They did a good job on my roof and threw in an upgraded vent to help with the house getting too hot in the summer months. They were also pretty quick about it.

I would give our agent 5 stars if I could, she was so attentive and helpful. Every time they learned something new they updated and haggled well with our insurance to get us the best amount of money back for the best options. They did a great job fixing up our roof and home issues. Everything was done RIGHT the first time and did not need to be done again! Had some odd scheduling mishaps due to one person in particular, but the team as a whole was amazing. Loved their work and services. We got a lot of nice things fixed on our house and the company got us extra cash back from our insurance for extra things too. I was well pleased with the whole experience. Also, the photo doesn’t show the gutter repairs, just the roof. But look at how nice the roof is compared to the rest of our ugly fixer-upper!! :D

They were very friendly, and informative. They helped me through the insurance damage paper work and even did a large part if not most of the scheduling with insurance and city permits. They informed me prior to any work and were very professional. Very easy to work with.

We cannot say enough positive comments about this company! From the first knock on our door to the finalization of the paperwork, Nick was so professional and easy to work with. No pushy sales pitch. Constant communication regarding updates on starting dates. Nick took care of everything, including contacting our insurance company from the beginning of this process. Such a stress-free restoration!

River City Restoration staff were honest and professional. They made sure that the shingle and gutter projects were completed in a timely fashion. I appreciated that they listened to my suggestions and incorporated the suggestions with respect and integrity. Additionally, I was pleased that the projects were completed with no damage to surroundings (my lawn/ground, sprinkler system, flower beds, etc.). Thank you for a job well done!

My roof was a hard one to do and it is great now. Contractor Sheridan was professional and competent and the crew worked hard. I would heartily recommend them.

No one likes to spend money on a new roof, but these guys made it seem like it was money well spent. Sheridan was great as was the rest of the crew. Would recommend for sure.

Andy and his team were awesome. Andy is an awesome person and is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. I will recommend him and his team to everyone. The quality of the roof was excellent and they made sure everything was cleaned up and looking good. Any questions we had he answered them and was timely in doing so. Plus he is super friendly and honest! We appreciate it.
