They might be experts in water damage — but when it comes to the aftermath of death, they were completely unprepared and disturbingly careless.

I wasn’t dealing with a broken pipe — I was dealing with the emotional, biological, and spiritual cleanup after someone died.

5.5 MONTHS later and the job has not wrapped up YET.

What I got was:

Bugs left in windowsills from decomposition of my husband's body. After HAZMAT was here more times than I care to recall to be asked by MATT why I hadnt noticed before I signed off before construction started. Gee I don't know there was a crew with HAZMAT and a crew with construction cutting out walls , sheet rocking and painting new walls. But you're right me being the widow should clearly have noticed that along with a screen vent stained with piss and projectile diarrhea.

Excuses, gaslighting, and finger-pointing

And ZERO understanding of the trauma their negligence deepened

They treated this like another job, another invoice.
But for me, it was the aftermath of a life.

The ONLY one who showed up with any real integrity was Alfredo — 26, respectful, quiet, and the only person who actually worked with care.

If this company wants to call themselves restoration professionals, they better stick to drywall and flood damage —
because when death is involved, they’re in way over their heads.

This wasn’t just a cleanup job.
It was a sacred space desecrated by incompetence.

We had Clean Image come and clean our ducts and air vents. The first appointment Jordan explained that the access point for the crawl space was far from the furnace and that he could do the work, but we would get the best results by having closer access to furnace. (He did not have to tell us this information, and he could have just done the job that day). We took his advice and had access put in closer. We had Jordan come back and today he performed the duct cleaning. He spent a lot of time doing his job and he was very considerate of our fur babies. In the 35 years of owning 2 different homes, we had never had this service done but now my husband has some lung issues and clean vents and ducts can only help. Time will tell if we see any difference, but I am glad we got the service done. The only thing I would have preferred was a call the day before for confirmation just because it was a business that was new to us and I appreciate confirmations. Reggi Carlson

New construction and no duct cleaning on the task list! Builder called Clean Image at my request. Jordan, a very personable fellow, showed up early in the morning and stayed until the job was finished, very late in the day. About the time I figured he was done, he dived into the crawl space as so much debris was still coming out. He was 2 hours down there!! Jordan showed me the coarse filters in the 2 vacuum units running - yeks!! Can't imagine what the HEPA filters looked like!!
Also to note, the opening for the suction tubes Jordan cut in my HVAC system was professionally done and covered neatly. I have seen the ducts mangled by other companies.

When our water tank broke we had a lot of water damage. I called Clean Image for help as they had help us in the past and had done an excellent job. They were just as good as last time. Seth and his crew explained what needed to be done and why, set up the equipment and started the repair. I won’t lie it was very noisy and hard to function but after a week all was dried and ready for the next step. Thanks Seth for your help in restoring our home

Jordan and Armando spent all day cleaning and sanitizing the ductwork of a home I just bought. They went above and beyond to communicate about arrival times and the process, providing before and after pics that I requested. I’m very happy with the work they did and the price!

We experienced a water leak from our refrigerator, and Clean Image Services has managed the entire process from start to finish. They worked directly with our insurance company, ensuring a seamless experience. Throughout this process, we’ve had positive interactions with everyone involved, particularly Jordyn, who handled our remediation, and Ricardo, who managed demo, drywall and painting. Clean Image did a fantastic job helping us out after some frozen pipes cracked and our house was flooded. They came out really quickly, communicated with us about what needed to be done and how much it would cost, worked with our insurance company, and did a great job overall. We have been very happy with all the Clean Image Employees. They have been very courteous, polite and thorough.
The only issues that we have are how long it has taken to do the demolition Process. We feel that a lot of unnecessary material was removed from the house. One example is the floor molding & door trim removed from areas with NO water damage at all.
We just hope that the repairs & construction goes faster, without days when no one shows up.
It has been over 6 weeks so far and it has been very hard to find places to stay in our area.

The hard work of the Ellensburg Clean Image crew on our house was great! We had a terrible experience when the City of Cle Elum's sewer backed up into our basement. Clean Image was thereto take care of the clean up. Then, when the City's insurance refused to come to an agreement on the payment, Clean Image made sure we were not responsible for any portion of the bill. Clean Image handled water damage to kitchen very well and all members of the team were very professional through a complete floor restoration, including moving of furniture and contents.

Had a bit of a water issue and Clean Image Svcs show up promptly, were professional and worked hard to mitigate my mess.

