After discovering my previous contractor was unethical and had questionable business practices, I was so grateful to receive a referral for DryTech from my Banker Dan at Drake Bank. Not only had Dan hired them to do work on his own home, but DryTech also then did work on his parent's home and they all highly recommended this company.

Kevin responded swiftly to my request for information and an appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, dedicated and so helpful with the entire process of planning then executing the installation of my new roof... he's detail-oriented and followed through on everything we discussed, including helping me navigate through a confusing insurance claim with EASE. Kevin's 25 years in the family business and now as the owner ensures a knowledgeable, dependable outcome for home construction projects.

Kevin managed my entire project personally, and was present on-site before/during/after the roof installation and work. I have a Great Dane and Kevin came out twice after the roof installation to run a magnet several times over the exterior of my home - and my entire lawn - to make sure my dog didn't step on a nail. Kevin also was very generous in providing me with guidance on selecting a color for my roof and then giving recommendations for trim color and which parts of my home to paint and update... something I greatly appreciate because I was doing the trim painting on my own. I could not be happier with the referral from my banker Dan at Drake Bank, or with the quality of materials and craftsmanship and work that was done on my home.

Kevin was prompt and professional and coordinated the whole process with our insurance company and the HOA board to provide a seamless operation. We had a water issue that flooded over half of our house. Kevin and his team were incredibly reassuring and were with us from day one. They helped us with the insurance process and over saw every step of the project. We began working with Kevin and his team over ten years ago as Dry-Tech was referred to us from our insurance agent. We wereso pleased with the clarity in which Kevin and team explained the why and the how in the restoration process, we’ve hired them for four different remodeling projects at our current home. The largest of which was a main floor complete gut/remodel including kitchen, bath, living room and dining room. This was no easy project as this part of the house is now 100 years old. We have referred Kevin and his team to multiple friends, neighbors and even family due to the professionalism, communication, and quality work his team exhibits in all facets. We have been extremely happy with Dry Tech’s services. When an ice dam caused water to run into our kitchen, we were referred to Dry Tech and called them. Max was out first thing in the morning with sensors to find where the the moisture was and their team was out the next day to take out all the damaged materials and stop the damage. Max coordinated with the insurance company including showing the adjuster where the damage was and what needed to be replaced/repaired including finding the damaged shingles on the roof and getting it tarped until we could get the insurance company to approve the repairs. We had some hiccups with the insurance company, but Kevin and Max helped us manage through that with a good result. Kevin, Max, Dave and the rest of the team were always professional, great to work with and the quality of the work was top notch and on time. The kitchen looks better than ever. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I’ve worked with Drytech and Kevin Johnson since 2017. Kevin assisted us in 2017 with recommendations and guidance when we were purchasing a home that sustained storm damage during the purchase process.

Then later in 2017 we had additional storm damage on our home. We had hail damage to our roof, siding, and some screens. Our insurance adjuster did not deem the roof needed to be replaced and deemed only 2 sides of our home with vinyl siding would be replaced. I believed our roof needed to be replaced and because our siding was faded the color wouldn’t match if we only did 2 sides. We asked Kevin to evaluate our home and help us work with the insurance company. Through Kevin’s work, documentation, and knowledge of how to work with insurance adjusters and policies, the insurance company agreed to replace the roof and replace all of our siding. I appreciated having someone help us navigate the process. We then hired Drytech to perform the work and the quality of the work was excellent. It was a bit of a long process to go through, but worth the wait to have the it done right.

Overall, I had a good and professional experience from Drytech and have recommended to my neighbor. In my experience they aren’t a storm chasing company that is in and out as quick as possible, but took their time to make sure the damage I had was fixed properly.

I contacted drytech after hitting our garage eyebrow with a u-haul truck. The responded within a day, had someone out a day later to look at, a quote within a week and it was fixed shortly after that. This level of responsiveness is amazing.

We hired Drytech to restore our home after a fire. The damage was extensive and we ended up gutting the entire interior. We took the opportunity to reconfigure our floor plan.
