If I could give 10 stars, I would. The owner, came to our home and gave us a quote (really quickly). I have had several companies come to my home and give a quote but want me to sign immediately or they just never send a quote. Elite knew I was getting multiple quotes and explained how they work, the products they use and there was zero pressure.

We are VERY happy with the work that was done. They really did an amazing job. The crew was very kind and respectful. They said it would be done in a week/week & a half, they finished in 8 days. All my neighbors have asked us who did we use and we always say “ you have to go with elite!!” They’ve also done homes in our subdivision so I would say we all trust them.

We finally found our next home when relocating to WI, the house was a great layout, but it needed some major TLC that the previous owner neglected.

Replaced siding, soffit and fascia with Hardie. We knew we had some damage underneath the siding in spots since woodpeckers were there. Met with Ryan who was always quick to respond. He was easy to work with and was able to answer all our questions. Elite was able to start on the job very soon after we signed the contract. Jose and crew were courteous and detailed in their work. They were able to replace the damaged wood without issue. Everyone always made sure that everything was cleaned up and that we were happy with the final result. Elite Exteriors replaced 26 windows, one door, built a gable porch and replaced the siding of my entire home with James Hardie siding. It took a month for the materials Ryan ordered to arrive, but once on site, the crew worked continuously in the frigid weather, only stoping due to snow and Christmas. Despite these setbacks, they managed to finish the project in two weeks. Elite's window installers, Rob and Raphael; Karl, always ready to answer any questions; and Weslin with his siding crew, were very polite and professional. Mine was a very large project and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Ryan and his company Elite Exteriors for their quality of work and their timely delivery.

After a lightning strike damaged our roof, they quickly stepped in to assess the situation and provide a detailed plan for repairs and were able to accommodate scheduling us on a short notice. Their team uses high-quality materials and displayed incredible craftsmanship, ensuring our roof was not only repaired but better than ever. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient.

Back in the fall we noticed we had water damage behind the vinyl siding that needed attention. We reached out the Elite Exteriors and Scott visited shortly there after. After a walk-around he gave us options in a zero pressure manner. Since the house is 25yrs old and in need of some TLC, we decided to have the roof, siding (hardy plank Evening Blue with white trim), gutters, soffits & patio door replaced and absolutely could not be happier. Once work began it took ten days in total. From picking out colors with Scott, the four different crews (quick, friendly and clean) and Emily in the office answering questions along the way we would recommend Elite Exteriors every time. Elite did a great job on our home project. We have an older home that had 1970s aluminum over the original wood siding. We also wanted a patio door framed in; a patio door added on a different wall and a side porch built. It was hard to find a contractor who would handle all of these items.

What we need to say us more important... Elite owns their product and labor! We are working on some minor things that happened and not once did they take what we were saying as irrelevant. They listened , responded and are working to make sure we are a HAPPY customer. In today's world, many contractors would just move on or not care, but that is not what Elite Exteriors is doing.

The above and beyond after the install is superior and while it is not all resolved yet, I can post with confidence that I know we will be HAPPY in the end.

Elite was recommended to me by friends and they did not disappoint. I needed some insulation blown in my attic. Appointment was easily made. Two gentlemen showed up on time and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned up when they were done. Friendly. Highly recommend.

New gutters came about a week later. Only took a few hours to install. Final price was exactly as quoted. We just had the holy grail of exterior projects completed. We had roofing, siding, windows, gutters, soffet and fascia all replaced. While Elite came recommended from some friends, I am always a bit hesitant to take the lowest bid on the job. The savings has to come from someplace, right? I can't say enough good things about Elite. They were always very prompt in answering any questions, the crews on the various jobs were all very respectful, and clean...not to mention extremely hard working. I can't think of a single area where Elite cut corners. If we had an issue, they were quick to address it. If we had a concern, they took care of it. Ryan was great on getting the quotes quickly, Jeff did great follow up on the work itself, and Weslin was easy to communicate with as the foreman for the siding (and largest) component of the job. Would definitely recommend.

I reached out to several other companies regarding replacing my roof and received lackluster responses. However, when I spoke to Ryan at Elite Exteriors LLC, he was courteous, professional and informative. When he arrived at my home, he provided brochures and explained the entire process from start to finish. He made all of my options perfectly clear to me and provided a reasonable quote in a timely manner.
When the crew arrived, they were very courteous and respectful of our property. The project manager Karl, was on sight to start the project and made sure everything was in order. Earlier this year, we decided to address several aesthetic issues on the exterior of our home: Its original twenty-year roof was almost at the end of its lifespan and the wooden deck was beginning to show signs of deterioration despite repeated painting. The siding did not hold paint well and the colors, quite frankly, looked tired. It was time for a makeover.

