I worked with Seth (Sales) and Tim (Project Manager) to replace all my gutters on my house and garage. There were some unexpected issues related to some rotted wood that they were able to fix for me and the additional charge was nominal (I think they gave me a break on the additional work which I very much appreciate). My experience with both of them as well as with the crew who actually performed the work was great. Everyone I encountered with this project was very knowledgeable and personable and my new gutters and downspouts look really good! I recommend Infinity Exteriors and both Seth and Tim if you need assistance with your gutters!

Outstanding customer service from the beginning with Sam helping us select materials. Padra is excellent with communication and making sure everything goes according to plan. Scotty and his crew were professional with the installation and impeccable with the clean up.

This has been the best experience ever! We had Tom Gaeth come out to our house and show us and explain to us all of the new and different things we could choose from for new windows. Our house is 18 years old and the original windows all have issues with them and the warranty is null and void. Tom explained that they have the best warranty in town which definitely eases my worries. He measured, asked pertinent questions, and sent a quote for the services all in the same day! We had an initial meeting with Todd in early June, where we explained our hesitancy given some recent trouble with contractors. He put us at ease, answered endless questions, and gave us reasonable options and fair estimates.

Less than two months later, we just completed a final walkthrough with our Project Managers - Tim and Scotty. Their communication throughout the entire project was seamless -- even when their project ended up overlapping with another construction project on our property.

Their crews were meticulous about cleaning up after each day of work. The soffit and fascia crew was especially careful and detail-oriented with their work.

I went into it thinking Infinity might be one of those "flashy" contractors with their wrapped cars and trucks but would lack in quality when all was said and done. I couldn't have been more wrong. From beginning to end, Infinity demonstrated flawless service and quality craftsmanship.

He went through every detail of the job, found issues while crawling in my musty attic, never rushed me even though it was after 8 pm, and wasn't pushy! What made him outstanding is he's just himself...not some hard selling salesman wanting me to sign the contract so he can get home. Every concern I had was addressed and the best part was the cost! MUCH LESS than what I expected to pay for 50 year warranted shingles! Seriously people, call Infinity. We had a wonderful experience with Logan at Infinity Siding. He came to our house for a free estimate on siding. He was thorough, patient, relatable, and easy to work with.

When your Infinity employee gives a quote and talks about your crew….Be honest and say the ACTUAL crew is subcontracted. When your company promises Supervisor on site the day of project that Supervisor should be there or delay project. Never showed with communication via TEXT saying he couldn’t be there right before subcontractors arrived. Could not communicate with men on job due to language barrier. Still have not received inspection of work done. Did redo entire chimney flashing after having rain coming into attic for the first time in 32 years. This was after we pointed out that it was installed incorrectly And were assured that it was done properly by the Infinity Employee who was supposed to be supervising and text right before the subcontractors arrived. Torn tarps with holes used to protect property allowing nails to fall thru-good thing my husband took off that day to roll a magnet and try to supervise what was going on to the best of his ability. He’s not a construction worker. Exposed nails on house-not sure on garage-bent trim-missing gutter nails and bent partially inserted (we fixed ourselves). They gave us a $150 inconvenience offer-wow. Your company lost out on numerous referrals to our friends and family who are doing renovations… Your actual employees have very poor communication because they can’t keep their story straight. If your company would have been upfront that the crew is not your crew we would not have hired to do the job. Thanks for the thorough inspection after the job that NEVER transpired -pretty sure that’s also in your BIG ADVERTISEMENT touting the U.S. Marine Motto-suggestion look up the words you are using in the dictionary so you ACTUALLY abide by them. Get Real.

We recently had our roof replaced by Infinity Exteriors. It was one of the easiest home improvements we've done. Hunter, the project manager, was an excellent communicator and visited the site periodically to ensure all was as it should be. The men doing the actual work were some of the hardest workers we've ever witnessed. The end result is exactly as expected. We were referred to Infinity by our neighbor who highly recommended them. We got a quote from Infinity and another roofing company. They were both about the same price but Infinity's professionalism and warranty sold us. If you need a quality roof done quickly you will be pleased with Infinity.

