Jeff and his crew were great. They got our new roof on in one day and it looks beautiful. They used a drone to show us the hail damage and worked with our insurance company to get this process handled smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trust-worthy company to install a roof. They also replaced our gutters, which look so nice.

We recently had our roof repaired as well as a rotting beam replaced by Jeff Watson and Elite Roofing Systems. I highly recommend this company. Jeff is professional, trustworthy, and bends over backwards for his customers. He strives to price the job accurately in the original quote and, if changes are needed to the original estimate, Jeff explains the extra costs completely and ensures that the home owner understands the roofing "jargon" so we know what we're getting. What's more, he backs every single thing he tells you up with pictures of your roof and the areas of concern. He is transparent about everything the roofers are doing and any extra supplies needed. If they don't use everything they thought they needed, Jeff doesn't charge for them. He recognizes when there might need to be a modification of products used to ensure there is no damage to your house. In our case, he recognized that different nails might be needed to keep from damaging our wood ceiling. Finally, Jeff personally - and his crew - clean up the work area thoroughly...so incredibly thoroughly...that you'd never know we had any work done at our house at all - other than our beautiful new beam and roof. Get your roof from Jeff...you'll be completely satisfied.

Jeff with Elite Roofing goes above and beyond the normal customer service. He oversees the entire roofing and workers are fast and efficient. My gutters were slightly bent from ladders and he replaced the gutters on the front at no charge. I am impressed!

Jeff is the man! Elite Roofing Systems is honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They drone inspected our house after a horrible hail storm. He documented the damage and met with the insurance adjuster and within a week we had a new roof. His crews are very efficient and the install was completed in less than a day! All new ridge vents, flashing and complete cleanup like they were never here. Jeff was there every step of the way and the new roof looks amazing. This family owned business is extremely professional and highly recommended.

Had Elite Roofing Systems come and inspect my roof due to a shingle hanging down after a storm. Jeff Watson came out and did a free inspection. My concern was to what level of damage was there and possible water entry. He assured me that it was just a minor instance, and the roof is still protected. Also let me know the roof is still in great shape and to expect several more years with it. Did find some cracking in the vent boots and offered to cover at minimum cost. Did not expect this level of honesty and professionalism. I will be calling on them once this roof is ready to be replaced – completely earned my business!

All materials delivered the day before as promised; the entire crew of 8-10 arrived 6:30 A M again as promised and were completely thru by 4PM. Our yard was so clean after they left that you couldn’t even tell that they’d been here. Also, was good to know that our Contractor was here to supervise & make sure there were no problems.
