia was awesome! She called our insurance company for us and got everything rolling. They got approval very fast from our insurance company. The installation was smooth and the crew did an excellent job of cleanup after. The roof and gutters looked great. Emerson handled everything with the insurance company and it took almost no effort on our part. Would highly recommend

The assigned project manager though we didn't personally speak to him arrived on site a few days early to verify all ordered items had been delivered. After confirmation, Emerson sent us a message informing us when the team would arrive. The team which performed the work were efficient and kept the site clean.
The gutter company used was easy to speak with on site.
Stephanie kept in communication with us via email. Handing warranty information and so forth.
Overall, we spoke with many team members from the Emerson company. All individuals kept us informed in some form- email, phone, text, and in person.

I used Emerson after reading favorable comments on a Facebook page. I met with Jeremy and he explained the whole process. During the complete reroofing job I was informed of each step, dates of product arrival, start date and finish date. Excellent customer service, great follow-up. HIghly recommend their superior quality of service.

Everything was fine until my bank lost the check sent to them to pay for the roof. Now I’m getting threatened with being turned over to collections because my bank lost the check and are not reissuing fast enough. I have been involved with trying to get this resolved since the beginning. Don’t deal with this shady company. I was just told, by Jenny, I am the customer not the insurance company or the bank so it’s my responsibility and she was essentially doing me a favor by not having turned it over to collections yet. Don’t pay attention to their responses they are just words, actions are the reflection of who this company is

Very quick to provide a quote. Quote was well within reason when compared to the 2 other companies I had bid on the project. The process to pick out shingles and supplies was very easy. They were able to schedule the project easily and quickly. Once they got started, they got it done quickly, efficiently, and did a great job. They did a good job of cleaning the yard and picking up nails from removing the old roof. Would definitely recommend Emerson for those that need a roof replacement. Great job!!

I was recommended by a friend to get ahold of Emerson Enterprise after having hail damage to my home which included roof,siding,and gutter damage. I contacted one of there people Nick which checked over the home for damage, After getting started the roof was first which was done in a timely manner they did very nice job. Siding job was next it all so was a very nice job then the gutter which was a nice job. If others need a good company they can trust Emerson is the Company to choose.

Emerson did an amazing job from the first day I met Lamar. He helped me with understanding the process and helped me pick out new roof shingles and gutters. They stayed in communication with us and had it all done in a timely manner.

Highly recommend Emerson for a new roof. We worked with Nathan M. He was extremely helpful and oversaw our replacement to make sure it was to our standards. Great quality and a great look - excellent cleanup. Nice crew - respectful and they provided in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again. Photos aren’t great as cold out but gives an idea of the finished product.

Our experience with Emerson was excellent! They are a very friendly company, high-quality work, fair pricing, and providing quick services. Our new roof was completed within 2 days. Their follow-up care procedure is also top-notch: they would swing by several times to finish, (re)check, clean, etc. We are very satisfied of the results and will call again if we need help again in the future.

I was very appreciate of my project manager, Steven, as his persistence paid off continually checking my roof for damage after storms to ensure we had a legitimate chance at filing a claim and then again working with the insurance company when the time came. The teams that did both the replacement of my roof and guttering were efficient with the process. Multiple people followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome.

Team was great they came and quoted the roof and explained the granular details. Operated courteously and efficiently. My roof was filed with insurance, fixed, and resolved in less than a month.

The experience with Emerson was an absolute nightmare. It started great... getting estimate, picking colors, etc. But that quickly went down hill. The communication is complete garbage. I would have contractors show up to do work, and I would have no idea they where coming! One crew even opened my gate and let my dogs loose, so because I didn't know someone was coming. I still have a few things on a punch list that needs remedied, but I will take care of them myself, because I am absolutely done with this company. I have siding falling off the house now too. I would 1000% recommend you stay very clear of this company. I started this in March of 2023... still not complete. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I deal with Emerson. And I'll be sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW the same.

I wish we would have read these reviews before agreeing to have them work on our roof! It was a long drawn out process. Our roof looks awful, they were rushing through the job like they were just completing their quota for the month. They ripped multiple window screens which apparently is part of the fine print that we had overlooked because we should have removed them if we didn’t want any damage done to them. Just awful customer service as well!

