We had to put a call out on Super Bowl Sunday because of course the furnace knew this would be a prime time to give up. Furnaces never go out on Tuesday at 10am.
Called another company first and had to leave a voicemail. Eco Edge answered and took our history. We’d used them when we lived in Crown Point, but weren’t sure they would come out as we’re in Chesterton now. Bud was on his way within 30 minutes, company included a picture so we knew who to expect.
He had the problem identified and fixed within an hour. Pricing was discussed beforehand and was more than fair, particularly for an emergency service.
We will definitely use again, plan to join their service club, which would have prevented our issue in the first place.

Highly recommend! Our central air went out during a bit of a heat wave and we were lucky enough to get Bud to come out the same day. He quickly identified our issue and had cool air blowing in no time. Very informative and transparent through the troubleshooting and repair process. Knowledgeable, well spoken, and friendly. I called one other company and didn't get a time frame of when they would be at our house. It's a hot day and we really needed our air conditioner to work. So I called and Brandi was super nice and super helpful. She gave me the good news of Bud actually being in our town. She said he could be there between 2 to 4. Bud was awesome. Good timing, good at explaining what happened and what he was fixing.

Dylan was so courteous and helpful. He got right to it and had my AC running within minutes. He explained the process thoroughly and why he was doing processes. Very knowledgeable and a true asset to the company.

Dylan was very helpful during our seasonal maintenance for our AC Unit. We were having trouble with our air flow throughout our house and he made sure to check all registers and vents to ensure we had proper air flow for the summer.

Dylan was incredible! He did a very thorough inspection as part of our annual maintenance and even helped us inspect our new ductwork as we finish our basement.

Me and my fiancé had Jerry and Leo at our home on Aspen Avenue working on her AC unit. They were both very amazing very professional very friendly very courteous. Let us know every step away what was going on cleaned up nicely once they were done with their work like they were never here to work with if you’re having issues with your heating or cooling they will definitely get to the bottom of it and get it fixed no matter what the issue is and the lady in the office. Great service. Came within the hour and air is working within an hour. Dylan was a great repair man and friendly service.

We bought our house last year. The furnace and AC were pre existing and installed/maintained by a different company. Since moving in, Eco Edge has been to our house twice, 1 for a diagnostic on a furnace issue, and 1 for annual ac maintenance. Both times they were here, they were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and did the work right! Suggestions were made on preventative replacements of parts, but we were not pressured AT ALL! We will be recommending to anyone who asks and have found our permanent HVAC company!

Dillon was extremely professional in preforming our A/C cleaning. He also checked out and re-attached 3 vents that had a damp smell from the crawl space. I think it was a fantastic job and I highly recommend EcoEdge. Also the price was affordable.

There's not enough room in here for me to fully express how satisfied I am with Eco edge Systems. From the minute I called them, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist was fantastic, and very courteous. I had done business with them last summer when my AC unit took a dive, Dylan and another employee did an amazing job back then installing a new AC unit outside. 3 days ago my fce started to give me problems. I called their office again and they sent Dylan again to my home. I cant say enough about Dylan. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. I thought for sure i was going to need a new furnace, but after Dylan diagnosed our home unit, he determined it wasn't going to be such a major issue as i originally thought.
He was very efficient and thorough and within maybe an hour he had replaced the defective part and had my furnace up and running like a champ !! Needless to say, I was a happy camper again.
I will continue to do business with this company again and I will also recommend them to friends and family.

The service was prompt, professional and affordable. I had a really old furnace they could have said it wasn't worth the repair but instead they diagnosed and replaced the part and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The office staff was very professional. friendly and empathetic to me not having heat.
