I can highly recommend Renew by Grewe to anyone. Brady was as professional as they come. He was helpful with his recommendations and compassionate with our situation. He was on time and responsive to messaging.

Our basement flooded from the storm at about 4:30 this afternoon and this company came within 30 mins of us calling, offered multiple tiers with different costs, they gave really good advice on things we could do and were incredibly professional. They sucked up all the water and left a dehumidifier it is now about 8 pm the same day. So thankful for how speedy and competently they got the job done.

Renew By Grewe Restoration was so easy to work with. I called for the assessment and was able to get one scheduled quickly. I worked with Brady. He was responsive, easy to work with, honest and very knowledgeable.
I had some minor water coming into my basement and he was able to asses the situation, provide direction on action items and helped me get those items completed quickly.

Brady Grewe was a HUGE help with our plumbing and water damage issue. He was a fantastic go between to help me answer questions that the adjuster had and making it all make sense to me. He speaks your language so to speak. The adjuster had a lot of questions with a lot of jargon that I didn't understand. He knew things like how long our personal effects would be stored in a Pod on our front lawn. Something I never even thought of. Essentially he was able to understand the damage better than I could. He was able to have it make sense to both me and the adjuster. Once the project was approved, the work was done quickly and expertly.

I reached out to Brady a couple weeks ago for water damage due to what I suspected to be a few leaky windows, but wasn’t really sure. He got back to me right away and was able to come out for an inspection same day. He got a mold inspector out right away and as soon as the testing was complete, he and his team got to work right away. They used all the necessary precautions and equipment to prevent the spread of mold throughout the house. Once things were opened up and mold was treated, he got someone out to inspect the window situation and come up with a plan for that.
