My roof looks great! They were very easy to work with. The price was very affordable! They did everything they could to give me a beautiful roof and a price I could budget on a fixed income! The sales team is top notch! I worked with Vincent he answered all my questions. I was first approached by the nicest young lady several months earlier who put elite on the radar for me. Elite Exteriors Roofing & Restoration installed gutters and downspouts on our home. The team was easy to work with and accommodating. The day the installer arrived I noticed a random section of gutter of a color that was a better match for the house. I called the office and was able to make a change order on the color. The house had several odd angle on the backside yet the installation is of the highest quality and fit. Very happy with the whole process.

Adam Beith and team at Elite Exteriors did a great job on my windows. They are located around 3 hours away from my location. One window was cracked upon shipping from the factory and they were quick to replace it as well even though it was 3 hours away. I notice with my windows that my heat and a/c don't kick on as much so I'm looking forward to the savings. Thanks guys!

As soon as you walk in; you are greeted with a smile. Very clean and very professional! Roofs are done with precision and workers are most professional; but also makes you feel like family!

After a catastrophic storm we hired Elite Roofing and Project Manager Michael Cullinan. Excellent response and excellent assistance with insurance claim. Expert roofing repair. Elite is engaged and follow up is seamless. Willing to work with homeowner to find most expeditious and economic way to complete the job.

Elite did the original board and baton several years ago. A recent wind storm caused a piece of facia to be torn off. Also had a piece of soffit displaced. I called Michael about the issue. Michael and Ron came out and inspected. They were very gracious in agreeing to remedy the issues. Great follow up and customer service! Really appreciate them repairing.

I used Elite Exteriors for a new roof after major hail damage. They completed the job in a day, all while I was at work. They did a fantastic job and left no mess. I will definitely use them again for any other needed work.

I've never had a personal experience with this company when it comes to roofing, siding, etc. But I do know people that have and I have never heard good things. What I do know is that they do not know how to drive. They are not aware of their surroundings. I understand if you might be "in a hurry," but you still need to pay attention when you are behind the wheel of a vehicle. One of the workers pulled out in front of me to where I had to slam on my brakes, just for them to turn 500 ft down the road, and to not even use a turn signal. Luckily I had just enough time to stop, but someone else might not be lucky enough.

I am not writing this review to ruin this company but in hopes someone will learn from the huge mistake we made, which is using this company to repair our hail damage (roof, fence, siding, downspouts and brick freeze). Elite Exteriors deserves zero stars for their poor customer service and inability to properly plan for their projects and clients. I strongly advise comparing them with other options before making a decision. If you do choose to proceed with them, make sure to get estimated completion dates in writing and have them sign off on it. If you are told someone will call you - do NOT count on it, be prepared to constantly follow up with them. Their customer service is incredibly disappointing - I am not quite sure how they are still in business.

Initial install was not done properly. Had to have the installers come back 5 times to complete the poor job they did. 1 Not replacing the wet boards as per in the contract. 2 Not installing the flashing, then not properly installed. 3 The peak of the roof had to be redone due to poor installation. 4 They also did not take the old satellite dishes with them as stated in contract. They were left in my yard.
**** Now I have a leak due to improper installation of the flashing. I keep getting the run around. Schedule 3 times no call no show to fix. I would like the owner and a manager to contact me asap. This is unacceptable especially with what your motto states!

Had a great experience with Erik and Elite. They took care of everything with the insurance which was a lifesaver at the time. Gutters, roofing, and window work was done quickly and efficiently.

Elite had a little rough start with the first window guys but saved face with the last guys (Thanks Kain). Turned mediocre job to a great one on the windows!

Elite Exteriors and Michael did a great job reroofing my house and shop. He took care of everything and made it easy on me. Highly recommend.

Erik did an outstanding job. Estimate was on the mark. Quick quality work and cleanup. Used quality materials. Patched small area of rotted wood. Worked very hard to get best insurance payout. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Erick and Elite Exteriors.

