Highly recommend Integrity Design & Construction for their services, excellent work, great people, very timely and informative in taking care of our construction issues.

My home had water damage that did not get detected from a home inspection due to the property being vacant for around 6 months. I filed a claim for the damage, and insurance underwriter dropped me as a result. Integrity worked with me despite all this. They had excellent communication about project steps, budgeting, and preferences regarding the rebuild. Dan always provided an updated quote will respect to each payment made, Todd and Mike were stellar with their communication to me. Mike Mike did a fantastic job with the rebuild. I cannot recommend them enough. They really went above and beyond what I expected. Will be using them in the future for other projects. Thanks guys!

I was referred to Todd and the team at Integrity by a water damage and restoration company, after a leaking dishwasher wreaked havoc on my kitchen. Todd maintained great communication, was able to help us understand and navigate the insurance process, and made sure that everything I was dotted and T was crossed. Each person he sent through our door ranged from polite, to absolutely happy and chipper! Even at 6am . We’re super pleased with the work they provided, and will be calling them to do a bathroom remodel in the near future.

My insurance company referred me to Integrity Design after a water leak damaged the bathroom walls and ceiling in my historic 1900 farmhouse. Todd and Mike understood the importance of restoring the room to its original architectural style. Todd was very detailed in assessing the damage and working with my insurance company. Mike was able to recreate the original wood beadboard ceiling, crown molding, and Victorian trim. My bathroom still looks 100 years old, and now it is even insulated!

Todd, Dan and team exceeded our expectations with a complete replacement of our siding and roof that was damaged in a storm. We also hired Integrity to replace our deck. The professionalism and quality craftsmanship was excellent!

Todd, Dan, and Tyke did absolutely amazing work after a burst pipe flooded my kitchen, resulting in significant water damage and ruining my kitchen floors and the ceiling/walls in my basement. It looks even better than it did before! They even managed to finish the entire project in only a couple days, way earlier than I was expecting. They worked to get me two new garage doors and replace the broken frames and wall between them. They even worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was accounted for.

Integrity restored apt kitchen and flooring throughout most of apartment after water damage.

Todd was our point of contact from Integrity. He worked with the insurance company to ensure that early step in the process went smoothly. Once that was taken care of he lined up a great set of contractors - flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. They were all very professional and very pleasant to work with. Communication was great throughout the project and Todd kept tabs on the steps and budget throughout and helped us understand what needed to happen and in what order.

We had a great experience working with Integrity Design and specifically Todd. Todd came in and evaluated impacts, gave recommendations on submissions to insurance and was very timely with estimates. He arranged at least 4-5 other tradespeople who each in their own regard did a fantastic job, we are very impressed with the work. Thanks for being so responsive and for helping us through this job. When Todd and I had our first meeting I was very pleased to find out he is super easy to talk to, he listened and answered my questions and I had a few since this was my first time dealing with this kind of damage. When the job was done the house looked great! All the guys that came to the house were on time and very nice and they always cleaned up before they left for the day.

I was lucky enough to have found Todd Kreuscher with Integrity when I found that my dishwasher had been slowly leaking, causing significant damage to my flooring and drywall. He came over, performed an analysis, and was able to help coordinate the entire process for me INCLUDING helping with the insurance portion of it.. I barely had to lift a finger. I would have had absolutely NO idea what to do without Todd's expertise. Not to mention, he was extremely responsive, explained every detail to me (which was huge because this was my first ever experience having to have work done on my house), and did the best he could to make the experience painless, on time, and on budget. I already know that going forward I will be in contact with him for ANY issues that come up or work I want done on my house.... Also, he works with folks who truly do great work for flooring and repairs. My flooring is absolutely gorgeous and the value of my home has surely increased from this project. We contracted Integrity Design through a referral by a neighbor to frame a deck for us. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of communication, punctuality, accuracy and quality of work. We started the project just having them frame but quickly decided to have them do the decking as well. They responded positively and were gracious and appreciative about to additional work.

Todd and the Integrity Design team helped me out with major kitchen rebuild after a severe water leak. This was my first experience dealing with an insurance company and Integrity - I couldn't have been more pleased. After initially contacting Integrity, Todd had workers at my house within 24hrs cleaning up the mess. Communication was excellent via email and text. Todd's detailed estimates were immediately accepted and approved by the insurance company. All the workers were very timely and performed high quality work. Our kitchen was rebuilt better than new - even upgraded a few items. 100% satisfied - Todd and his team were very easy to work with.