We had hoped to find a full service contractor that could address each of these areas. Moreover, we wanted to use quality materials e.g. GAF Timberline HDZ roofing shingles, TimberTech composite decking, and most importantly, James Hardie fiber cement plank siding. Installation of the latter requires a certified contractor for warranty; for that reason, the list of candidate contractors was very short and from that list we selected Elite Exteriors, LLC of New Berlin, WI. This selection was bolstered by a very nice and competitive bid especially given the materials and size of the home (4800 square feet).

Elite Exteriors began work promptly after delivery of the materials. The project carefully proceeded in discrete phases beginning with the installation of the new roof followed by the siding. Because the soffits and fascia boards were also being replaced, new gutters were installed which provided an opportunity for some design changes that would further protect the deck and siding from run-off. Under the supervision of an excellent set of foremen, Elite’s crews worked diligently in the hot weather and their excellent craftsmanship became obvious as the work progressed. It is to be expected that some glitches will occur on a project as large as this one. On this project, these were minor and they were addressed in a timely and equitable fashion each to our satisfaction. The individual crews and Elite Exterior management were responsive and this family-owned business did stand behind its stated goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction.

Our project was finished after five weeks of work. The project was wrapped up carefully with no debris or materials left on-site and no damage done to the property. Elite Exteriors had transformed our home into a new and exciting place that now showed some “pop”. We love the view as we drive down the street approaching our home. The best part may still be the fact that the exterior is now virtually maintenance free!

At the end of it all, Elite Exteriors met our expectations and delivered satisfaction. But if you are the kind of person that keeps track of everything, Elite Exteriors also brought to the table full spectrum service, good pricing, excellent craftsmanship and supervision, responsiveness, and integrity. Should you be searching for a contractor for your own project, what more could you possibly need?

Elite Exteriors LLC did a phenomenal job on our siding. They got all the siding and soffits off our house and replaced in three days. They came back the next week and did the gutters. They worked quickly with minimal disruption. Everyone with the company was very professional. I would chose them again in an instant. After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better.

Elite Exteriors provided a comprehensive and competitive bid proposal for my storm a damaged 3rd story residential roof. They recommended the GAF Timberline HDZ roof system for its superior quality, aesthetics, and warranty. Of the 5 contractors I received bids from, their contract was by far the most professional, clear and concise. They were also one of the few roof contractors to have carpenters on staff to handle the roof and eave repairs without the need for me to hire a separate carpentry contractor. They completed the project in record time, from complete tear off to deck and eave repairs, to re-shingling and flat roof replacement. The team work was amazing to watch. They had the finest automated equipment, lifts and dumpsters to not only deliver the quickest and best quality work but protect the home, landscaping, workers, and residents as well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Upon noticing that my ceiling drywall was collecting water, I immediately contacted Elite Exteriors. Elite was prompt, polite, and the pricing was fair. The flashing on my chimney and my siding was loose, and some of it was even installed backwards. Elite re-installed and re-fastened the flashings and caulked everything nicely.

We never personally used this business so I cannot comment on their work but they did do a large project on our next door neighbors and were incredibly unprofessional and rude. They repeatedly made us move our cars at random times throughout the day with no previous contact and then got a bit weird and stare-y when we said no the second or third time. They also tried to plug into our outdoor outlet without telling their client and more importantly us, but luckily we caught them and made them stop. We have been in contact with their client, our neighbor, who has said they will never use their service again.

2018 Elite did all siding, added stonework, did all windows. Big project, we love the results. Found a small issue 3.5 years later and contacted Elite. Had someone out within the week to take a look at fix it up. Great company, stands by their work. Would use again without question.

I’ve had Elite out to my house a couple of times in the last few months for storm damage from high winds.

The first time a city tree fell on my front porch. Without hesitation Elite came out. They did a fantastic job of matching up the shingles. They replaced the damaged soffit, gutters, and roof. They didn’t leave a mess. They walked around the house and tightened up some other loose areas.

The second time we lost some shingles on our main roof. Within 48 hours they climbed up there and repaired the damage. They showed me before and after pictures and the work was seamless.

I had an old dish attached to my house and I asked if they could take that down and patch the holes for me. Without hesitation the crew took it down and put it on the curb for the local scrapper.

Once this roof wears out I’m going to put a metal one on. I will definitely be calling Elite when the time comes.