This is my 2nd review in this business page. The first review I left the owner called and blackmailed me to remove it. They were asked and paid to do roofing, siding, replacement of windows. They dropped the ball for nearly 6 months forgetting to send over correct documents to insurance for payments. We were called and accidentally attempted to collect from our family for months because they had the customer information mixed up. They were sending wrong information over for months. Toward the end of the repair work months later the owner showed up at our residence and threatened to PUT A LEAN ON OUR HOUSE due to payment. In reality his team had forgotten to send over the final paperwork so they could be paid by insurance. They were paid out money same day they finally sent over needed information to insurance. Roof had to be fixed twice, gutters were left behind including nails and parts. They used 6 inch screws to replace our siding, nails so large they stuck out on the other side of the wall. The only work done properly was the windows that they sub-contracted out through someone else. Go through the reviews and read the bad ones, the owner argues and slanders bad reviews. EDIT. Once going into the building to pay them Ron proceeded to get loud and argumentative. Cursed, called names. Threatened to fight my husband. (please look up owner Ron Rollins incredible scary tract record) I have video footage of their owner Bridgett Collin’s removing my phone from my hand once I began recording his behavior toward us. Awful experience. Overwhelmed sales team out doing bids to take in work that’s too much for their store to actually complete. No one in office to respond to questions and concerns. No contracts to be provided. They will state your insurance will fit the total bill, however you won’t see a bill. Once work is complete they will assume your take responsibility for the bills and proceed to collect from you instead of your insurance. They will show up at your house and place of business to attempt to collect payment they reassured from the beginning they would receive from insurance. This place of business requires good google reviews be left or else they will refuse to complete work jobs. Call around and seek individual places to do your business instead of going with this location to get all your work done.

Elite did a great job replacing my roof , gutters, screens and vents . After the hail storm! Took a little longer with all the other damage across the state. But, it’s all finished and looks amazing! I will highly recommend Chris Payne as your contractor for any project! I will miss his visits and text ! Thanks Chris.

Roof was replaced in a single day. Craftsmen did an excellent job including clean up. I had some modifications I wanted and they worked with me to get them.

I used Elite Exteriors to renovate a 650 square foot condo in 2022. The project was supposed to take 3 months. It took 10 months. I was in New York, so was not able to be on site to help facilitate the timeline.

The interest rates were under 3% when the project was set to finish. By the time they actually finished they were 6.5%, and I had to refinance because I was on a 1 year construction loan. Now I’m locked in for 30 years at 6.5% instead of 3%, costing me an extra $250 per month of unnecessary interest, which could have been prevented if they didn’t lie to me about the timeline.

The floor boards were not grouted [EDIT: floor boards were not nailed or secured in any way], just laid in, so they buckle slightly and are not level.

The contract says he would install a hood vent above the stove — it was never installed.

The bathroom was supposed to have a half glass partition — but they installed the water source on the OPEN SIDE, so water was splashing out constantly onto the floor. They refused to install a door at first but ultimately did, which I appreciate (it was a faulty design on their part, therefore they were obligated to fix it). EDIT: it was not in the contract initially bc you would expect they design the half glass partition correctly, not with the shower head on the OPEN SIDE WHERE WATER IS SPLASHING OUT ONTO THE BRAND NEW FLOORS!!

The AC unit they installed was $2k and broke within less than a year, and the warranty was not honored because they said I did not file the warranty paperwork (I was never told I had to file paperwork).

They ordered granite counters when I told them I wanted quartz. This had to be corrected (and was). But should not have happened in the first place. EDIT: the quartz counters were requested from the beginning. I stated upfront please do not order granite (I have email records to prove this)

I had to beg them to finish the cabinets bc there were un-stained portions that looked unfinished.

I also was told by someone that used to work there that Ron often “cuts corners” where he can, and gets away with it.

