The team replaced the front door, siding, soffit & fascia on our house and the transformation is incredible. Their customer service was great and Project Manager Jesse answered all of my (MANY) questions and even provided design suggestions to enhance the look of the home. There was a small delay when the crew ran out of material, however, Jesse gave us several options for us to choose from to get the project to completion.

Initial sales consultation with Joe was very professional with great detail of how the Tri County Roofing process works with no sales pressures tactics. Upon acceptance of their quote, timely response from Mike to discuss the process and set up a date for the roof replacement. All things were timely and performed as described. On site crew worked hard in the heat, was very courteous, and made sure the grounds were cleaned each date. Roof looks great and we’d recommend Tri County Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.

We were very impressed with the crews from Tri-County. We had the opportunity to work with their roof, gutter, and window crews. All of them worked professionally. Our roof was replaced in one day. The crew arrived early and stayed into the evening to make sure all was done well. The gutter crew arrived early and worked efficiently. The window crew also arrived early and worked through the pouring rain to make sure the job was done and done well. We received quotes from a couple of other local companies, and Tri-County was less expensive, gave a no pressure free quote, and communicated clearly and accurately with us. From our experience, we would recommend using Tri-County. Some of our neighbors were also impressed with how hard the crews worked and how well they worked as a team.

Windows installed a year+ ago from Tri County - This afternoon had some issues with a window that caused window to be fully open to the elements in 80 degree heat/bugs, etc. Steven so kindly rearranged his schedule, coming after hours, to be sure I didn't have an open window all night. He fixed the problem and then insisted on checking all other windows before leaving, to ensure there were no other unforeseen problems. He was very kind and professional. The Cudahy Historical Society was very pleased with Tri-County and their work on our 1892 Railroad Depot. They replaced and repaired the roof, dormers, windows and gutters. Any small issues or questions were dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Our historic building was in good hands. The entire staff was professional and easy to work with. We hope to have them return for further restoration work on our depot.

This team is the best! They didn’t oversell anything, while the other people were using scare tactics to get my roof changed, they were super honest and recommended Roof tuneup, which should get me through for next 5 years. After having my roof installed by Tri-County Contracting last year, it was the time for the first annual inspection for the roof they installed on my home. It had been a tear-off and installation of a new roof. Their roof inspector called the week prior to the inspection to remind me of the inspection service included with the roof installation. We also discussed coordination of when the inspection would take place. He announced his presence when he arrived for the inspection and when he completed his inspection of the roof, he told me that everything looked good!

Two thumbs up for Tri-County Contracting – siding and shingles 2025. I was one of many individuals in Oak Creek who needed a new roof and siding due to hail damage last year. After being bombarded with numerous solicitors knocking on my door trying to get my business – many who were from out of state, I reached out to Tri-County Contracting as they had replaced our roof in 2010. I wanted to work with a local company that I could trust and I was pleased with the work they completed in the past. In addition to quality work, they offer an annual inspection for 10 years to ensure that the roof is in good condition.

The sales team was professional and made the process relatively painless. Jeff stopped by with samples and to review the contract documentation with me and answered all of my questions related to the options presented. I had asked for good, better and best options for both the roof and siding and with my insurance reimbursement was able to get high quality materials with minimal personal outlay of cash.

The roof was completed in April when the materials became available. The project was completed in a single day, the crew was efficient, polite and very thorough in their cleanup. Rain gutters were put in place the following day due to scheduling.

The siding project was completed earlier this month. The communication related to the status of the materials and scheduling of the projects was great. I was notified of changes related to weather and kept up to date on a regular basis. Again, I could not have been more impressed with the crew that came to my house to complete the work. They were hard-working, polite and efficient, completing the project in just a day and a half, complete with clean up and removal of waste materials. Shout out to Jesse, the project manager, for completing the quality inspection that same afternoon and addressing my questions and concerns.

I would not hesitate to utilize Tri-County Contracting for any project in the future. They are a great local company with excellent employees.

Our experience with Tri-County Contracting has been surprisingly pleasant. They are extremely well organized, communicative, passionate and diligent. The entire process was smooth and easy.

On Day 1 the crew showed up and systematically replaced our roof, and the results were spectacular! On Day 2 the gutter team arrived and installed larger (6”) gutters and downspouts. The new roofing system is dramatically outperforming the old one by sealing off any potential water intrusion, as well as capturing all water running off the roof and diverting it away from the house. All of our long-standing roof/water issues had been solved in just two short days! And the annual inspections and warranties afford us added protection.

TCC put vinyl siding over our stucco chimney to match the rest of our house. The workers did a great job. Meticulous workmanship and responsive to all my questions. Very happy with the results.

Just had Mike here to examine my older roof in Tosa. He did a full inspection and made necessary touch up repairs Seemed very very competent. Thankfully our older roof is in good condition. If it has issues in future we are asking for Mike at Tri County roofing.

Tri-County Contracting put LP siding on our home in spring 2023. For two years I can’t drive into my driveway without a big smile on my face because it is so beautiful. As a bonus they found and mitigated to prevent mice entering under the siding. We haven’t had a mouse in our basement since then. The crew was skilled, respectful, and so helpful and kind, going out of their way to assure we got exactly what we wanted. They definitely are a 5 star company and I recommend them to everyone.