In one property did siding, left terminated boarded windows exposed and when I asked him why it is not sided, he said that they did not know what to do with it. Then I asked why he did not call me and he said: " why would we call you for every LITTLE thing", another half of the siding left undone "because it is not a siding" and charge additional for that.
In other building he did a roof which leaked in one spot and while roof is still under warranty did not return the call.
They do not offer pictures of their work but do demand payment, so only God knows what they do there. Did not start on time either, few months later however stated that delay was due to Coivid, whatever it was I do not trust a single word of Ryan's. Strongly do NOT recommend Ryan and Elite Exteriors LLC.

We were in need of fiber cement board siding (our 15 year old home, had the original siding that was of poor quality, installation, etc..) and had nothing but great experiences. From Ryan, who came out and gave us a quote, and stayed in touch with everything we needed.... to Jeremie who made sure everything was going as planned, they did everything they said they'd do, and probably even a few days quicker! Also did some deck reinforcing as well. Great work, value and service Elite Exteriors is a first-rate company!

Our house was in need of much needed face-lift! We had our siding, gutters, sofit, facia and downspouts replaced AND had a window added to our living room. I can not explain how happy we are with the transformation of our house! We have neighbors stopping all of the time to ask us about it; they even think that we replaced our roof and added shutters which we didn't....the face-lift has just brought out all of the other features of our house.

I made an appointment for a quote and they were on time and I wasn't...I got stuck in traffic and called and they said no problem, we will see you when you get home. We talked for a bit asking us what we wanted, while walking around the house suggestion were made that we thought we beneficial for us. We recieved a quote and accepted. We were given a time line and they were actually earlier than we anticipated. Though out the project we added and changed a few things along the way which they worked with us without any issues. The crew was very nice and respectful of our plants around the house and cleaned up all the debris before they left for the day. Overall, we couldn't be happier how thing turned out...would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors!! We added a new window were a window didn't exist, they cut it out, reframed, and installed with finish trim on the inside. We also had the house sided with replacing all the sofit, facia and gutters.

We hired Elite to repair and replace the roof of my fathers home and it couldn’t have gone better! The new roof is perfect. They repaired every little leak of air or water that would come in on stormy days, the team was fast and efficient, the cost was right in line with where it should be and they made sure we were completely satisfied. After deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior... replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in SE Wisconsin we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, they're out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The entire process was fast, the disruption was minimal, the communication was great, the materials used were superior, the crew was friendly and conscientious, and the price was very fair! They did an excellent job on our front porch and exterior doors also! I can honestly say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE EXTERIORS to anyone in need of some exterior updating. You won't be disappointed.

We looked for many years (8) for a contractor that would keep their word or even show-up. We had a great experience with Elite Exteriors LLC. They kept their word, they had a great response time and their work was quick and of high quality. I would highly recommend them and now I see why they were so highly rated online.

The person who came out to do the estimate was rude and hardly answered the questions we posed. We thought he was going to measure the gutters for an estimate but he drove off without a word. If the job was too small or he was not interested, it would have been polite to let us know.

Elite Exteriors recently completed a complete residing of our house, including new shutters. We are very pleased with the product, James Hardie siding, and with the service we received. When we bought our house a few years ago we knew the windows would need to be replaced under our ownership, but didn't think it would be in the first 3 years of ownership. My wife and I dreaded the process of getting quotes and definitely knew it was not going to be a "cheap" home project. Ryan put us at ease from the minute we first met. After getting numerous quotes we chose Elite Exteriors LLC because of their expertise and the way Ryan and Dave made us feel at ease about everything. Elite Exteriors did the roof on our office building. They came out promptly to give us a quote, and were able to start the job within two weeks. The communication we received from Ryan in regards to what to expect in order to not disrupt our business was outstanding. They did a complete tear off, and replaced all the damaged wood underneath. They replaced flashing by the vents and the elevators. The job was completed very quickly, and left the surrounding area completely cleaned up. No more leaky roof!

I called Elite Exteriors to obtain an estimate to replace my CertainTeed fiber cement siding and to obtain information about the class action lawsuit. Unfortunately my home in Door County is outside of their service area. I was told, however, they had a staff person who could provide information about the lawsuit. Ryan called me back within the hour and provided valuable information. He then followed that up with an email. I was very impressed with Ryan and Elite Exteriors. My only regret is that I was outside their service area.

