I had new shingles installed on my house by Elevated Roofing. It was completed in less time than expected and was done for a very reasonable price. The project manager Chad was very responsive and informative. The whole process was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend Elevated Roofing.

They were great with communication, fast with installation, and clean up was precise. We were told they try to leave the yard better than they found it and they held up to that! I will say that this is an amazing group of people. They go above and beyond for their customers. State Farm had denied my legitimate claim numerous times with previous roofing companies. Richard was fantastic to work with, communicating with me every step of the way. Richard fought very hard and had the claim approved. After waiting so long I finally have a new roof!! I needed some repair work to my roof on a small section of shingles that appeared damaged. Elevated Roofing did a thorough inspection and found a couple of other things that needed addressed also. Chad was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Repairs were completed quickly. Will use again.

100% professional! We had Chad and Elevated Roofing install new flashing on our aging chimney, replace some rotted decking and replace two non working roof vents. Price was fair, digital estimates and receipts were provided and they did a fantastic job. Chad even took photos throughout the repair to show us exactly what was being replaced. Without a doubt the best experience with a contractor we've had in years.

Andrew and Chad both spent quality time with my Mom and other family to answer questions, provide explanations, and find solutions. It was apparent that we were not "just another number" even though they knew at the outset that we had various estimates from different folks. Given that my Dad had passed away unexpectedly and a lot of repairs needed to be made, I was thankful that they did not add more insult to injury -- in fact, Elevated Roofing showed up when some others did not or follow through completely. Elevated Roofing did not leave my Mom or myself hanging. They made sure we had all the information we needed before we made the decision to go with them as our contractor, and they completed all the work on schedule.

I have spoken with prior customers who had extensive repairs as well, and these clients could not say enough good things about their experiences with Elevated Roofing, Andrew, and Chad -- the references were impressively stunning and hit all the things I was looking for in a company: the 3 C's of Craftmanship, Customer service, and Communication. It seemed too good to be true as an answer to some prayers -- but I promise you that these guys are tried-and-true the REAL THING, "the bomb", and truly heaven sent!...

1. The jobs were scheduled and completed systematically without fail.
2. The crews worked tirelessly to ensure that the roofs and buildings were expertly handled and the sites were cleaned up.
3. I could trust that Andrew and Chad would look into and resolve any questions or concerns before, during, and after the jobs.
4. If I had a question, I had a response almost immediately within a couple of hours/within less than 24 hours...totally unheard of "after the sale"!
5. They did not leave me hanging at any point during the process. If I needed them to double check something, they double checked and then triple checked. They stand behind their word.

And, last but not least, I can't say enough about Chad and his outstanding service! Had you guys come out and quote a window replacement. Paid half the invoice as a deposit. Window was supposed to come in last week per the quote y’all originally gave me. I have tried to contact y’all through the Thumbtack app and phone (no way to leave a message) for almost a week now with no response. What gives???

Everything went super smoothly. Andrew was great to deal with and the install was done very quickly and the finish is great. I will be using this company exclusively for roof installation, maintenance, and repairs.

I am a little late posting this but, better late than never. After getting 4 Estimates for a new roof on our house we went with elevated roofing and I'm glad we did they did a fabulous job very professional highly recommended great price too.

I contacted elevated Roofing last week. I had someone come out and inspect my roof. Unfortunately I was unable to use elevated roofing because the man they sent to inspect my roof was completely honest and told me that I did not need one.. So I do look forward to doing business with them in the near future. I would highly recommend elevated roofing.

These guys showed up early, moved all the plants and porch furniture, covered the shrubs with a tarp. They knocked it out in a day and it looks and works great. They also cleaned up spotless like they were never there.

From the very beginning, Elevated Roofing was nothing but professional in every way. Holly, their "Roof Specialist", was one of the most efficient and pleasant people to work and communicate with that I have ever experienced. She is impressively knowledgeable about insurance companies and made the process so easy from beginning to end!

Their inspector, Lee, was very prompt and thorough, and came during our insurance inspection to make sure they noted all of the damage that he had seen. Lee even showed up within minutes of my call when they arrived early.

Mary Margaret, Chad and the team at Elevated Roofing are extremely responsive and transparent about costs throughout the entire process. They facilitated all discussions with claims adjusters as we worked through our homeowner's insurance claim. At each point during the repair when there was a potential scope change in the project, Elevated Roofing ensured that we fully understood the reasoning for the change, the impact to the cost (and ultimately our recoveries from the claim), and the potential impact to the repair timeline - all with a personal touch through a handful of in-person visits to our home and multiple touchpoints via conference call.

We had a small job that was too small for some other companies. Elevated was great to deal with, was willing to take a small job and got it done fast. Absolutely would not hesitate to use them again.