Communication for the most part was good. It can always be a bit challenging when working with multiple contractors but they followed through on all commitments. Had an amazing experience with an estimate from Seth. Needed repairs for a small job and Seth was very thorough, explained the options and priced out the job quickly on the spot. Reasonable estimate I'm happy to proceed with, but the most amazing part was when he helped rig a temporary fix on his own and then inspected another roofline where we had some issues and cleaned out the gutters in the process! Saying he went "above and beyond" doesn't even do him justice. Couldn't be more impressed with Infinity, especially Seth.

We’re having Infinity do our LP siding. They did the neighbors house and we were really impressed. Our project advisor, Jon, came out and went over everything in detail. You could tell he had a lot of construction experience and we know exactly what to expect.

Jon came out and walked us through our whole project in detail. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and we think he deserves a raise. We're really excited to have Infinity handling our siding project.

We had our roof replaced and our siding redone. Both were able to be done in the same week by two separate teams. The Roof installation was first, and from what I can tell went fine.

The siding is where I am not fully satisfied. I have to say we do love the color that we picked out, and it looks great on our house, one thing I do regret is not going over window trim options. When going over materials, our Salesman Charlie suggested we remove the fake shutters around the windows as its not really in style anymore. We agreed with that, however in hindsight I wish he would have talked about other options for window trim, as we did not discuss that at all, as without the shutters, the windows are quite bare in appearance and we would have liked to have.. something. I feel like this was an oversight, and I would have appreciated some design guidance or suggestions there, but we were so caught up in the actual siding color it self and what kind of shingles to get.

When it came time to install, the crew had began work, and after they completed enough siding over a few windows, we realized how plain they look. I called our project coordinator to discuss what we could do before the job is complete, but he told me it was "too late" to really change anything without ripping all the siding off in order to put framing around the windows. I wanted to know what our options were, including a possible change order and he said he'd talk with our salesman and get back to me, which he never did.

Our final walkthrough I had found a few spots where the workmanship on the siding needed some fixing, as we had a panel that was coming loose, and some J-Channel and flashing was a bit sloppy. Also the siding crew damaged a section of our new roof on the front porch overhang, which needed to be repaired (something I had to point out and was not caught by the project coordinator). I had also noticed they had removed the roof gable fent in the front. I had checked the contract to see if that was listed and it was not. I asked the project coordinator about it and he said it was in the work order. He pulled up what was claimed to be the work order and it was listed on there. I would have appreciated better communication around that during the install so this wasn't a surprise. I was told it was supposed to be removed and it was verified in the work order. All the other issues that I was able to spot from the ground were fixed, however the roof materials used was from the extra pack I had kept in my garage from the roof install, so now I have nearly no spare shingles on hand. I am annoyed that these issues were not spotted by the work crew, or the project coordinator before the final walkthrough, which makes me think this company is more concerned with closing out jobs and collecting a check, instead of the "meticulous" craftmanship they advertise.

Overall I think our house looks good, we love the new blue color on the siding, and our new roof. I just really wish we could have done something about the window trim..

Had soffits, fascia, and rafter tails repaired on my century home after we removed a squirrel.

Seth came out to give me a quote. He was on time, knowledge, and only quoted what was needed and I asked for. He even reached out to engineer to make check on the work needed considering the age/design of the home.

Communication was good throughout the process with both Seth and Brandon.

The work was started and completed while I was at work during the day. I received photos texted to me of the work in progress and completed, which was nice.

There was some extra effort needed on the rafter tails and boards after they got old stuff down; but at the end the finished job looked good.

The final bill came back the same as the quote even with the addition work needed. I can't complain about the work done for the price.

Clean was excellent, there were no nails or leftover materials to be found.

Overall I was pleased with the experience and the work, and will be reaching back out when I need further work done.

I had two roofs done and they were done fast and efficiently. Clean up was done very well. There was a small mistake on my second roof job but they went out of their way to make sure that everything was right and perfect. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with getting a new roof installed. Initial meeting and assessment was done quickly and with all options clearly presented and discussed. Installation date was scheduled within 2 weeks of assessment and order. Materials delivered 2 days before installation. Crew arrived early morning on installation date and worked all day to complete the job. No issues and work was completed with my full satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

We had our siding project done by Infinity in late February 2025 and were impressed that they got the project done (both the house and detached garage) in one day. They had also replaced our bay window prior to starting the siding project and that went smoothly as well.
After the project was completed, Victoria followed up several times to see if we were satisfied or had any questions. Her customer service skills are top-notch.
I would give this review 5 stars but we are still waiting for the company to fix a gate on our fence that was damaged during the project. Jake is our project manager and he has assured us he is checking with his boss to see how we should move forward with this. Hopefully we will hear from him soon with positive information.