Everything was Great! I was very impressed with Elite Exteriors from the beginning of the estimate process. Scott replied to questions and concerns quickly and professionally. The work was completed very quickly and turned out exactly as I wanted. Elite did a great job of explaining all of the options that were available to us while we were selecting products and colors. Their pricing was very fair compared to the other estimates that we received for the job. The estimate was broken down so that I could see exactly where the cost was coming from (I had other estimates provided that were one big price with no explanation of costs - which is not helpful.) All of the workers who worked on the project (both the siding installers, as well as the masons for the stone work) were very professional and made sure to go over all of the details of the project before the work was started so that everything would turn out perfectly. I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. For my home built in 1951, there were a lot of unknowns when they accepted the job, but what fun we had. Elite’s team of roofers, gutter guys, carpenters, and Hardie-Board siding experts excelled. Everyone was professional and pleasant, from the first call through the quote and to the end of the work. The crew worked very hard to complete the job in the amount of time they had stated - even staying late the last day. The office updated me as the work progressed and followed up when the work was completed.

How great to finally find a roofing contractor I can trust! The crew explained to me in detail the repairs that would be needed to the structure due to severe water damage. Any time I checked on progress and asked questions, they took time to make sure I understood what was being done and why. Very courteous and professional as well as reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The work was meticulous and as discussed. I was really impressed that I was asked to come see the repair at certain phases, confirming what was wrong and that it was fixed. It is never fun to need a repair, but I look forward to working with Elite in the future.

Overall excellent job. Elite Exteriors removed a patio door, installed a window in its place, removed all the cedar siding, facia, soffits, trim, gutters and replaced with HardiePlank and new gutters. Elite efficiently and cleanly removed all existing cedar. They also had to add trim and flashing aroung each window which was not done properly by the previous contractor.

Our house looks beautiful and are ver happy with the job dome by Elite. We would hire Elite again and highly recommend them

Our experience was positive enough to warrant the time to post this review. That alone says a lot.

I would recommend Elite Exteriors for roofing to my family and friends. That says a lot.

We invited a few roofing contractors to come to the house and bid the job for a complete new roof. Scott, the owner at Elite Exteriors, responded personally and immediately to our inquiry. By "immediately," I mean that day (by phone).

The next day he was onsite at our home. Scott went over all the details with us (Master Elite Contractor for GAF products), available Warranties, estimates for Start and End Dates (the Full Monty).

When he was at the house he estimated all the dimensions, but the next day he ordered, at his expense, an EagleView Report of the house. EagleView is a company that provides aerial photographs of property which can include peaks, valleys, square footage, etc. An EagleView Report is used a lot and saves roofers from having to crawl up on the roof with a tape measure, etc. and it is very accurate. Like a very close-up Google Earth but specialized for roofers and contractors.

I'll skip over all the details, but not only was Elite's bid lower than the others, but Scott was more thorough in his descriptions of products and methods, and we believed was installing superior products. He ordered the EagleView Report on June 25 and we had a full quote three day later.

On Wednesday June 29, Scott called to say he had a crew become available for the next week and they could start July 5, the Tuesday after the 4th of July. We all agreed.

So, before I finish up, I need to address the roofing crew of 5-6 men. These guys were just plain fantastic, arriving at about 6:45 a.m. and worked until 7:45 p.m. the first day.

They were so good that the first day we decided to provide them all pizza, soda, water, etc. for lunch. At the end of that Tuesday I tipped each of the five roofers $20 cash out of my pocket because they had worked so hard and steady. They were a pleasure to have working on our home.

The second day they arrived about 7:15 a.m. and started right in. I asked the lead guy if they would like ribs for lunch, but he opted for turkey sandwiches on Italian bread. My wife and I went to the store and got all the stuff, and pickles, and tomatoes, chips, drinks and the 6 of them had a great lunch.

They plowed through the day until about 7:30 p.m., at which time they had completely replaced our 3,000 square foot roof, including 5 Ridges (86'), 8 Hips (85'), 9 Valleys (98'), 13 Rakes (192'), drip edge... on and on. Again, each got $20 for their superior performance, except I tipped the lead guy a $50.

A completed job on a very complicated roof done in two days! We were smiling to say the least.

I am 65-years old and we bought the GAF 50-year warranty, so I am not planning on putting on another roof in my lifetime, but if I had to, I'd have Elite back to do it.

Elite Exteriors with Scott and Dave along with their team were wonderful to work with on our exterior replacement (siding, fascia and soffit, gutters) project along with window replacement, doors and a sunroom renovation. We purchased a new home in July knowing that we needed to undertake a major project. We ended up requiring some unanticipated additional work that these exterior projects tend to expose. Fortunately, Scott and his team were partners on everything start to finish. They put in the extra work required to ensure that everything was not just completed, but more importantly done well.
