I can’t say enough about the positive experience that I’ve had with Meridian. They have done incredible work on my roof and siding. The attention to detail has been impeccable. I’ve worked with Ryan, Amanda and Nate and each one of them has went above and beyond. I would recommend them to all my family and friend's knowing how professional and knowledgeable this team has been.

We were yet another victim of the spring of 24 hailstorm. Marco T with Meridian helped every step of the way with the replacement of the siding and roof on both my house and my work shop. My new roof and siding look awesome with no issues at all after replacement. Marco answered every question and made sure every concern of mine was addressed immediately. Honestly Marco, Ryan, and the rest of the crew are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and work safely. They will give you lots of options for shingles and siding with tons of color choices. Dont hesitate to call this locally owned family business for assistance.

Marco and his team did a wonderful job on our roof! The team was very respectful of our space, even took down our Christmas lights, and left them neatly in the porch. Marco is great with communication and helping with how insurance will work. Happy we chose to go with them!

Review of Meridian Contracting LLC

My experience with Meridian Contracting LLC has been extremely disappointing. The work they completed for me and my wife was subpar at best, with no transparency or professionalism throughout the process.

Initially, they promised that insurance would cover the replacement of all our siding. After completing the work, they backtracked and said insurance didn’t approve the coverage. When I requested an itemized statement detailing costs for materials and labor, they refused to provide one, raising serious concerns about their practices.

Additionally, they started the roofing job with my sports car in the driveway, causing over $2,000 in damage to the vehicle. Despite contacting the sales rep, Marco, about this and other issues, I received no clear answers or updates on timelines or project details.

When I expressed frustration over the lack of transparency, the owner, Ryan, called me out of the blue, yelling and using inappropriate language. Instead of resolving the issues professionally, he escalated the situation, ultimately involving the police and instructing me to go through an attorney for further communication.

In my opinion, this company takes advantage of customers, especially women, as they repeatedly disregarded my wife’s concerns and dismissed me as the co-owner of the property. Their actions and lack of accountability are unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid working with them.

I worked with Meridian Contracting this past Spring after we had considerable damage dure to an extreme hail storm. One of our neighbors recommended Meridian so I called, and Ryan sent Anthony out to see what our scope of damage was per our Insurance Adjuster. Anthony checked all our damage and throughly explained what they could do for us. He was very kind and knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease. We signed a contract and systematically did our entire roof, new gutters and flashing, new siding on the South side, installed some areas of new soffit and facsia, and replaced 9 window screens. The scheduling, friendly crews, and outstanding workmanship under Anthony's leadership was second to none!!!

We had siding replaced due to hail damage, and Marco was incredibly helpful when we reached out. Once we scheduled the work, it took 2 days, and the crew did an excellent job. It looks better now than it did before especially around vents and pipes. I highly recommend them!

Meridian Contracting did the roof of my daughter and son-in-law’s house. At first it was not up to standards, the work was poor. Provided them with half the money for roof and skylights, $14,000, in August and have had minimal communication since. Skylights take a while to make and ship. November 3, a week ago, they had shingles placed on our roof and a pile of supplies on our deck. Have not heard anything from them about an install date. Have called and left a message 2 times since, have not heard anything. Three weeks ago we simply asked for communication. So disappointed. Very unprofessional.

And Marco and Ryan were on top of the game. They were out here within the first few days and whenever the insurance adjuster was here they were here with them after they had their process done Ryan and Marco had the crew here did both my house and the neighbors house the same day

What more can I say that already hasn’t been said? Fantastic company and people. I called Meridian and two other companies after a claim was approved by my insurance company to replace my roof. Marco promptly came out the same day and gave an estimate. Then Ryan and Marco made another trip to walk me through the process. There was no pressure, just straightforward explanations. Marco gave me updates as the materials were ordered and when the crew would be out. The roof was just replaced today, and everything went great and looks perfect. Fast, efficient, and courteous crew who cleaned up after the job. They come with my highest recommendation!

