I called the office and asked for someone to come out and they sent an associate named van out to my house almost immediately!! I appreciate how he educated me in the process and explained not only what his recommendations were, but also explained the reasons for everything. I never knew there was so much to a roof!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Elite was. Michael and Kevin met my husband and I to provide the detailed quote. Ron, owner, came out here when crew showed up to ensure all was well. Most impressive was the meticulous work the roof crew did even ensuring to screw down loose plywood, replace damage plywood and provided proof of the damage (so I wasn’t paying for something not needed), custom built a roof cricket and sealed my skylight until my new one came in. Shingles should of utmost quality. Highly recommend!

This company no paid me I’m sub contractor they sale job and don’t have people to performance and whant to paid until jobs get done I travel from tx to help him I spend gas money and paid 1 week off the guys because they no realease off payment and now have 4 Months no paid me no good company don’t paid subs

This company is first class. I dealt with Ron the owner of the company on two different houses I own that he remodeled and 3 of my homes he put roofs on.. This guy as a way of looking at a space and turning it into something you never would have imagined. His attention to detail would be something that I would rate higher than five stars, there were several different times that I had come to look at the progress on the job and the owner always seem to be on the job. It's very hard to find somebody these days that not only would do what they say but stops at nothing to make sure when he leaves your home that you are project is complete and your results are better than what you could have expected. Let me also add that I called him 6 months later because we had a small leak under the kitchen sink that come to find out I have nothing to do with the work that they have done but instead of arguing with me they went ahead and fixed it. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a total remodel or putting a new roof on your home.

Ron has been repairing my roofs on my properties for about 19 years now and has always done a phenomenal job, always very professional, never a surprise line item and he knows how to deal with insurance companies. I can promise you will have the work performed to your satisfaction which is the ultimate bonus in these days of get rich scammers out there!

I recently had hail damage to my roof in Bull Shoals, AR I was very pleased with the service and workmanship. Got the job done very quickly and even worked on the weekend.. Was a bit concerned about the clean up, but at the end was very impressed. Great job and would recommend.
