The experience was wonderful. The tech were really professional and arrived on time. Been trying to get ahold of this company via phone for two weeks now - with two different contact numbers I’ve been given and can’t seem to get ahold of anybody. Tried both mid morning and afternoon and their voicemail boxes don’t work.. what is the easiest way of getting in contact at this point?

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!! I hired them to do a simple job-- replace a light switch for a bathroom vanity-- and not only did they NOT fix the switch, they left bare, LIVE wires sticking out of the bathroom wall, inches above the sink!! Just left hot wires there, a HUGE fire and shock hazard. When I repeatedly called to find out what's going on, when would they be back to finish the job: no response. I paid $150 for a service call which was supposed to cover the simple job of replacing the switch: they basically stole my money, and left dangerous, bare wires sticking out: UNBELIEVABLE! They have many complaints/fines against them with L&I...and I will file yet another one.
