My one and only go to place for just about anything and everything that I need for my home and yard. Quality items at a worthy price. Great knowledgeable professional staff with awesome senses of humor. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for more than likely they can get it before anyone else can.

I'm no stranger to Ace Hardware generally however the ELLENSBURG Ace Hardware is SPECIFICALLY INCREDIBLE. You'd think it was a Grand Opening. Check out my pictures from my visit today. That's off to the staff and management!

They are pretty good and helpful in here and helping you find what you need. The parking sucks it's on a one-way Street and you have to circle it just to find a spot

Great hardware store with good variety, including safety and work gear (NIOSH, knee pads, etc.) plus all the nitnoid bolts things, paint, etc.

This place is what all hardware stores should be. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the selection is great, everything is clean and organized.

Love this ACE! Best staff and good selection of things we need at great prices. We've been very happy especially with the Magnolia Killz paint we're restoring our burned house with. It's AWESOME!!!

Most helpful hardware store I've ever been to. The rare occasion where they don't have what you need, they'll point you to somewhere in town that does!

Building a computer, and ran out of screws, and just needed a few small 2.5mm screws. So my wife quickly goes to ACE because they usually are good help. Today 01/24/24 she came in a few minutes before close, when they close at 7. I thought it would be just fine to go in then because all we needed was a screw. Instead she was greeted by a really nice gal on front desk, then a male employee came and instantly came out and made her feel uncomfortable. He made her seem like she was an inconvenience, even though she was in and out in a couple minutes. She told him what screw, i needed and mentioned that i was building a pc. He goes "yeah a guy comes in all the time he builds pcs" and thought he knew exactly what screw to get. She asked if it was a 2.5 mm and he goes "No thats a 6mm thats the smallest one we have, how many? Ok thatll be .40 cents" and rushes her out. Guys if you dont want to be open until 7pm, then close earlier, or at least have some decent attitude, then maybe you will retain some customers. Because you are giving me every reason in the book to order off of amazon.

This hardware store has an old-time traditional, small-town feel, which I really like, but has most anything you need for the farm and home.

They have recently remodeled, i believe there are under new ownership. Great place to get grilling supplies, they carry all the good rubs. Good hardware store too

I recently moved to the area and there were a few problems with my new home. I needed some items for a few repairs and Ellensburg Ace had them all! I couldn't believe they had everything I needed. The store is packed with every hardware item imaginable! The customer service was awesome too. Thanks Ace!!!

Ace Hardware has product that confuses the staff. They don't need to know how it works... just where it is. Nailed it.

Decent prices, love the store update; friendly, helpful staff! I recently purchased a shed online - only ship to store was offered. When I went to pick it up, we realized the package was way too large for my vehicle and I couldn't have lifted it alone. Their awesome staff sprang to action, offered to drop it off & did so right away (I live locally). As a single mom, this was a huge help and such a kind act made my afternoon. I could not be more thankful

Fantastic RENÈ got me a new key fob all programmed and 250 plus bucks cheaper than a quote I had gotten in Everett. It's for my 2006 RAV4.

Broke my Toyota key fob . Renè at ACE Hardware in Ellensburg replaced and programmed new one for 250 bucks less than a quote from dealership. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during the hour it took to get this completed

I bought a chainsaw yesterday
We used it today after 1-2 hours it broke. The chain tightening nob was broken, it wouldn't move, so it wasn't anything we did. It was a defected chaindaw. We went to exchange it and they told us we couldn't exchane it because it had gas in it. DUH

Fair prices for the area, it is not open just yet should be open close to 3/13/23 but no promises

Great small hardware store with plenty of staff around ready to help. I've bought everything from hand tools, paint, and yak tracks to an actual kitchen sink.

Employees are always nice and helpful and they always have my craft supplies I need. Also impressed by their cheap seasonal section.

I like this place because it's been in business for so many years with good people, I never have a bad vibe when I go in there and they are well stocked on all kinds of things it's worth it to drop in if you need any hardware.

They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Only been in the store a handful of times, but these guys really care about taking care of their customers.

Customer service is not that good employees ignore their customers and I was sent to the wrong area and I looked aii around the store, then left and went to Knudson Lumber for the help I needed Eric at Knudson helped me. I won't go into Old woods to buy items needed.