Tri-County took down my chimney above the roof and repaired the hole. They also put on a new roof on my two-story Victorian Wauwatosa home. They did it without damaging plants below. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know that they had 10 workers there that day. Reasonably priced, and they did it all in one day. I got the recommendations from my neighbor, and I’m glad I went with them.

We chose Tri-County Contractors to replace our roof last year, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The roof still looks fantastic, and their team was incredibly professional throughout the entire installation process. What really impressed us is the added bonus of annual inspections, which we didn’t even realize were included. I had my continuous roof vents, soffit and facia replaced and they did an excellent job!! So good so they far exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them.

The roof and skylight project went well on our almost 100 year old Whitefish Bay colonial. The proposal by Ben Graham was the most thorough with pamphlets and flyers from Certainteed which made decisions easier. Scheduling of the project was easy and only slightly delayed by weather. The project manager, Mike, was easy to work with and made certain that the edge vents and attic chutes worked properly with the ridge vents. The tear off and installation started at 7 pm and was done by 2 pm. The workers were very productive and professional. Mike promptly performed some follow up closeout items in the attic. Great job and looks great. I am reassured by a lifetime workmanship and 50 year non-prorated warranty with 10 annual inspections.

We recently had both our roof and siding replaced by Tri-County. This was an insurance job with a tight deadline.

Tri-county Contractors did an awesome job. They were clean, neat and on time. They completed the roof on our 2,700 square foot ranch in one day.

Tri-County tore off the old roof and installed a new one on my residence. They did an outstanding job and changed the look of my entire house. I had my home services guy inspect the job and here is what he had to say:

"As we discussed yesterday, I was looking for nail placement and how the shingles were started at the gutter line. I could tell chalk lines were used and the fine details like caulking nailheads tells me the roofers took some pride in their work. From my professional point of view, your roof was installed properly."

We got a new roof, gutters and gutter topper which was a great experience. But we also had airflow, "dead air" issues and they added air vents and baffles to really get rid of the furnace hot attic. I suspect that the house will be a lot cooler in summer months.
Ben and Mike were really thorough in the job process and answering a boatload of questions we had.

We love Tri-County contracting we can’t believe that everyone doesn’t use their services for roofing and siding. Their prices beat other contractors we had contacted especially with their 50 warranty with their products and workmanship. Jeff was the salesperson/co-owner answered all our questions and was prompt with the quotes. Christian and his crew was FANTASTIC on on installing the siding. Jesse his supervisor was helpful and always checking on the installation process. Then the roofing supervisor Luke was great to work with but we didn’t see him much because the roof was started and finished in just one day. And that included 4 new skylights.

We even got the option to install two colors on the siding with a shingled vinyl option. Our house now looks brand new. Everyone of our neighbors loves the house remodel. Everyone asked if we were selling it? And no we aren’t,we love it the new look. If we could give a review higher than a 5 star, we would. We can’t add photos because we keep getting an error message. But we are adding reviews on BBB and on their website.

We had our roof replaced in November. The recent torrential storms resulted in a leak. I called the office and Chris came out and inspected and made repairs in 2 days! I appreciate the quick response and quality workmanship

Very disappointing. After hearing all their commercials discussing customer service I set up an appointment and spent quite a bit of time with their rep discussing new windows. After not hearing back with a quote for some time I left several voice mails and still did not hear back. Called a manager who finally had the sales rep call me who said he was "so busy" but would get me a quote soon. Never heard from him. I would be very concerned about using their service with that lack of follow up.

Joe our Sales Manager and Erik our Project Manager took the time to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Tri-County Contracting was one of five companies we contacted for a quote. Joe conducted the assessment and provided what we felt was a reasonable estimate for the work we needed. After signing the contract, Erik efficiently managed the scheduling and kept us updated throughout the process.

Despite a minor supply delivery delay, Erik made calls and resolved the issue, ensuring the crew could start as planned. The project began during cold weather, with temperatures peaking at just 28 degrees. Despite the challenging conditions, the crew worked diligently, even finishing late into the evening and starting early the next morning.

The team was hardworking, efficient, and careful, laying down tarps and protective materials to ensure debris from the old roof was properly collected and discarded. We were impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

These guys are the real deal. They gave me a solid estimate and were able to start early. It took them one day to remove and install new shingles in our garage. Not only that but they did some wood repairs on it too! Came it out great and can’t wait to have them do our main house.

We needed a new roof and gutters, and our insurance company failed us. We had Joe Zeka come out and provide us a quote. We made several visits to the showroom to decide upon a color for the roof and we decided upon a new color called Espresso. We are glad we did - it looks great. Tony was patient with us during the decision process and offered a lot of great insight. The crew that showed up was very cautious of how they laid tarps to color any roof debris. The did a remarkable installation job as well as a clean-up. Luke was our Project Manager, and he was very thorough in keep us informed. He came back several days after the job was complete to do a final walk through to make sure we were pleased and satisfied. Great job by all!