Excellent service and follow up for the restoration of our bathroom that was damaged by a painting contractor. Todd Kreuscher managed the entire project. The sub-contractors that he used were top-notch.

We had the good fortune of being connected with Integrity Design, and particularly, Todd Kreuscher, when it was discovered during a moisture inspection of our recently listed home, that some extensive water damage had occurred in an exterior wall. Our realtor recommended Todd and we contacted him right away. He promptly visited our property to assess the problem, gave us a reasonable repair time and quote, and completed the work well within the expected timeline, all the while, providing us with progress updates.

A couple of months later, another small disaster occurred while our home was unoccupied and still waiting for a buyer. Without getting into the details, we again enlisted the help of Integrity Design, and Todd was right on top of the situation from the get-go. He gave us the confidence that the work would be done as quickly as was possible, and he completely delivered on that.

In all our interactions with Todd, he displayed the highest level of professionalism and expertise. At no time, did we feel we'd made a bad choice commissioning Integrity Design for our repairs. Todd has fully surpassed our expectations for customer service, quality of craftsmanship and handling a complex set of expectations on him regarding the timeline of work to be done and assisting us in providing necessary supporting documentation of the work to our realtor as was necessary for the closing process, once a buyer was found.

We will definitely be contacting Integrity Design for any future needs for home building, remodeling or repair. It just doesn't get any better. We can't recommend Todd enough.

Integrity restored our home after water damage. The work was completed on schedule, professionally and to our satisfaction. Their communication during the process was superb! Their subcontractors were very experienced and pleasant and great cleanup as well. We recommend them and would use them again without hesitation. Top notch organization.

Integrity Design was FANTASTIC to work with!!! We would highly recommend them. We had major storm damage to roof and siding from hail storm. Todd and Dan were great to work with as far as communication, professionalism, and service. They also went above and beyond battling our insurance company to ensure our house was able to be returned to the quality and state it was before the storm. We also had neighbors that worked with Integrity Design to repair the damage from the hail storm and they also were very pleased with the work done and the speed in which all of the major repairs (new roof, new siding, garage work, etc.) was completed. You will thoroughly enjoy working with Todd.

Integrity Design & Construction was recommended to us after our townhome flooded in July 2017 due to a water softener that failed while we were on vacation. It ran for 10 days dumping 20,000 gallons of water into our home causing over $100K in damage. Todd and his crew was there within a day and prepared an estimate. He took the burden off our shoulders working with the insurance companies (which wasn't easy). ALL of the contractors (paint, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, clean-up) did an outstanding job! They were courteous, professional, respectful of our time, and MASTERS at their trade. We were SO pleased with the results. Todd and Dan were in constant communication with us during the process. Our home is like new. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more grateful! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any restoration project.

Superior service, professionalism, and above all quality

Todd has helped my family and I with multiple projects, and I would not use anyone else but him whenever possible. Immediately upon us reaching out on several occasions, he comes out that day or sends someone else if need be. My schedule is very tight, and he never made me feel like an inconvenience or difficult.

He was extremely flexible with price and creating options that worked for us with or without insurance support. He made every step of the process very easy and understandable with a timeline that worked for us.

This customer, Jennifer Grossman, called and expressed one concern while we were working on their home and this was addressed to their satisfaction. We billed them for three months and did not receive what was due. We were nearing the end of the time period that we have to lien the property (120 days) and as soon as we mentioned this they became critical of not necessarily our work but what was being charged. I have multiple documented conversations where they knew what they were being charged and the bottom line due did not change. It comes down to their insurance company not covering some of the work that they agreed to have us do and they did not want to pay for it. When we completed the project four months ago they asked us to bid an addition because they were so happy with our work. They have since paid us in full for our work and we appreciate that.

We worked with Integrity Design and Construction after a roof leak, we also had them do some additional tile work - worst experience ever. When we finally get the invoice, they tried to charge us almost $1000.00 more than what was agreed upon for the work! Even after showing them all of the emails back and forth that clearly show this $1000.00 was never mentioned, they expect us to pay this. Worst experience ever and I would never recommend this company to anyone!