Logan was great to work with He met with me 3 times and went into great detail about the whole process of changing the roof and siding out after we had hail damage. He worked back through my insurance company and everyone was on the same page.

Infinity provided excellent customer service and a reasonable price. The project was executed in half of a day. The crew was courteous and mindful of our space and landscaping. Definitely recommend.

Our experience with Infinity (Todd was our sales rep) was very streamlined. They were extremely responsive when we were exploring our options, provided all of the detail necessary to help us select the right product and were at our house within a couple weeks getting the entire project done in a single day. The quality of the work is excellent, and the clean-up was OUTSTANDING. I did a thorough search of the ground around the house after they were done and I did find a nail - ONE NAIL. Zero shingles or other material. Recommend them highly. And, our insurance went down by $630 per year and our deductible went from $10,000 to $1,500.

Tom was a fantastic sales rep. He talked us through the process and gave us our options. He did not push anything on us. We chose our finishes and the house turned out fantastic. Last Fall (2024) I found myself with two leaking dormer roofs. What had been a small problem had suddenly gotten really bad. It was the middle of November. Winter was coming on fast to be followed I was sure by a wet and stormy Spring. I was in a fix.
After doing some research and getting some estimates I chose Infinity Exteriors to do the work. I’m so happy I did!

Todd, the company representative, was great to work with throughout the project. He assured me that, even though it was mid-November, the work could and would be completed before winter hit. It was! I appreciated Todd’s responsiveness and professionalism. Very helpful.
Tim, the project manager, was clear and informative and timely in his communications.
And, even though I didn’t get to talk with them very much (they were busy working!), I could tell in our brief conversations that both of the men who worked on the project were interested and took pride in their work. I was impressed with those guys.

The work was completed on time. Everything was looking good. The clean-up was perfect.
I was so happy with Infinity I wanted to give the team a 5-Star review right then.
But I knew I had to wait. I couldn’t really review a roof before it had been hit with some weather.

I would not recommend this company. They are extremely sloppy with no attention to detail. The gutter guards weren’t attached correctly and look crooked. They dented our siding majorly. We called and they said they would do something and never heard from them again after they got the check. They left shingles and nails in the gutters on a two story house which caused big flooding problems for us after rain. They have actually left us with more problems than they solved. Pick someone else, I promise. Absolutely no integrity.

Worked with Todd to have our siding, soffit, trim and gutters replaced. Received the best estimate from Todd, was a pleasure to work with him, very informative and personable. Even gave us his personal number if any issues would arise. Definitely will give them a call when we decide to replace our roof next

Just completed siding, gutters and downspouts. I’m ecstatic. Completely changed the look of my house and brought it to 2025. Brandon was my project manager—communication was excellent. I never had to wonder what was going to happen and when. My siding crew was amazing; HARD workers and so nice as well. Then came the gutter crew — they were just as amazing. Made sure I had no questions. I can’t say enough about my experience. Thoroughly happy and would highly recommend!

After are initial meeting, Tom said “he would have our quote to us by 10pm) guess what? It was there at 10pm. Tom talked very positive about his company, and did not bad mouth other companies. ( like some of the other salesmen) I caulk that up to when you work for a good company you don't need to bad mouth the others, you let your work talk for itself. Also loved the fact that he had answer to some of our unique situation (tv mounted outside on house) I would highly recommend this company. While searching for several companies to contact for quotes for our siding project, we decided to include Infinity Exteriors. We are so happy that we did!
When we called we were quickly set up for an appointment with Logan. He listened to our needs and ideas, looked over our property, and presented his siding samples with a clear explanation. He shared photos of similar projects and suggested ideas that were far better than anything we had thought about. Logan had a no pressure manner and tons of patience with our questions and moments of indecision. We put together a plan that afternoon. By early evening he called with a quote accompanied by photos of what our home would look like using the choices we made. Logan made it easy to choose Infinity over the other companies because of their quality materials, excellent pricing, and service guarantees. Looking forward to seeing our beautiful "new" home very soon.