They have been great with the whole process. From helping us with endorsing the checks with insurance and all their required documents, to explaining the whole process, then explaining the process again because I forgot. Their work is great and they follow up with any repairs or tweaks that are needed afterwards. I've been impressed

We loved working with Emerson Enterprise! They went above and beyond our expectations. Dealing with insurance in not easy and they helped us deal with our adjuster and insurance to get our roof covered after several storms and failed repairs. After having several other roofing companies come out and say they will help fight with our insurance for us Tom and Lemar actually kept their word and stuck it out! 8 months later we got a new roof and I love how it looks. The guys who came out and worked on it were fast and had it completed in 1 day and cleaned up the mess plus some! My roof looks amazing and we love it

Highly recommend Emerson if you need to get roof and house repairs caused from storm damage. Grant Heavner did a great job helping us with the entire process of filing the insurance claim and worked directly with the insurance adjuster in person making sure all of the storm damage was documented and not overlooked. Their roof crew was fast, efficient and expert roofers who worked well as a team and did an excellent job with cleaning up around our house when the work was completed. Same positive review for their contractor who replaced our damaged metal window wraps and for their repairman who fixed a facia board. Keith, their field supervisor, stopped by when our roof was being replaced to inspect the work in progress and make sure the roof crew had everything they needed to finish the job. Grant also kept us posted on the work schedule and did a final inspection to make sure all of the worked was completed and met their high quality standards. Highly recommend!

Jeremy has been exceptionally responsive on every detail of the process. He cooperated on time commitment for install due to our daughter’s wedding.
The roofing crew were in and out in one day and clean up was immaculate. The gutters were also installed without a hitch and were in and out professionally and cleaned up without any remnants.

Emerson was responsive same day as my call (and site visit) as other roofing companies would not even call me back. Rep Yessenia was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Emerson did a fantastic job. Our rep (Todd) was ready and available when our insurance adjuster came to the house to work with him. They handled most of the interaction with the insurance company and let me know when they were going to be onsite. They replaced my entire roof in one day and had the gutters completed the following week. A total of 4 weeks went by from the time I submitted my claim to my insurance provider and the time everything was completed. Stellar performance Emerson!

Very poor communication, lied to us several times about their lack of communication, no showed a meeting with us, and damaged our fascia. Please, please don't use Emerson. Emerson, I see, responded to this review. Just to be clear, Emerson is saying the company they worked with to replace the fascia may have been difficult to get in touch with, NOT the homeowner. I am not sure I believe this, as again, Emerson’s track record with us is very poor.

I worked with Steven at Emerson and he helped me from start to finish. I had hail damage and he worked well with my insurance company. Now that it’s complete my home looks amazing! All the workers were diligent and detailed.

Emerson replaced the front side of our roof with a subcontractor because of a tree falling on our house. They tore off the front side of the roof and then the storm hit that was forecasted. Rain came down so hard and fast that it came through several places in my ceiling Ceiling fan, through the front windows, bedroom windows and front door. They had to return 3 times to fix problems that the roofers made. holes in the shingles, nails sticking up. exposed nails that they were supposed to cover with Caulking, missing drip edge that they tore off to replace. They covered up the problem with paint and refuse to replace the insulation and moldy drywall that was caused by the issue. Very dissatisfied with them. They have lied saying that they will fix the issue right away while sending painters again and again. I can still see the spots through the paint and Kilz that they have applied twice. The amazing part is that they replaced the entire roof the summer before and did an excellent job. They said that they were 3 weeks out replacing roofs and 6 weeks later finally sent a team that cause all of the havoc.

Emerson recently replaced our roof. Jeremy Cameron was our awesome project manager. He helped us thru the approval process with our insurance co and met with them when they did the inspection (even came out prior and marked the hail damage so they did not miss it). I truly believe he was instrumental in getting our insurance to approve our claim. He communicated with us every step of the process and was always available by text to answer questions (even after hours). We really appreciated his knowledge and expertise both with our roof replacement and dealing with the insurance company. We was also impressed with Emerson’s warranty which was much broader than other companies we spoke with. I would highly recommend Emerson and Jeremy for all roofing needs. Thank you Jeremy and crew for taking such good care of us. You are true professionals.

I signed with a project manager who I liked and did a good job. This manager left the company and I was assigned a manager who did not even once communicate with me after I left several messages but is now suppose to show up to collect my check. . I had to call into the office and speak to the office staff for every single update I got. I left a message of complaint which got no response whatsoever. The people who came to do my roof did a good job on the roof. They were efficient. They did arrive 2 hours prior to the estimated arrival time (ringing my doorbell at 5:30am). There were some questions as to what my husband wanted done with our satellite dish which we responded he would like to put it back up himself to ensure it was done correctly. However the roofers for some reason put it back on the roof themselves. The language barrier is the only reason I can come up with for this miscommunication. I got a flat tire from the nails left behind which was something I kinda suspected could happen. I was shocked that Emerson had as good of a rating as they did when I came here to leave this review. I am sure they will respond with some so sorry for your poor experience however I don’t have faith there will be anything done about it. Glad the project manager collected part of my fee for doing absolutely nothing for me. ‍♀️

Very good and professional staff with a friendly project manager, Chris Hoover. He was available and accessable when we needed him and helped us through all aspects of our insurance claims process. We are very pleased with how our roof and gutters turned out. Would highly recommend using them if you need help with your home restoration!

7/10/24 - Update - repairs have been completed.

I have been trying to get a call back on some warranty work for over a month now. They just "create a ticket," nothing after that. No call back, sent to a fictitious voicemail. My gutter are fading, clearly a QA issue, but they do not seem to care. Installed 2 years ago.