They were professional, respectful, responsive, and everything else you would wish for when needing a new roof. Ryan, Anthony, and the entire crew worked quickly and with precision. I used Meridian, first to have my back gutters replaced that were damaged, and 8 months later they replaced the roof. For the roof, about 10 guys came and worked a long day. They knocked it all out including removal, and disposal of the previous roof (26 square) in one day. They worked efficiently, and the new roof turned out great. I would recommend them to anyone in the Edwardsville area.

The relationship we established with Ryan and Marco has been a godsend, as we are newer to the area and didn’t feel like the other places we got quotes from were solid. We are already planning on additional business with Meridian, and are very grateful for their continued responsiveness, communication, and friendship. Not to mention - the crews that showed up to do the roof and siding were meticulous and incredibly fast. There were a couple things we questioned when the job was complete that Ryan addressed immediately. Even the electrical contractor they use was great, and another introduction we are very grateful for. Have absolute faith in these guys and do not hesitate to call them for your projects!

We called on Thursday for an estimate on having some shingles replaced following wind damage. They arrived Friday during a rain storm and provided the estimate. On Saturday morning, the repair was completed and they even removed leaves and branches from the roof valleys. Did a great job!

10/10! Meridian contracting just completed installing a new roof and new siding on my home in Edwardsville. After going out to the market and getting multiple quotes, Meridian Contracting was cost competitive, and the most helpful (quoted multiple options at our request). The new roof/siding look great. There were no add on costs for things like caulking, removing/hauling off window awnings & front porch roof structure, reinstalling exterior light fixtures, etc. The crew fully cleaned the work areas once complete and made a point to leave no trash/debri behind. The owner Ryan was involved through the entire process and was great to work with.

Full siding removal and new install. Excellent experience from the outset. Site visit using HOVER with explanation of best materials available, industry install practices and answered all questions. Quote received as stated. Made our horizontal, board and batten and shake color choices and order was placed. Premium workmanship and constant communication throughout the job. Full install/quality inspection by crew lead revealed 2 unacceptable pieces that were marked and replaced. Drive and walking areas were cleaned and cleared at the end of each day and job wrapped ahead of schedule. 1-10 scale; Meridian is a 9.5 as no company is perfect. Thanks Ryan, A JOB WELL DONE!

Ryan and Marco were great to work with to replace my mother's roof. They communicated with us throughout the entire process from estimate, insurance evaluation, installation, to clean up. The work was done per the written estimate on time and the price was fair. I would not hesitate to use them again on another project or recommend them to a friend or other family member.

Ryan and Marco made this project seamless. From the first visit throughout the project communication was superb. The entire crew worked hard and did a fantastic job and the cleanup was fantastic, NO NAILS!! I highly recommend them for any roof project you have.

We recently had a new roof installed by Meridian and were impressed with the inspection that Ryan did and the overall quality, timeliness and reasonable price. When Ryan inspected the roof he took pictures and and explained in detail everything he found with our roof. I did not find another another inspection that actually took pictures and explained it this well. They worked hard and got our roof on in a day and a half and also did an outstanding cleanup job.

I stressed about replacing my roof for the last two years. I was selling my house, and the inspection came back and said the roof had hail damage and needed to be replaced. I got quotes from 3 different roofing companies. Ryan with Merdian was the lowest quote, and his quote was the most descriptive and he thoroughly explained everything that was in the quote. They started the job several days sooner than he originally estimated. And the new roof was installed before the deadline of the closing on the sale of the house. From the jump start Ryan (the owner) was very professional and responsive. I had water coming into my house, got ahold of Ryan and he got out to me as fast as he could to take a look at the roof. He was very honest about the condition of it (it was old and put on years before I bought it), he gave me an estimate and told me exactly what I expected and it was very fair. I am impressed all around with this company and its staff. From start to finish they blew me away. Ryan responded to my request the same day I reached out to him. When he came to my house he explained the whole roofing process to my wife and I in a way we understood. He have the impression he wanted my business and not that I needed him, like the other "Big Name" companies.
Oh, and let's not forget he underbid the other 3 companies I called by almost $4000.
When his guys came out, they finished my 2 story 1600 sq ft house roof in one day. The cleanup was so I couldn't tell they were there.
I can't give them enough praise for how the whole process was .