Update July 2025:
Infinity Exteriors had been great to work with in the past, so I decided to have them handle a full re-siding project. Dan was helpful every step of the way and was very flexible with changing my work orders as things came up. Even while on vacation, Dan was responsive to my needs, which I really appreciated.

When the siding project started, there was a major misunderstanding that resulted in the entire house being re-sheathed. It was a headache, but I appreciated that they owned the issue and did the right thing. However, when the crew left for the day, they pointed the downspouts directly at my home that didn't have siding on it at this point. Rain was in the forecast that night, so I immediately texted my project manager out of concern for water intrusion — and was left on read.

On the last day of the project, something the contractors did knocked out power to my office, kitchen, outdoor lights, and garage. That was 12 days ago. The electrician that Infinity hired won’t be back for weeks due to scheduling. During that time, I also had to prompt them to remove the dumpster that had been blocking my driveway for several days.

After the crew left, I found sharp metal shavings, cigarette butts in the lawn, and a surprising number of nails scattered around the yard. Annoying, but honestly somewhat expected.

Then I started noticing bigger workmanship issues:
- Kick-out flashing was missing in key areas, which made me question if flashing was installed properly elsewhere
- Mounting blocks were the wrong size and none of them were sealed
- Fixtures were reinstalled with four-inch screws. I was told the brackets were broken, yet I currently have them in my hand
- My deck and balcony railings were modified without being properly secured
- And more

For even more fun, when a summer storm rolled through, a piece of siding fell off the house.

At this point, communication has broken down. I’ve been the one chasing updates, documenting defects, and asking for a plan and getting little to no response. Twelve days out, I still don’t have a game plan from them on how or when these issues will be resolved. I’m starting to lose confidence that they ever will be.

I’m honestly pretty shaken by this experience. When I was bidding out this project, I told my sales rep that I’d choose Infinity even if they weren’t the cheapest, because I believed they did great work. But this $35K project has seriously made me reconsider whether I’d ever work with them again.

Trust? Integrity? Infinity advertises “Meticulous quality" - not a chance.

Product quality, installation quality, coordination, problem-solving, accountability, candor, attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism were all well below expectations.

We experienced deficiencies in communication, service, lack of project management and oversight that resulted in communication gaps, leaving us feeling ghosted for months.

The installation of 8 double hung windows and one fixed panel/slider combination window took 21 months from the time of order (March 2022 to November 2023)

footnote - at one point during the project, Infinity blamed the supplier (Marvin) for some issues. That's not good form. If Infinity doesn't think Marvin is a good supplier, they shouldn't install Marvin products.

Reply to Infinity- There is no ‘miscommunication’. The project, after 21 months, is complete. Infinity leadership had ample notice and opportunity to address issues real time. Too little too late. Can’t believe this was your "best effort"-if it was, that’s just another reason to run away from Infinity. Trust? Integrity?

We used Infinity a few years ago to replace our windows, then they came and did our roof. Worked directly with our insurance company and made this a painless process. The job was completed exactly as needed, and done efficiently.

Updating my review:
We made Infinity aware of a leak on our roof due to an Ice Damming issue, they told us it would be fixed with the new roof...it wasn't and they did nothing to address the issue.

I have had a great experience with Infinity Exteriors. Working with the insurance company for me would have been impossible but Ben Gutkowski handled all of that and all the hail damage plus adjoining areas were replaced. Scott Nettesheim handled the roofing and made sure to replace the gutter guards and the work was quickly done and cleaned up. Jake Fails handled the siding portion and there was some complicated homeowner built areas on the back of the house that Jake and his crew were able to rebuild to a higher standard and the result is a much cleaner professional result. Also in the office Prada Yang seemed to be on top of everything and seemed to be the thread that kept everything tight. I have worked with Infinity now on 3 buildings and been pleased with the professionalism and quality of work each time. I will definitely recommend Infinity to my family and friends.