Overall they did a pretty good job with everything and it looks nice (the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1), but took way too long, which had severe financial impact on me due to the climbing interest rates. 3 months vs 10 months is not reasonable. Imaging paying $250 per month for 30 years (this amounts to $90k of unnecessary interest). This is the biggest reason for the bad review.

I recommend establishing a timeline, and if they don’t finish in time — have written in the contract that “x” amount of dollars will be decreased from the balance owed each month the project goes unfinished.

If you are working with Elite Exteriors from out of state, they will not prioritize you. They will drag their feet and it will take much longer than they tell you. They will string you along to appease you, but ultimately they’re gonna do what they want.

Please supervise them working bc the floorboards are absolutely not done properly. They were expensive and beautiful, but improperly installed so now they’re not level, they buckle when walking, and they look and feel unstable.

Overall, a very poor experience in the end. Recommend either going with a different company or be local to supervise the renovations. The company strung me along and dragged their feet to barely finish (there are still minor unfinished parts).

EDIT: I was the easiest person to work with. I was polite, never demanded anything, worked with their limitations with COVID/supply chain issues, and overall very understanding.

Please look up the bad reviews and not only the good ones if you want to make a fully informed decision.

Love my new roof ,they came and took off old roof and put new roof on all in one day .Very friendly and easy to work with .Vincent is a great salesman for your company .

I called Elite Exteriors about possible hail damage of my roof. Vincent came out as was extremely professional and helpful. He determined the damage and worked with my insurance company and had my roof replaced. Such a great experience dealing with Elite and Vincent. A+

My parents got a roof installed in 2020 and there contract is for 3 years and the roof started leaking in 2022..I reached out to Patricia on several occasions and she seems nonchalant and doesn't care. It seems they are awaiting my parents contract to expire. The worst business ever...please run fast..

Service and communication was first rate from beginning to end. I was briefed on entire project and given several options.The roofing material I chose was an architectural asphalt tile with rubber coating to protect from punctures. It is a system with venting across top of roofline. Once old asphalt tile was removed the roofing team did a stellar job replacing old plywood roof base with new. I also had the old, rotten soffits replaced and clad in metal with rain gutters. Ron, the contractor/owner, was always available to discuss any questions. My finished roof and house now looks AWESOME. A major job well done. I will definitely be using Ron's other contracting services going forward on the continuing rennovation of my 1890s home in the Historic Park Ave. District! Thanks so much for a worry-free experience!

Elite Exteriors repaired our ceiling after a leak from the Condo owners above us. Patricia and Chris were extremely customer focused, knowledgeable and responsive. We were very high maintenance clients and demanded a lot. Their team delivered! I would highly recommend them!

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Worst customer service too. They take months to get anything done and only get around to doing it if you post a review about how sorry the company is. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Mamie Jones Bryant Arkansas

I am very surprised at all the great reviews, unfortunately I am not able to give a good review. Lack of communication! I had to call every time they did not show up. Instead of calling me to say, "the material has not come in" or "We cant rent the right piece of equipment until Monday" or whatever the excuse was week after week. Singed contract on 10/28/22 and repairs were done on 1/9/23, I completely understand we had rain in that time frame and it is hard to fix a rood when it is raining, but there were plenty of time in between the rain, and like I said NO ONE every called me, I had to call them to see when they might come and repair my roof.

Salesman Vincent was not very knowledgeable had to keep calling someone else and asking questions, actually had to come out a second time to re-do the quote because he miss-quoted it the first time. And come to find out at the end of everything he miss-quoted the whole job according to Ron the project manager. This was a commercial building and Vincent quoted it as a residential.

