Elite Roofing Systems - Idaho Falls, ID

Employees drive like drunks. 7 am and we have a meathead looking to find some snow to plow. He almost side swiped another vehicle, and drove like he was King Kong of 17th Street in the middle of the road. Taking up a left hand turn lane to go straight? He didn't care he owned the road. Seriously get him off the road.

Hopefully they replace roofs better than they drive. I just had an Elite Roofing truck tailgate me when I was driving the speed limit. After I slowed down so as to give myself plenty of time to stop without getting rearended he passed me illegally in oncoming traffic. I won't be using or recommending Elite Roofing Systems ever. Not patient people. Won't take their time and do things right. They don't care about people. They don't care about rules or laws. Your roof will probably fail within years.

Couldn't be more pleased with their office! They have a great lady who answers the phone, and is always quick to respond! She is professional and works great with people. Very friendly and kind. It's always a joy to call Elite Roofing! Two thumbs up from me!

Josh is so nice and easy to work with, kept me updated when they got delayed because of the rain, then the guys came over tore off all the old roof, replaced shingles, vents, flashing, all in one day. Awesome, fast and affordable. Thanks guys

The owner did not support his job site supervisor’s guarantee. They installed the equivalent of decorative metal as snow brakes. When I questioned the job site supervisor about what he was installing, he argued that they install these in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming and they’ve always held up. When I pushed further I was told not to worry, they’re guaranteed. A year and a half later they failed, stripped away most of the brakes, scratched the roof metal, took out the fence, my neighbor’s trees, and damaged the siding on my house. They suggested I file an insurance claim and then they would take care of it. I could barely get them to return my phone calls, give me a bid, they wouldn’t return my money, or even cover my deductible claiming the guarantee was only for 1 year (not what the on-site supervisor said.) The material failed and I had been dismissed when questioning its viability before it was even installed.

In response to the response:
Thanks for sealing the holes that were ripped into my metal roof from the inferior product you installed. There was only approximately 3’ of snow (not excessive) when your so-called brakes did not hold. I should not have had to hire someone to shovel my roof because it is rated for a lot more weight! Proper brakes are so you don’t have to shovel. Bottom line, those were not brakes! Additionally, when they were installed, 3 of them were not trimmed and hung past the roof line! Sloppy. The supervisor was rude and condescending, no surprise he no longer works for you. That said, turns out he said untrue things about the product and guarantee while representing your company which you did not honor. No one from your office ever called me back with an estimate, so I had to go with another contractor. You guys dodged my calls and texts more times than I can count. At the very least, you should have covered the deductible.

Elite Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them. I was out of town during the project but Josh kept me updated the entire time. He answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally from beginning to end. And when I got home you couldn’t tell that anyone had been there but I had a beautiful new roof! Everything looked immaculate. Thank you Josh for over delivering all that you promised I would get!

I can't say enough about about how much I appreciate what Josh did for me at the Samoa Club. Everyone is so busy but Josh made me feel like I was his only customer. He stayed on my situation with my insurance company and without me having to do anything, he called and said we are starting on your roof. It was done in a timely manner. And roofs downtown Idaho falls aren't easy access. Please call Josh at Elite, you won't be sorry. Thanks again Josh!

Sebastian and his crew did A great job. They came when they said they would and finished when they told me they were. The roof looks good and one small problem was handled quickly and completely. We are happy we used them for our reroof.

Josh from Elite roofing was wonderful to work with. He spent so much time with me as we prepared to do our roofing project. We had a clear bid and knew exactly what we were getting into. We had to replace a drain before the TPO membrane could be put in and then the forecast was for rain so the membrane had to be welded to the drain ASAP or it would have really leaked. Dustin and his crew came the next day and spent all day getting the membrane on so we had no more leaks. I have been so impressed with their cheerful work ethic and responsiveness to our needs. They are great to work with and I recommend them 100%.

I always recommend Elite Roofing to anyone who needs help with their roof repairs, or for new construction. They are honest and friendly. Their quality and follow through is amazing!

Absolutely horrible and untrustworthy company. Do not waste your time here. They do not hire people with any experience what so ever, they refuse pay their employees wages and they will dodge your calls.
These people truly have no sense of morals and would like to cheap anyone out of as much money as possible. Disgusting business practices!