We had a fire suppression pipe burst on Christmas afternoon. Clean Image not only picked up our call right away, they arrived at the house to start mitigation services the next day! The first team to arrive treated our home just like theirs. They put down protective floor coverings and made sure the plastic barrier still allowed us to gain access to key parts of our house. Every person we dealt with was professional, prompt and responsive. The project manager and scheduler communicated with us and our insurance adjuster frequently. Prior to doing any work, the team member would always explained the work to be done and answered all our questions. They even arrived when then said they would! The demo team did the work quickly, thoroughly and always cleaned up at the end of the day, including dusting off the nearby counters. They took a ton of pictures to document the before, during & after work. They did a great job and while I wish we did not need to use them; I would highly recommend them.

We recently used Clean Image Services for water restoration at our house in Cle Elum. This was a catastrophic water leak, and was very stressful as a homeowner. The level of service and professionalism that Clean provided was top-notch! Kenny and his team really helped us navigate through a difficult situation.

This company is beyond supportive and really goes above and beyond to make sure that your problem is handled, and handled right. I wish I could call them for every house need I have and not just for cleanup/repair services.

Water Damage Cleanup:
5 stars for this service. they did a great job getting in quick and doing their mitigation work. They worked with my insurance company for months to negotiate repairs from an initial offering from the insurance company of $3500 up to $57K.

Repair work Remodeling:
3 stars: They made it sound like repairs could be done quickly. Once I signed the repairs contract repair work was slow. I would never know when workers would be able to work on my house as they made that decision each morning. Some weeks no one would work and other times it would just be a couple times a week. After 7 weeks of work and a small portion of repairs done I asked to terminate my contract. The way the contract is written if you cancel it they can charge you 10% for every item not completed. Plus the overhead and profit for the entire contract. They had only completed $4800 in line items but because of the way the contract was written it came out to around $18K. I was able to negotiate down to 11K with them.

Totally recommend for Water Damage Cleanup and working with your insurance but I would recommend you take their repairs estimate which you'll have to pay for and then find a different contractor to do the repair work.

Dustin from Clean Image washed my home's exterior windows and screens. They have never looked better! He was prompt, professional, and thorough. I heartily recommend this business.

Excellent service, my dryer threw a code for restricted vent. Tech showed up was set up and had it cleaned out within 20 minutes. Tech even went through the dryer manual to see if we could manually run a vent test to verify the repair.

I've had the best experience with Clean Image Services. Not only did Amanda call me with updates, she never gave any false hopes. Every time she talked and arranged a service issue to be dealt with I had an update. She even when out of her way to help me let the tenant know who and when to expect them. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Take my word, use this company, and refer them to your friends.

We gifted an exterior window cleaning to our mom for Mother's Day. Her first question was "Who did you hire?" and she was elated to hear that Clean Image service would be doing her windows. Maddie was great to work with over the phone and Luke, the technician, was prompt and did a fantastic job on the windows. My mom was so pleased! I would definitely recommend Clean Image and hope to use them again in the future!

Very professional company that always called ahead and showed up at the time they said they would. They were able to get a lot of work done in a reasonable amount of time. They worked well with our insurance company and made the clean up as stress free as possible for us and our renters. They are great communicators and answered our questions as they came up. I would use them again without hesitation.

Duct Cleaning. Excellent service by Luke! This is not just vacuuming the ducts out, but full service duct cleaning. Couldn't believe how dirty my ducts were!

My mother, who is in her 80s, discovered water damage to her kitchen and dining room early on a Saturday morning. Fortunately, her neighbor recommended Clean Image Services. As I no longer live in Central WA and my mother felt quite overwhelmed by the damage to her home, I called Clean Image on her behalf. The Mitigation and Repair Teams were very responsive, easy to work with, and were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. The Construction Team did a great job in a timely manner. I'm very appreciative of how all the Clean Image folks so kindly, thoughtfully, and professionally worked with my mother and put her home back together. Five Stars for everyone!

Dustin from Clean Image came out to clean my dryer vent. It wasn't an easy job. The vent went quite a ways up onto the roof. Plus of all things it was snowing and icy on the roof. He spent a lot of time to thoroughly clean the vent. Not sure if it had ever been done. He did not give up until it was done. Would highly recommend! Thank you Dustin and Clean Image.

what incredible company, and a very difficult house sale and found mold on one of the inspections. All of the things that could’ve went wrong with timing and such did, however, cleaner inches on it on time very good communicators. Clean Image was called in for mold discovered in the attic of the home I was considering purchasing. They were prompt, efficient, and thorough.