6/25/24 - Following this post, a rep reached out to me. Repairs are pending. I changed my star rating from 1 to 3. Will update again following job completion.

Jonathan Darrah goes above and beyond as a project manager, ensuring that you are both happy and comfortable with all the various steps in the process. In the construction world there are many options and you really never know what you’re going to get. Emerson Roofing and Jonathan Darrah are the obvious choice. I highly encourage everyone to make the smart decision and go with Emerson. Other companies just can’t compete with a company who actually cares.

Emerson did an incredible job replacing our roof and gutters. First of all, Jeremy C. did an excellent job developing a relationship with my wife and I as we have never replaced a roof and guttering system, let alone, work with insurance on this. He walked us through the process and was even available when the adjuster came out to the house. He answered all the questions we were not familiar with. next, the qualtiy of work was spectacular and the recent storms were proof enough to us when we found no leaks or issues with the gutters. Lastly, putting this through insurance and following through on the entire project was flawless. Highly recommend.

My experience with Ben and Emerson Enterprises was exactly how all business interactions should be. Clear communication, timely execution, and prompt follow through. Ben and his team exceeded my expectations as a 1st time claimant from the start. They worked with my insurance company to make sure my claim was valid and included coverage for all the damaged areas. Once we made our choice of shingles, they promptly ordered them and installed as soon as they were received. The removal/installation process took 3 days and I could tell Ben's team was experienced in their craft and spent extra time fixing any issues that came up after removing my old shingles. Emerson was the fourth company I hired to assist in convincing my insurance company to fully cover my 24 year old roof. The catch was that the shingles were discontinued and my insurance company only wanted to cover a partial job. Not only did I have concerns with this, but my HOA did as well. The men from Emerson came out 3 times, once to get on my roof to collect samples for composite testing to prove the new and old shingles do not work together, a second time to have a zoom call with the insurance claims agent to show them exactly what their concerns were and finally to prove the job was required with insurance claims on hand. to say they followed through would be accurate. they promised me they would win the never-ending insurance battle (it had been ongoing for a full year) and they did. then, knowing my timeline, they were able to order and complete the job in exactly one weeks time.
I am very grateful to Ben and Steven and the rest of the team at Emerson. If you are struggling with your insurance claims department, these guys know their stuff and they don't back down till they get the job done.

I have used Emerson twice now over the last few years. Tom and Nick were both very professional, patient, kind and helpful during the entire process with the insurance company. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Emerson for helping us get a new roof and gutters.

Very pleased with our experience with Emerson. We worked with Steven, who was very attentive to our project. The crew showed up exactly when we were told they would. They worked quickly and efficiently, were very respectful of our property, and cleaned up well afterwards. Steven came by when the roof was finished and picked up any stray nails he found. Extra materials that were left were picked up quickly after the job was done as well. The roof looks great - haven’t yet had any rain to test it. We highly recommend this company.

Jon has responded to all of our concerns and has worked with our insurance company in addressing damage to our roof and gutters due to hail damage. His roofing crew were professional and efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning the area when finished with replacing the roof.

Jeremy was assigned to us. He quickly contacted me and set up a time to meet us in person. The process was so smooth which was a relief for us as we just bought the house a year ago when the storm hit. Everyone at Emerson was so friendly and quick to be at our service. Our project was delayed one day and we quickly had two people informing us. If we ever have to replace our roof (we hope not) but if we do, we will use Emerson again!

Process was quick, easy, efficient, pain free. The installation was quality and the materials used were much better than what I saw being used on our neighbors. Highly recommend. You might be able to find a cheaper way but it most likely will not be a better way.

Our project manager went above & beyond. He answered all our questions,(we had several!) responded to every text message, was on time for every appointment with us, he was professional & very friendly. The new roof looks amazing!!

Tom was the best project manager I could have asked to work with. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, answered questions via text regardless of it being after business hours, and went to bat with my insurance company when they took forever and five years to process my claim. The crew was respectful of the property and left no trace (aside from the gorgeous new roof, of course!) that they had ever been on the property. Everything is beautiful, spotless, and very well done. I would absolutely recommend Emerson to anyone needing work on their roof!

Overall great experience. Emerson took care of all the details including permitting. The roofers were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up the lawn after. Didn’t find a single nail or shingle. Our company contact was very responsive and would get back to us asap if he missed our calls. Pricing was fair and competitive.

They were very polite and respectful of our space while working. The representative was very thorough explanning the process and very quick to get things started. They discarded a satellite dish for us that was no longer needed. One gentleman was not satisfied with his work and started it over tearing it off what he had done and fixing it. We are very happy with the work that was done. It was exceptional.

Very professional and responsive. The crew was fast, friendly and did an amazeing job on my roof. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. The project manager was very friendly and answered any question that i had. He helped me threw my insurance problems and was able to get it figured out. He was great.