I had a huge whole in the roof of my warehouse, that a storm had ripped off, we still had the piece of tin to go back on just needed someone to put it back on, a roofing expert! While they were going to be there repairing the roof i figured i would go ahead and have them cover up a few more spots on the sides of my warehouse. 2.5 months later job is finished and they CANNOT repair roof. I fell like this is something the salesman should have communicated to project manager of what kind of building they would be working on, how high the building was and what kind of lift they were going to need to get to the top to make repairs, instead they waited until the last day. Completed everything else, once again I had to call them to find out why the crew was saying they were done when in fact the WHOLE reason I hired them was to repair the top where the rain was coming in was not done. they did not have the right equipment to make repairs, and the roof i beams were going in the wrong direction for them to get on top of the roof to walk. AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE CREW THAT WAS THERE MAKING REPAIRS WERE CONTRACTORS, NOT EVEN ELITE EMPLOYEES, AND THEY WERE AFRAID OF HIEGHTS! LOL IMAGINE THAT ROOFERS THAT ARE AFRAID OF HIEGHTS.

The crew left a huge muddy mess outside and inside my warehouse, and when i ask for them to clean it up, I did not get a friendly response. They had no plans to credit me anything for the part NOT DONE, because it was miss-quoted in the first place.

All said and done, they did part of the work, and it looks good, they did come back and clean up the muddy mess left inside my warehouse. they left huge ruts outside and the roof STILL HAS A HOLE IN IT, but they did credit me $400.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work that Elite Exteriors did for us on our addition. The salesperson, the office personal, the crew that did the work, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the addition. I suggest giving them a call for whatever type of work you need

We were looking to purchase gutters for out home. Chris Payne came out and inspected our roof for the job. He saw that we also needed some roof repair. Chris has excellent customer service (he is a great asset to Elite)! He showed us where the damage was and explained everything that needed to be done. He answered all of our questions and ensured us that everything would be done in a timely manner . It took the crew less than a day to perform the repair and the results are excellent! Prior to meeting Van, I had no idea where to start with my insurance provider. Recent hail storms in our area caused my roof to leak, and I was horrified to see the damage it was causing as I stood there helpless. As soon as Van came out to inspect, I knew I was in good hands. He did an excellent job with the inspection and was extremely helpful in responding to all of my questions. Before he left, he covered my roof with a tarp to prevent leaks until the roof could be replaced.
Van took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster in order to ensure that nothing was overlooked or undocumented. When our insurance report came back from the company, Van was able to break it down so that we could comprehend it, and he discovered that the insurance company had underpaid us $10,000 for repairs throughout the house. This was a lifesaver, as it allowed us to repair all of the storm-damaged areas on our property. Thank you Elite and Van I would recommend them to anyone.

The contractors that came out to talk to us about the roof was very nice. The bid came in over double other bids but they were offering more than other services. The sells pitch was pushy and used car salesman. I had to say no multiple times. They guys were nice and had a great presentation.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are making this process very easy and ensuring i get the best value. They work really hard to make sure you get what you pay for and I appreciate that.

I want to share my experience and why I’m so pleased with Elite Exteriors. First of all, I like the way this company still keeps the old-fashioned meeting with you face to face instead of doing everything over the internet and phone. Van the project manager was a a true definition of a man who is passionate about his work. The services was great from start to finish. It made the process very pleasurable. I had a lot of old hail damage on my roof which caused cracking and leaking. Van came out an was able to work with my insurance company to get me a roof replacement as well as fix all damage areas within my house. I highly recommend these guys.

Gave me a couple different was to quote, the work, after negotiation on work and price, it came down to loan and being approved, I explained to Michael and Tiffany I could not make decisions by myself, I had to talk to my brother and sister, Tiffany and Michael got price down ,and ran my credit, I was 5 points short, to not need co-signer, . I hope to work with them on the next couple weeks to get this project started

I'm in the process of building a tiny house on wheels and I'm needing a few more windows. I stopped by Elite Exteriors today to see what they had in stock. I was greeted immediately and shown what they had available. I'm needing a rather odd size and style so I wasn't surprised that they didn't have one in stock that would work, though they said they would be happy to place a custom order. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. I'm used to similar businesses showing no interest in my needs because they are so small in comparison to someone building a traditional-sized home. Van and the others at Elite Exteriors showed genuine interest in my project and wanted my name and number so they could contact me should they find a window that would work for me. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
