Had a smooth and great experience. Hurricane Ian didn't completely destroy my roof, but did leave it needing repair or replacement. The contractor, JC, was a man of his word and delivered on everything said. I can't complain about the work either, they were quick and clean, even repaired a few warped areas in my roof. I'm overall happy with my roof and it's been about 8 months now.

I just recently (Sept./2023) had our home re-roofed, and all went great! The installation team was on site when they said they would be and the duration was as expected as well, there were no surprises, and the quote was solid and the lowest of the 3 quotes that I had. I have Solar panels and we needed to coordinate with the solar company at a few different times and Marcela from M&V assisted so we could keep this on schedule. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended M&V construction to a friend.

I will say just one word about this roofing company- Awesome!!!!!!

I had some damage from a hail storm in 2020 and was having difficulty getting my insurance company to agree to a new roof. That’s when I called Brian Hughes from M & V Construction Services LLC.

Brian was a real pro and knew exactly how to handle the situation with the insurance company. He met the insurance adjuster at my house and next thing you know the insurance company bought me a new roof. So the roof got put on and it looked wonderful!

Well about a week ago after a heavy storm I noticed a leak. So I texted Brian out of the blue and asked him if he could send someone over to fix it.

Brian called me back immediately and said he’d take a look at it himself. He was at my house within an hour of my original text! Turns out it wasn’t even the roof! I had a couple of cracks in the stucco. So instead of telling me it wasn’t his problem, he went out to his truck and got some materials and fixed it right there on the spot. No charge! Just wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. Talk about customer service! Wow! I couldn’t recommend Brian Hughes and M&V Construction Services LLC enough. What a great experience. Thanks Brian!

This is the best roofing company in Tampa. I recently purchased a home in the Temple Terrace community and it needed a new roof. I had concerns about a flat roof for a sun room that was installed by the previous owner. Ms. Marcela Lopez responded fast and allowed me to meet the roof foreman. They lifted the roof for me, allowed me on top of the roof while it was still being worked on, and allowed me to spray water with a hose to see if the water would pool. The water slid off the roof clean. They also installed some additional upgrades at a fraction of the price of their competitors. Absolutely outstanding service and dedication to the customer by Ms. Lopez and the foreman. They are the best Tampa has to offer!

I called them to replace my roof. They were amazing they did my roof in 3 days. It was a very good job.

Let me start by saying that this company is one of the best companies that you will hire. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and building companies over the years and Paco went above and beyond the call of duty. I have to give all of the props to Paco because he did the impossible. If you've ever dealt with insurance companies, they can be very difficult at times and it takes someone with experience to navigate through all of the challenges. I contacted Paco and he dealt with the insurance company and the claims adjuster from start to finish and needless to say, he got it done. There was an issue on the insurance side because like I said, they can be difficult at times but Paco dealt with the issue and the challenges and in the end, he got my roof covered. I don't think that any other person would have fought as hard or worked as hard as he did to make sure that the insurance company understood the damage. After installation, I had a leak and no fault of theirs but I have a very tricky roof. I have a flat roof that has encased ducted work coming from the hip roof so there are different angles to deal with. I took a pic of the leak and sent them to Paco and the next morning at 7am, the entire crew was back on my roof and they located the issue, repaired the issue and now I am a lifelong customer. Paco and his crew was on time, they worked so long one day that I even called Paco to see if they were supposed to be working because it was late in the evening. I say this because Paco and his crew did an outstanding job and if I could give them more than a 5 star rating then I would. In my book, they are a 10 and if you need a roof replaced or repaired and you're dealing with the insurance company, rather than deal with them, call Paco and let him do for you what he did for me. Thank you Paco and M&V construction services for your hard work, professionalism and great quality. I am a lifelong customer now.

M&V Constuction Services LLC are the only roofers I will recommend from now on, they were so helpful with making sure my wife and I understood the whole process from beginning to end. I live out of state and was researching for a roof repair. It was difficult, especially because I was out of state and they were abusive with their quotes. So I asked a realtor for a referral for my roof replacement. He recommended M & V and i got an estimate within 24 hours that was much more affordable than all the others i had been researching. Now I questioned why so affordable? I called and felt comfortable and confident when all my questions were answered and my tight time frame could be met. M & V is one of the better companies we've dealt with in a long time. Brian Hughes is and always has been available to answer any questions or concerns we had and we had quite a few. Marcela is the REAL deal.. In a world of roofing scams she is the kind of company that you want to deal with. She has a real roofing licenses and insurance under her name (not some other contractor as a sub) Her crews work for her exclusively.. ie she’s not just subbing the work out to random crews... she’s professional, communicates well, is on time, concerned about the quality of the work and the cleanup, and cares about her crews. She’s priced very competitively, and I believe it’s because she’s removed all of the scam layers between the customer and the work. She’s on your roof doing the quote, she’s the one giving instruction to HER crew, and she’s the one that works with the inspector after the work has passed HER inspection. Five stars.
