We initially contacted Clear Vision Construction following a friends recommendation for roof replacement and they worked with us every step of the way. We had been turned down by our insurance company, but they gave great instructions on how the get it reversed and were here for every inspection and finally got our new roof approved by the insurance company.

The communication between us and Clear Vision was above anything we have seen while dealing with contractors. Taylor and Tim kept constant contact with us and the installation was flawless.

Tim Crain and his crew from Clear Vision Construction did a fantastic job on our roof, gutters and fence! Under his guidance we put black shingle on the roof and a solar fan to cool down the attic. Clear Vision Construction replaced my roof with stunning dark gray IR 3 shingle and amazing Rapid Ridge and gutters to match. I have attached pictures on here so you can see how nice their work is. And they did the roof in one day. They also did a great job taking off my solar panels and putting them back on. We have had great experience with Clear Vision Construction. Entire roof was replaced in one day (start to finish), trash hauled away and magnets run to catch loose nails. The materials used were of high quality. Great care was taken to cover the pool and windows/doors from damages from falling shingles etc. Tim Crain and Curt Smith took great care in following up to ensure no items were overlooked. Highly recommend Clear Vision for roof repair and general contracting (stains, gutters, etc).

Hail damage to a home is no fun to deal with especially it being my first time having to deal with this. Clear Vision was highly spoken of and I decided to reach out. Our home was hit by hail and needed the roof and gutters to be replaced. We were fortunate enough to work with Clear Vision and Tanner to help make the process as easy as possible for a first time home owner. They did a great job of talking through our insurance policy and worked directly with the insurance company to get additional supplemental damage that was not originally quoted. This helped us understand the process of how it worked. They helped coordinate the roof replacement and completed it in a timely manner. We even got our roof upgraded to class 4 shingles they recommended to help save on our insurance. They even cleaned up all the old roof and made sure everything was put back where it was. I would highly recommend using them and will plan on having them repair our roof for when the next storm comes through.

Curt and his team at CVC completed all the work we needed following the last big hail storm. The day after the storm Curt and his team were in our neighborhood checking roofs and securing tarps, windows, etc. until the sun went down. Curt walked us through the process, dealt with insurance, and maintained contact throughout. His team replaced our entire roof, vents, damaged siding, replaced gutters, broken windows, shredded screens, outside HVAC units, and made the fence look new again! Curt and Clear Vision Construction are awesome. We went through the hail storm in February and chose Curt to take care of our project. We are so glad that we did too! Tim, Curt and the rest of the team at Clear Vision are truly top notch! We had a leak in our dining area that needed attention. Prior to contacting them, we had two different roofers tell us the leak was due to hail damage and that we would need a brand new roof. We were skeptical and weren’t sure what to do.

Thankfully, a family friend referred us to Clear Vision and I’m so glad they did. Right off the bat, I could tell Tim was different (in a good way). He put us on his schedule immediately, he and Curt arrived exactly on time, and they did a thorough inspection of our roof damage. They discovered a large hole that had nothing to do with hail (turned out to be builder error) and reassured me they would take care of it. Within a day or two, Tim had one of his guys out to temporarily patch the hole because we were expecting heavy rain in the days ahead and he didn’t want to risk additional interior damage. A few days later, he came back to finish the job and made the roof look brand new. We are also working with them to repair the interior damage. They really do it all!

From start to finish, Tim and his team have made this a seamless process. They show up when they say they are going to, complete the work in a timely manner, and stay in constant contact every step of the way. Tim even sends me calendar invites for every appointment — I’ve never worked with a contractor who does that. It’s refreshing! Tim and Curt came to my home about 4 months back and spent time explaining how the roof replacement process would occur. My home was one of the first homes in this neighborhood that hey reached out to. By that time frame there were a few that had already visited my home for the replacement work. I liked the way Tim pitched the work and how Curt added the nuisances where needed. At the end of that conversation, the action was for Tim to reach out to my Insurance company to initiate the claim process and provide me with an update once they complete the paperwork. They were very thorough in their Job and the folks they employed have been in the industry long enough to understand the various Insurance companies ways of dealing with the homeowners. They did a detailed claim to the Insurance company and used the same software which made the claim much easier for the Insurance team. I had no problem getting the initial claim, followed by 3 supplements. I was amazed by the ease of this process and Tim took away all the boring yet needed effort from my end.

Tim and Curt had constant communication flowing so we did not have to worry about status or any issues. Bottom line, is that they provided rich white glove service from start to finish. Their teams were very professional and exceeded my expectations. Tim and Curt promised me a lot of upgrades as part of the roof replacement project and satisfied every one of them. It is absolutely an amazing experience with Clear vision and they are a truly differentiated company.

The final product is amazing and my roof stands out in the neighborhood. Some of the upgrades were the Z Ridge, higher quality shingles, nicely aligned gutters all of which made a whole world of difference. They did an amazing job of staining my fence that now looks like a new fence.

I recently had some damage to roof and reached out to Clear Vision roofing. They were fantastic. Showed up on time and took care on my issues. Even found a couple other problems they iced for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing some work done.

After a destructive hail storm a few months ago, numerous companies told me I needed a new roof, and I was unsure what to do and whom to trust. Tim Crain from Clear Vision Roofing came and gave me his opinion.

Tim then meticulously assessed my roof, explaining various observations, and concluded that a brand new roof is necessary at this time. I called my insurance, and they would send a person to look at it and decide the damage and coverage. I called him and told him the adjuster was coming. He said he would meet the insurance guy when he came to my home for inspection

After my insurance said they would pay for my new roof and sent me everything. The insurance deducted a lot, of course. Not only my deductible but also deprecated my two year old roof. Not cool from the insurance, but that's what they do!

Anyway, Tim met my insurance budget after meeting my deductible. He was in my budget and also upgraded my roof from regular shingles to upgraded once.He actually gave me a discount, so I didn't have to come up with $1,000+ out of pocket. Amazing!!

Absolutely phenomenal service by Clear Vision Roofing!!!! They came out and inspected my roof that needed a repair and it was addressed right on spot. I was expecting them to say we'll be back tomorrow or can we get you on schedule for next week like the other companies. It's kind of funny because I'm waiting for the next big job to happen so that I can get them to come back out. Get these guys on your speed dial.
